Att: Manager I was at your location at 2:05:52 pm. 7/5/2019 today! You have the most horrible employees working very unprofessional, they need to be retrained! Instead of having them stand there laughing at your LGBTQ customers you need to train them to provide adequate customer service, the 2 young ladies at shift change and Derek displaying his true ignorance that proceeds him! How sad that Ive been frequenting Shell gas stations since I bought my Jeep in 2017 and have never had any Shell employee display that king ignorance and lack of professionalism! My first time there and it wont be my last!

Pumps are always so slow! Only half the pumps are working.
