WATCH OUT. Horrible experience, against my better judgement (because I saw the reviews stating that they lost packages in the past and did nothing to correct it) I decided to use this location. Big mistake, they of course lost my package, and when I called 4 days later Gary had nothing to tell me. I have a small business and have now lost that product with no answer as to how or where. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Whether its an employee who is stealing internally or just a result of disorganization, its completely unacceptable.

UPC has break the agrrement with them or fine them for charging extra! Clear rip off! They dont follow amazon or ups instructions when it clearly says $0.00 to drop off. The ask for extra dollar for free stuff they get from ups. It is a shame.

New owner, almost lost my business but because of Gary, I decided to stay. Been here over five years now. Would have gave it five stars but because of first dealings with the new owner. He had a could care less attitude wheater I continued my business there or not.For now Im still here, but if the two guys ever leave, Im gone too. be sure you take care of them this Christmas because these two guys looks out for us, patrons.

I paid $40, so they could lose my package. They did not even bother to refund. That is why they get 1 Star.

Ive had a business mailbox here for over a year and Ive used their shipping services for several years now. The management and staff are always friendly and helpful and take great care of me when I go there. If you need to just take a shipment and have someone do all the work of packaging it up, this is the place to go, because they do an outstanding job. I highly recommend!

****Update**** Used yo be 5 stars... I had been going here for large corporate shipments every quarter for the past 2 years but the minute I walk in here for a personal shipment they are going to nickel and dime me because they have to pay rent. Shipping revenue every quarter of $700 or $2 to print a piece of paper? Which is more likely to pay rent? Guess theyll find out.

Ive been a customer of Postal + Copy Center for 11plus years (with the same owner since day one). Definitely my go to for sending anything USPS / UPS, faxes, making copies and mail box services. Conveniently located as a drop off location for UPS pick ups.Good people and always great customer service!

Been going there for years and years. Last two times I have gone with my two children, female worker makes us feel extremely uncomfortable. More concerned about greeting cards and items than customer service. She snapped at my children because they touched the cards with puppies and kittens on them. I understand how children can be but she doesnt have to snap and be overly concerned about materialism rather than me, the Mom, who is spending $$ in the store. Whats the point in having the greeting cards, if you have no one to buy them? I am not ever going back there again. They lost me as a long time costomer... Didnt know how precious greeting cards could be over an actual real-life customer spending actual dollars..... Her mis treatment to my children caused serious problems. I should have left the store after she was rude to my daughter in her tone of voice. Instead, I continued to ship my parcels and it was shipped out to the wrong address. Now my gift to my sister is being sent to the wrong address. It is the domino effect of rude behavior... causes so many problems. Hope that greeting card that cost about $3 is worth it.

The lady at the front was very rude to me. I came in to mail a 2 day priority mail which includes free tape, she wanted to charge me. I turned to leave but then she says forget it. I asked for a receipt and she rudely repeated no we dont give receipt, you can go to postal office. Never coming back.

Avoid at all cost. They lose mail. They charge huge service charges. 69¢ for 50¢ postage. Prices are much higher than anywhere else. Big ripoff
