I just want to say besides ripping people off here the owner at this place has incredibly serious issues. The rudeness of the owner here is on another level and that’s saying nice things about him. If you’re shipping usps do yourself a favor and go to the actual post office and you will save 80% of you’re money. I never understood why people go to this place to ship stuff. It’s the biggest rip off ever! He will charge literally 3 to 4x the price so why the heck would you go there? Plus the owner hates everybody lol...

Went to print out paper work and it printed out in 20 font so I had like 15 pages. Never gave me print preview options or anything. I was just stuck with 13 pages with huge font. Guy was not helpful. Went to print out a 2 page report and it turned out to be 15 pages. Never again.
I appreciate that I am able to drop off packages here that are pre-labeled and they take them and ship without charge...many 3rd party shipping facilities will charge for that service. Ive also used this facility for printing multiples and it went smoothly. Great service.
Don’t trust this place. I shipped to Germany from here with FedEx. The merchandise was damaged in transit. FedEx refunded the shipping charge along with the value of the merchandise. Unfortunately both went to Global Mail and Print and the owner refuses to return calls or emails. Called FedEx today and they confirmed both shipping charge and check have cleared. Unfortunately I don’t live close enough to here to drop by daily until the owner is there. Terrible business.

Words cannot properly express the awful disgust I feel when thinking about my experience at this “business”.This was not my first time at the mail center.I had shipped a few parcels and although the prices were unusually high in my previous experiences the convenience (the store is located close to my home) outweighed the extra cost – This time was different and I feel compelled to recant the details of my encounter to y’all.I entered the shop on a Thursday around 1PM with the intention of mailing out the proof copy (the first copy ever printed) of my new 10th anniversary book to my family. This was a parcel that weighed less than 1 pound… it was a hardcover book. I would be sending it overnight from Texas to New York. Already having experienced the character of the store owner and his inflated pricing I expected the cost to be high… what I found repulsed me.After informing the owner of the delicate nature of this particular item, he very carelessly jammed it into a modestly padded envelope. I asked the owner for some extra protection and after shooting me a hard look he made his way into another area of the shop. He returned with a used piece of bubble wrap. This time I wrapped my proof book and carefully inserted it into the envelope. I nary had the chance to fill out the packing slip before the shop owner grinned and loudly announced the price “That will be one hundred and twenty-four dollars and ninety-seven cents” he said.I didn’t know how to respond.I was utterly speechless.A parcel weighing in at less than 1-pound cost more than triple the cover price of the contents inside it. Perhaps, I thought the gentleman had made a mistake, he surely could not be referring to my package. “Are you sure, that’s right” I inquired. The man now took a discourteous posture making sure that all of the patrons in line could hear our conversation. He replied “That’s how much it costs sir. You can go to the Fedex store yourself and see how much they charge for yourself. Yes sir. This is the price”.I felt as though he was trying to shame me in front of the other customers.It saddens me to report that I began to lose my composure.Perhaps this was the price at the Fedex store. Regardless, you buy your mail in bulk, that means that you get a healthy discount. Yet here you are attempting to full-boat your customers (neighbors). The people who you live in your community. The same ones that you are supposed to treat better than the massive Fedex monster machine. Isn’t that the point of your store? To offer a value to the community. By purchasing your mail in bulk chunks your massive discount allows you to pass on at least a small discount to your neighbors… I mean customers.Instead you see this as an opportunity to take advantage of your patrons, and when questioned take a defensive posture – If anyone here should be “ashamed” it should be you sir.Before removing my prized work from the envelope and discarding the used bubble wrap the owner acted as if he was doing me a massive solid by providing, I left the store owner with a small bit of my wisdom. “Its OK to make money. This is America, we all want to be successful, we’re Americans. We all want to live the American dream. What’s not OK is to eat with both hands. It looks very ugly when you do that. We’re your neighbors. Unfortunately, you look at us as your dinner. Not cool brother. Not cool” I coldly stated.The owner followed me out the door and before I got back on my Harley and cranked the throttle, I faintly heard him mumble something about checking with Fedex.I didn’t bother taking his advice.I rode to my local USPS and after a modest 10-minute wait I shipped my parcel for thirty-four dollars American. It arrived before 10AM the next morning.

Dropping off packages here for a while and the staff used to be nice. This time looked like it was the owner I think, asked him for a proof of Amazon return drop off and he was rude. Never going here next time. Id rather drive a mile further on FM 529 to another postal store.
If you are looking for a all-in-house shipping and printing place, then this is your to go store. I really like the professionalism and courtesy of the store owner along with the convenience since it is located in the kroger shopping strip. I will definitely come back.
I dropped my package off on Wednesday and paid double to have it delivered by Friday. Today is Friday and I look up the trackotr number only to find it wont be delivered until Tuesday of next week. This was for mu nieces wedding and extremely important she recierecit by today. I could have paid half what I did to have it arrive on Tuesday. Even told the young lady I would lay the fee so she could get her wedding items in time. Im at a loss for words. I could have gone to an actual FedEx store but this was closer to home. Im extremely disappointed. No point in getting it Tuesday. If its important and you have a deadline please go somewhere else. I could have sent it in 7 days from anywhere. I own a shirt business and this was for my family but I guaranteed the shirts would be delivered. I even screenshot the receipt and sent it so they could know when to expect the package. I learned a lesson but at what cost? O dont understand why Im gettkge the 20 dollar service when I clearly purchased the 50 dollar service. And unlike you, I cant just say Im sorry. I never do reviews but this really hurt my heart.

First place that Ive ever been to that does not provide any proof of package drop-off. If package is lost before ups scans it into their system, Id be at a complete loss. Please update your systems.
