Mario was very helpful with all my printing needs! He notified me of a low-quality issue with one of my posters, and helped me scan the original photo (and let me borrow his USB) so we could print a much better version! His help got me in and out of there in no time. Thank you!
Walked in to Office Depot (2602 Eldridge Pkwy SUITE C, Houston, TX 77082) a little while ago and circled the small store 3 times (literally) while 4 employees congregated at the counter laughing and talking. I was never even greeted. Finally, i spoke to one of the people who were actually working only to find that they didnt have any boxes of legal size paper. Youve got to be kidding me.
Top notch service! The cut exceeded the expectations, will definitely be a regular here!
WORTHLESS, INCOPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL and LAZY.There is no intention of providing any kind of service. I am placed on hold as I am writing this review trying to check on the availability of a specific item ( I have the item number) . The timer on my phone is indicating 18 minutes.

Beverly answered the phone, and listened as I explained I wanted curbside pickup, even though Id ordered for in-store pickup. She said the store manager would bring my order out to me, which she did, within one minute. It was an incredibly smooth, quick, and courteous service. The store manager also took 10 seconds to explain how to change my selection for next time. It was truly a seamless experience.
Went to this Office Depot to print 2 sheets of paper . Their self service machine had some issues . It was reading my USB, but it didn’t let me open the file that I wanted to print. When I asked one of the associates for help, he agreed that it was strange and told me that they would help me in the full service counter since the machine had some issues. An Associate of Asian ethnicity printed my file and charged me the $2.50 service fee for 2 sheet of paper. I told him that I had tried in the self service machine and that his colleague told me to come here since the machine couldn’t read the file. But he was very rude and snatched the printed file and said that doesn’t matter if the machine don’t work, we charge 2.50 if it’s done at the counter. I explained that I tried using the machine, but he didn’t budge and was very rude and just gave me my paper and told me that I’m done and asked me to leave. I’ve worked at FEDEX and whenever our machine had some issue, we always waived the $2.50 charge because it was common courtesy. It’s sad that customer service level has fallen to a new low at this Eldridge Office Depot location .Extremely disappointed.
Very rude and unprofessional ridiculous that you place a order 1-2 days in advance for simple printing and still given a evening pick up time with out the option to even come inside and check on your order they act like you are irritating them if you need assistance in the store or instructions on how to use the equipment majority of the time its a bunch of them standing around just looking not even wanting to help people customer service suck

Website and door says they open at 9am. I went to store at 9:30 and the employees JUST arrived. I walked to the door and they told me they don’t open until 10. 1 star because I pushed things around to to get there for opening and couldn’t get what I needed at the time I needed it now I have to wait another day. Bad look

I print things out at this location all the time. Steven is there most mornings. Hes great! Im always in a hurry so its good to know I can stop and get things printed quickly.

Customer service is lacking in comparison to other locations from the same franchise. The only reason I did not give it a two star rating is because of location and convenience. At prices this high, this brand must differentiate itself from the competition by providing a unique shopping experience. This has not been achieved at this location yet.
Went in there for two items and to do some color printing. Item one was out of stock. Item two had no price or price tag. Brought item two to cashier to obtain price, but there was a line at checkout. Was told the printing machines were broken. I was Zero for Three. Not a good day at Office Depot. Doubt Ill go back to this store.
Cashier was rude the first and second time I came. Literally just left the store less than an hour ago and paid $11.90 for a pack of gel pens I needed for a project and needed to return for sharpies and apparently within that time frame they couldn’t pull up my receipt and the pens “went on sale” and tried to give me store credit for $6.48 which he even acknowledged that I didn’t pay.
The level of incompetence at this store is ASTOUNDING. They do not seem to have the ability to complete a single print order without wasting your time and botching the job. I understand that mistakes can be made, but they never take any responsibility for their sloppy work, and simply blame another coworker or the printer itself. If you need a few pens or paper, they are fine, but DO NOT expect them to get a print order done correctly. They need some serious management changes at this store.
I hate leaving negative reviews but I have had multiple bad encounters with this store. I have called a couple times to see if they have items in stock to have the Representative on the phone seem annoyed by my phone call. Understanding of the fact stores can be busy I start my call by stating are y’all busy to the response of no how can I help you, just for the rep to sigh when asked if something is in stock. The manager didn’t have any better customer service. Basically just go in look for what you need and don’t ask anyone to help because it’s a bother to them. The store it self is a typical Office Depot and is well maintained but the staff seems bothered by helping customers coming in the door.
Went here to purchase office supplies listed on their website as being at the store, for work. Ive never had a pleasant experience here. The employment either seems annoyed or unhappy to help. Ive asked for help finding some items like clear letter-size table displays and the employee told me we must not have it. Ive worked retail before and know thats a pretty good cop out to either 1. really dont have it 2. too lazy to check 3. have no idea. It was the last 2, I look for items here on my own and find them before I get any help. Also at check out, ALWAYS, ALWAYS the cashier has been rude and its been different people. From no hello, to attitude like I dont want to be here to: are you having trouble using your card? Since it was company card. No thanks.
One of the more busy Office Depots that I have printing done in. Occasionally I have to wait but for the most part It usually isnt to long... there are times when the printing is done before designated time... Steven is Pretty efficient as well as professional and nice
I went in for a simple printing. I got in line, the manager looked at me and asked what I was here for, I told her I needed to print a page. She said okay then ignored me. I asked her what is taking so long and then she told me they dont print pages. I left, called the place and the person who answered said they do.I came back, asked the manager what the problem was and she said they can do certain prints. She had no idea what I even came in to print and she told me they dont do it. The manager here is incompetent and ruined my experience.
We went to Office Depot to get a textbook binded so that it could last longer. We assumed that the employee handling our book would know how to work the machine and would bind it properly. This book was around 800 pages, and I could see how long it would take. So we waited for around an hour and a half for the book to be binded, but what we got back was extremely disappointing. This book was 80 dollars, and many of the pages were punched improperly, causing them to fall out or be halfway out. Many of the back pages were also missing. So we asked whats going on, and the lady said that she made a mistake on them and would make a photocopy of them if we wanted to. We agreed, so we waited another our for her to make copies and rebind them. (I dont think it should take that long to add a few pages in the back) When we got the book back, it was in even worse condition than before. We discovered that more pages were badly punched, the copies were upside down, and the original pages were damaged. We complained to the manager after this whole ordeal, and he was very nice about it and gave us a business card with a 25% discount on the next visit. I dont think well be returning, and now were left with a important, badly damaged 80 dollar book.
Bad service just one person taking care of customers, A big line waiting for been attended and neither came asking how to help or a least informing why the delay. This is the most slowly service I ever seen in my life!!!!!
If there was an option for no stars thats what I would have done. The was an older bald man at the front. I guess he was suppose to be a greeter, except he did not greet. As a matter of fact no one say hello or asked if they could assist me. I walked around the small store once no one said anything, so I made a second circle around the store still no one said anything. I dont know maybe I didnt look worthy of help. This was at about 8:15pm 7.10.18 not one person in that store said a word to me. I just walked out. I will try my luck at OfficeMax

I visited on Monday and had to write up some notices to send out because we have not been paid for work that was done. I got everything done and printed them out. No one said anything to me while I was there but I didnt think anything of it and it didnt bother my. I noticed later that I had mad a mistake on the letters so I went back on Tuesday and as I was trying to fix my mistakes, the manager came up behind me and said, You cant be using this as an office, ok? I was a little shocked because I wasnt planning on her rude comment! I told her that I wasnt. She said, Yea ok. And walked off. Later when I could not figure out a problem I was having with MY OWN computer, I asked an employee if he would be able to help me. When she saw that I was talking with him she rushed over and proceeded to get him back involved with stocking the shelves. I was never greeted with a welcome or thanked for my business. I was there because I needed to print my notices and she was so rude to me! And this was the manager. I never intended to use Office Depot as my own personal office and how rude of her to assume that without even asking me! As a paying customer who has been there several times not just to print but to purchase large orders I did not appropriate this treatment! This was not the 1st time this has happened to me. The male that works behind the counter has also been rude to me in the past! They are not willing to actually help anyone and they all seem annoyed when a customer needs help with something. They give minimal information and leave the customer to try to figure out their own problem! I come here because its the closest and not all that busy. I think I will travel a little bit more from now on so I can get better service!
I gave this two stars because the staff has actually been pretty nice . Otherwise, Ive been twice and they didnt have ink cartridges for two different printers and the prices are very high for paper. Its also a very small store so its stock is limited to specific devices and mostly ink and paper supplies.
I would have given this location no star if that had been an option. Worst customer service ever. I was standing by the cash wrap for about 5 minutes waiting to check out, and no one even cared to ask. The associate on the computer next to me clearly saw me standing there and didn’t even care to ask if I needed help. Finally one person of the other side of the store came over and took me to his register to ring up my purchase. I’ll never come back here again. How are you going to compete with online shopping?
Very very inhuman behavior in that location...employees should get educated. Not trained or let say trained like animals......never go there again....
Experience......horrible.We originally went here to get wedding invitations. Short story the manager told us to go to Michaels. We were specifically told this office depot was a printing specialty store. After we FOUND our invitations we went back to office depot to get them printed on. Needless to say we walked out a second time after being told the smallest paper they can print on is 5x7. Well most wedding invitations are small. So now we are in the process of finding a real printing company. An employee went out of her way to say they are not a printing company rather a print supply office. What a shame.

My experience with Steve and getting the job done was excellent.
The workers were so lazy, the guy was walking real slow like he was dragging 500lbs bag of sand behind him. We stood at the register and waited to pay for our 2 sheets of copies. Stood there for 5 mins and nobody batted an eye. There is a “checkout” sign around the corner so we went to go stand there and nobody saw us apparently. We shouted, “hello can we check out”? The guy turned around and pointed to us where we were standing originally. Would give no star but you can’t post a review. Will never be going back to this terrible customer service store. If the checkout sign doesn’t mean anything then just take it down!
Adam is the dude! We were getting printings finalized for my friends wedding and as you can all know nothing was going right lol! He took care of it all, had things folded, packed, printed correctly, and was extremely nice and personable for the 2hrs it took us to get straight! He facilitated for us a much needed break while getting work done at the same time! And Christy was great too! If you need something done, dont press the easy button at Staples, get it done right at Office Depot! This is a real review!

I went to this store waited 10 minutes, then a guy name stephent gave the worse service I ever had it was my turn and he told me to wait in the corner so did for another 10 minutes, he just forgot about me, told him that he forgot about me and he continue to check other people out when he had two other persons checking out as well so after waiting 30 minutes for no reason I left.
John was not helpful at all! Thought I was there to steal maybe. I couldnt print out my documents because there was an encryption but only after sitting there for 10 minutes trying to resend the file, not knowing I was being charged by the minute. I wasnt able to print anything. I havent been here in a while and I dont think Ill be back. What a waste of my time and money!

I liked that they try to provide quick customer service but dont like how one employee gave me an attitude when I wanted to return an item. I even tried to exchange the item I had purchased for the item that I actually needed but they didnt have it so was treated like I was a huge burden/annoying which left me leaving the store in a bad mood.
I just left this shop and will never go back to this location again. Victoiria the manager is very condescending and talks down to myself and my business partners like we are beneath her and her assistance. I will also be writing to the corporate office as she seemed to have an issue with our multicultural group.

Used coupon to buy print ink. Between customer and cashier, did finally figure out which coupon to use. Cashier was friendly.
This store was stocked well, the cashier was exceptionally pleasant.

Went to get a business card holder... 5 employees in the store by the register... no one came to check me out ...they just looked at me so I just walked out and took my business somewhere else . Everyone is in a bad mood miserable with their jobs dont go here.. the one on Wilcrest so much better.

My bad experience could not be worse, I get to print documents, print them to me and then the manager says that the employee that was attending me has to attend to the next customer when I arrive first, I just wanted the sheets to mesh with me as if it was a book that I do not think took more than 3 minutes however I agreed to have the next person attend, who also took his time asking for everything I needed, when I spent some time waiting and I saw that it was delayed and I parked wasting my time to follow my Saturday activities I asked again and the manager told me that I had to wait because you could not wait in line with the customer, my question, who am I? Im not a customer like you need a service? Oh maybe I have to wait for the store to be empty so they can complete the service ?????? What a pity to know that there are places like this, wherever you arrive you know that it is by order of arrival, because in this store you do not respect this ????
