Great Customer Service! I recently had surgery on my spine and was looking for a supportive office chair at this location in Hedwig. AJ helped me narrow down which chair would work best, loaded it on a dolly, got me checked out at the register, and then loaded it into my vehicle since I still have lifting restrictions. AJ went above what he had to do and I was very thankful for his help!

Had a long and complicated print job to do, Jesus and his manager did an amazing job assisting me. So I appreciate the patience and how friendly they were.

I work from home and needed an ergo chair because I was starting to have back problems. I like that you can pay $15 and the chair is already assembled when you pick it up!!!! Curbside option was a plus.

Fully stocked store with everything I imagine I could need. Stock at store verifiable on the net prior to travel, and very friendly staff that went out of their way to help me find the exact item I was looking for once I got there.

Came in and got what I wanted no problems. They had a certain toner in stock that other locations dont seem to carry. Good selection.

They are very poor service and have no idea to customer service attitude. I order 10/02 morning for same-day delivery, but the didnt delver to us and any response until I called to them next day morning. As super horrible thing, when I called to them, they dont have any my order info and didnt say apologize to me. I complained them, branch Manager Dylan shout wait, Im checking. that was terrible. finally, they said me that your order canceled it We didnt cancel anybody. Thats a their service quality.

Store is large with a wide selection. Prices are average; service is ok. Things always seem a little out of kilter and not quite where they should be. There are sometimes good deals and other items on clearance. Generally Id prefer to order off the internet but its handy when thats not a possibility.

They are always saving my life (and business). Whether its last minute printing or office supplies, theyre ready to help. Special shout out to my print lady Candice!

On the lines it says, Buy one, get one free. When I was ready to pay the cashier said that the offer wasnt in the system. According to the label the offer was still valid.

Printing was quick & great when I stopped by when another store was booked. Candice and Jonathon were great at helping me get my order in and printed out in just a few minutes.

Nice, competent employees who are good at their job and honest. They even got me a trash bag for our flip chart bc it was raining! Id only come here for office supplies.

The individual in the front register was rude, treated everyone close by like thieves when you are looking at the products they have. Left completely upset at the service

I came in today around one o oclock and asked the gentleman if he could help me update my resume. I just needed a new phone number and address and he told me they dont do that and I would have to go to the library. Ive done it before there. He was so.lay NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING ME! I was going g.get thirty copies and buy some other things but not now! Ill shop elsewhere!!

The service is terrible in this store! Work is delayed for 2 days and the staff do nothing In the morning when I got in, and they told me to come back for my simple request which can be done in less 15 minutes. Waste my time and trip even go there!!

The store is ok. The online ordering is horrible.Ordered a office chair and they offered free delivery. Sounded reasonable as the store was out of stock and nearest in stock was in Katy. The 1st delivery attempt was 2 days later on Monday before Thanksgiving. At 2pm. Since I work I wasnt there. Called and told them to deliver at 5pm. Their stated hours were as late as 7pm.2nd attempt was Tuesday before Thanksgiving. At 9AM! Yes, even after asking for 5Pm. Again requested 5PM.No attempt on Wednesday before Thanksgiving even though I was there all day.Friday after Thanksgiving no attempt at delivery. Called and was told they only deliver 8-5 and next would be Monday. Again requested 5Pm. This was 3rd request at 5pm.Monday 3rd delivery door hanger tag stating 9Am. Totally ignoring requests for a 5pm delivery and I was there at 4pm.Got frustrated and canceled. To date have not received refund.I would advise everyone to not do business with officedepot/max online. Stick to in store only and do not believe any of their customer service empty promises!

Worst customer service, simple things like card stock paper cane be found by the representative. They just tell you to ask another guy and they point at the isle instead of helping...
