It’s unfortunate you don’t see their products in stores. I love to try all the designer brands but I’ll always come back to Bella Terra. Their formulas are unmatched.

This review is for the Parks mall in Arlington:My receipt says my representatives’ name was Rose. I do appreciate the quality of the make up, which is the reason I give a 3 star rating, and I love the idea behind using minerals. My rep was kind, and talkative, she actually stopped me on my was to Sephora so it was perfect timing. However... I did have a set price for which I did not want to spend over.. which was $300. I repeated that a few times but it was disregarded. I did enjoy my entire mini session until I spent over what I wanted to. I am happy with my products but up-sells are not that important, after spending $422.11, I question if I want to make another stop like that.

3 stars because the BB cream does help to even skintone but you HAVE to put a powder over otherwise your face doesnt look normal. You need to put color back onto it. I do like the eyebrow pencil but I dont see it lasting as long as the lady said. I think I can find cheaper products that do the same thing. No returns, even on something purchased a day ago thats unopened. Rodan+Fields gives you a money back guarantee on their products, even after using them. Better brands and products out there.

I was preparing for my wedding and needed an expert to assist with skin care products as well as cosmetics. As I was walking in the Mall I was approached by the phenomenal young woman Cerina at the Bella Terra Kiosk who not only recommended this amazing set of products called Black Caviar that rejuvenated my skin before my special day, however she also did an awesome job on giving me a total make over to get a preview of what I should look like for my wedding. The benefit of this experience is that the recommendations given I am able to use beyond my wedding and my makeup was flawless and can be treasured for a life time. I use the makeup for years. The first time I tried it was in Houston Texas at the Galleria mall. As I was walking by the Victoria Secret store upstairs I got approached by a young lady who was really helpful when I was trying to learn a little about the makeup. She explained everything great and was able to make me learn how to apply it my self! (I was the worst in applying my own makeup). So Ive refilled my products about 5 times in the last 6 years which was great also. Always been using only the face makeup and just recently tried the skin care products. Love the eye serum and the gel that peels off the dead skin.I hope every one of you guys out there who read my comment will give those Bella Terra people the opportunity to show you some of the products because I guarantee youre going to fall in love!Full coverage and no reactions. Ive never had that experience with no other brand.Thank you Ron for your help today! I wish I would remember that other ladys name in the Galleria so I could recommend her to everybody too. I’ve shopped around at a few places for make up and I particularly LOVE the highlighter at Bella Terra Galleria location. It’s a good mineral make up and the girls there are very nice. They take the time to match your skin tone and show you how great you look while there. I really like the great customer service and attention they pay to me while I’m there. Thank you! This is for the location in the Parks Mall at Arlington:I was at the Parks Mall Arlington when I was approached by one of your employees; she said her name was Naomi and later mentioned that she was one of the managers there. She asked if I used makeup and I said yes I do then proceeded to put your BB cream on my face without even asking and although I moved my face back not wanting the product on my face. So because the product was already on my face I went ahead and sat down thinking that she was going to do the rest of my face, however, on one side she put the powder, did my eyebrows, and added highlighter. Then she started to try to push the products on me because I said I was looking for an all in one powder but I wasn’t interested in buying that day. But she kept pushing me and pushing me to purchase the products and I kept refusing. She eventually gave up and walked away and I asked her if she was going to do the rest of my face — her response was “you can wipe off the other side”. And I had to be work right after that and she made me late looking like a half crazy lady.If this is how you guys train your employees to sell products, you need to try something else. I am a salesperson and this is not how business should be conducted. Once a customer says “no, I’m not interested” just stop and give them your name. Let them think about it. Not everyone can drop $80+ on some BB cream. Naomi should be re-evaluated and she shouldn’t be working there.

Jacob started out very nice. He applied makeup to one side of my face and while it looked fine it didn’t do anything that my current makeup wasn’t doing. I told him I could see the bags under my eyes and he said he could fix it. He applied more makeup and filled in the rest of my face. He started putting items in bags and asked if I was paying cash or card. I asked how much for the foundation and he said $80. That’s almost double what I pay now so I asked for a mirror. I looked and it still wasn’t a big difference. I told him I would think about it and he asked what I didn’t like. I told him it wasn’t much different from my current makeup, but that I would think about it. He got pushy and told me he would give me the brushes for free if I bought the makeup. I told him no thanks and he got nasty. He grabbed makeup remover and told me if I left the kiosk that he would get in trouble for applying a full face. That isn’t very good business. If I had liked how it set on my face later in the day I would have come back but since he removed it the whole experience got tarnished. As he removed the makeup he tried to guilt trip me by saying he only put on more makeup because he thought I would be buying. He asked me twice why I wasn’t buying and didn’t change my answer. After he was done he told me rudely “bye”. Don’t let them pressure you. Those kind of sales tactics tells me their products are trash and I’m glad I didn’t buy anything.

Ive experienced the best customer service today at Mall with Cerina by providing me with informative beauty tips on how to appropriately care for my skin with before care and after care of makeup applications. Its one thing to be beautiful she said but its important to feel beautiful. She made me feel so beautiful and provided me with not only premium service but gave me great advice that I will never forget.

Wonderful products!! They are great for your skin (mine is super sensitive) and it’s super easy to apply. I always visit the Galleria location next to Godiva. My makeup always looks perfect and I get to treat myself after!! Win win!!!

I ended up purchasing the exfoliating gel and the toner and my face broke out completely! The product claims to be made with natural products but I had a bad reaction to it. I went to the Kiosk today at Memorial City Mall and asked for a refund, providing them with photos. I was supposedly refunded and had a refund receipt as proof of the transaction, only to turn around and find out that I was not credited for my purchase/return. They were hesitant to refund me due to their no return policy, which I was not aware of when I bought the product. Also, the manager spent some time trying to convince me to do an exchange rather than a return but I opted out because the toner and gel made my face breakout, duh. I would hate to say that she purposefully did not return the product properly but I did mention that the receipt looked odd. Usually when you make a return the receipt has (-)10.00 or however much the product costs AND that credit appears on your bank statement right when the transaction is made and once its officially posted. Of course I called the Kiosk first to see if they could help but they did not answer their phone, so I ended up having to dispute it with my bank. Definitely will not make eye contact with anyone at any kiosk ever again, ridiculous hassle for a bad product.

Saturday I was shopping at the Brazos Mall in Lake Jackson, Texas when a young man approached with a card about Bella Terra cosmetics. This young man had no idea about personal space. He got so close to my face I felt like I was about to be kissed! Before I knew what happen he was putting some kind of eye serum on my already made up face. I was not pleased. After reading all these other reviews its very clear these folks are coached to be pushy and take no for an answer. He kept asking what kind of make up I use... they ask that to judge the amount of money your willing to pay for cosmetics. Dont buy into this junk. Dont take their card, dont sit in their chair, dont let them put that nasty stuff on your face- Their hands are dirty & the tools they use are filthy. Its your face!!! Tell them, No, get away from me!

Like everyone else I was pushed into a seat with only half my face in this make up, I was looking for a new brand so I though, what the heck! The sales lady said this is a great deal, and without even thinking I have her my credit card, only to find out I just paid way more than what is like to say for make up.It gives you a delayed cake face look it only looks good for the first 10 minutes and then its absolute sh##.

Most Houston cosmetic start ups sell really cheap makeup and mark their prices up. I know Bella Terra has quality you pay for, and i love this brand and what they stand by.

Normally I’m not one to leave reviews, but the woman at the kiosk was rude enough that I felt I should. If I could leave 0 stars I would. She was nice at first, and made me sit down in her chair. After I tried to get up she made me stay and then basically told me how dumb I was for not wanting this makeup. At the end of the day AVOID THEM. I felt very uncomfortable all around. It wasn’t a good experience.

I love love coming here to Memorial City Mall to Bella Terra cosmetics, I love there makeup and this is the only makeup I use.. The makeup lasts all day. Max is very helpful I highly recommend him.

I am forced to give 1 star in order to post my review. Bella Terra needs better customer service. The sales girl at the Memorial City Mall kiosk in Houston is unprofessional. I was walking by and she grabbed me and insisted I buy her products and started to apply a random powder on my face with a DIRTY BRUSH. I WAS DISGUSTED. I asked her to stop and if they were clean brushes... To which I didnt get a reply and got more powder... And she insisted I buy the powder and she would give me a discount it would be $49. But I noticed the powders online are only like $22. NOT sure where this price came from. She told me my makeup was bad and this was all I needed. Well I wasnt wearing any makeup and now half my face against my approval was covered in this powder. She had blocked me in in between the kiosk and the chair. She started to bully me and wouldnt let me leave. I kept insisting i needed to go. It was a stressful ordeal. I finally was able to run... When I asked her for a free sample and to donate to my charity event she was got surprised and stepped back. I literally ran from her. And now I have breakouts on my face due to the dirty brush and makeup. This is harassment and bullying. I have seen so many complaints about them and sadly corporate only gives a standard response but hasnt done anything to protect their brand.

I got the Bella terra foundation in Galleria Mall( next to Godiva) 2 weeks ago. I was a little bit skeptical at the beginning, but once I started using it my skin feels amazing. May, the girl who helped me did a great job, she found the perfect match for my skin! I have a oily skin and I don’t really like wearing make up! This product is mineral and not chemical so it won’t break ur skin. I highly recommend it!

I was in Houston visiting family and went to the Memorial City Mall. I saw an area where people were asking if you would try the makeup on so I decided to give it a try. The young lady was very nice but talked very fast. It didnt take long and the shade was perfect! I love everything about it...well maybe the cost. But to find the perfect makeup I suppose I can handle it. Now when I want to order more I have no way of finding out the right color. So now what.? The samples on the web site dont help at all. I would give it a zero if I had a chance. I only went to Memorial City Mall to look around and out of nowhere one of the employees handed me a card and told me to follow her. When I said no, she insisted and pulled me to their kiosk. I felt uncomfortable at that instant. They told me to sit down and that they would show me how nice it would look on my face. I had refused but they kept insisting. I have a bad case of psoriasis and it acts up when I apply makeup on my face (thats why I dont wear makeup). When I told them about this. They shrugged it off and said that their makeup is high quality. They proceeded to apply the makeup on HALF of my face. The employee tried to make conversation but I just felt uncomfortable and kept glancing back to my brother. He was also annoyed about this. The employee took notice of this and she tried to grab my attention. She kept trying to sell me her product but I kept telling her that 1. I dont know how to use makeup and 2. I dont have the money to be buying makeup at the price they were offering. She kept insisting and said that my face is more important. At one point it felt like I was going on a loop. She finally decided to try to sell me a item for $39 so I can get the other $75 item for free. She tried hard to make it seem like I can trust her but I lost trust in them ever since they forcibly applied makeup to my face. In the end I declined one last time and walked away. I had to walk around the mall with half of my face covered in makeup to which I am very displeased. I went to target to get makeup remover. Now I feel my psoriasis acting up and my face feels itchy. I dont know why they dont offer a wipe for your face. It just doesnt make sense. This was the worst experience ever.

I starting to use this make up and I really like it because my skin is so soft and after this product my skin still so soft, I really trust this product. I bought this product in galleria mall and the sellers are very nice and they will really help you and explain you everything about this product😊 this location is opposite the store Godive.

The make up was cool, it covered my dark circles Ive had my whole life.... BUT the sales lady... very pushy wouldnt take no for an answer, finally got the price down to where I didnt mind the purchase, my card declines Im assuming bc I live 7 hours away and its foreign purchases (I just had my bank account open and i had enough funds) anyway she then starts pestering my husband asking for 10, 20 bucks then like a vulture on his card asking if we had different accounts, he finally just hands her the card, didnt feel comfortable with the whole money situation and pushiness at all!! Wish I could rate the make up and service separately.

A lady with dark brown hair stopped me at the memorial City Mall. She gently offered me a card and asked me if I use makeup. I said yes so she showed me their mineral BB on my skin. It looked perfect on my face. She put powder and bronzer and in less than a minute my makeup look completely different. I felt in love with the products, I got everything and she petiently teach me how to use it. It’s all minerals so I feel like it’s make my skin healthier. I avoided this place in the Memorial Mall my whole time being there but last minute I agreed to try cosmetics. The consultant was really nice, friendly and professional so he persuaded me to purchase the products. I got bb cream, powder foundation, blush, shimmer and some exfoliating gel and excluding the exfoliating gel rest of the products are horrible on my skin! BB cream broke me out, its very dry and using it on my very dry skin is painful! Foundation powder is completely not supposed to be applied on dry skin and just doesn’t go with this horrible bb cream. It supposed not to make patches and wrinkles crayons while it does. After 2 hrs having make up on I have extremely visible mimic wrinkles around my eyes and lips. I would say it even makes my wrinkles more visible than they actually are, I ’ve never seen this kind of wrinkles on my face having any kind of make up before and not having any make up at all! It was a big mistake from my side, I will never buy any of their products again and the one I spent 200$ on I need to give away or throw in the bin cause I’m just not gonna use it ever again.

The lady who sold it to me at First Colony Mall, would not take NO for an answer (being a sales person myself, if someone said no, I move on, I dont try to get them to say yes) and told me I was getting a great deal, turns out when I got home I looked it up and she sold it to me for the regular price. Now I had just lost my job and I told her that, so I didnt have the money to spend on this product. She claimed it would clear up my skin, but I told her the make up I currently use works for me and clears up my skin, if and when I wear make up. I have very sensitive skin and since I have been using the foundation and powder from Bella Cosmetics my skin has been red, irritated and breaking out. This product is awful! I would not recommend it to anyone! My face is swollen, your make up is not what the lady claimed that it is hypoallergenic and relieves and soothes skin! I believe I am allergic to your product! It makes me sad that I spent money on something that really upset the skin on my face! I look like a 12 year old with acne, and I am 28. I eat fruit, vegetables, and protein, before using your product my face was clear. I dont use your product every day because my face needs time to heal in between uses. To be honest, I stopped using your makeup and I am about to throw it away (plus it doesnt last for like 1 - 2 years like the lady claimed.If you are going to sell something, at least be honest about it!

Had a horrible experience with an employee at the Belle Terra kiosk at Bay Brook Mall today. A employee asked if she could apply their makeup on my face and I told her I couldn’t afford to buy the cover at this time but she did it anyways. She kept persisting asking me why couldn’t I get it and she would give me the smaller bottle for regular price while giving me a bigger bottle of the cover for free with it. (All the while getting closer and closer to me as I was trying to back away and sitting me back down in the chair) I told her I would have to come back because I really wasn’t planning on buying makeup right now. Eventually I had to get up and apologize because I really couldn’t afford and told her I would be back when i could. This was after maybe 10 minutes of me trying to stand up and get away and her touching my arm to sit back down and asking “why would I pay full price next time, unless I’m rich, when I can pay for the smaller bottle now and get the bigger bottle of cover for free. When I got up and backed away a she got mad and her mood changed and she finally said “bye, and don’t come back.” Not the best experience I’ve had when going to the mall and definitely won’t be taking my business back And making sure my friends know about my experience.

I bought the BB cream, I think its commercial product. the three stars for the quality. I think I paid $65 for something that deserves $20.I dont recommend you to buy cosmetics from this brand.you can buy better brands from sephora and it would be cheaper.

I love the BB cream. I use it as my Foundation, is so soft on the skin. Its the only makeup that didnt make me damage

So Thursday July 25th I was shopping before a surgery that day and was stopped by one of the girls working there. While the quality of the makeup may be great and the girl had a nice personality, I have a massive problem. When the makeup was being applied to me with a brush I noticed a dirty, clearly been used quite a bit, one was being used on my face. This was at 11 am. Theres no way it was dirtied to that degree by just one or 2 other people. Besides that, using unclean brushes that harbor bacteria on someone elses face who has a compromised immune system couldve be very bad. Had a brush been used on me that was clean I wouldve bought at least 4 of the items shown to me. 👎0/5 (Houston Galleria location)

Ive used Bella Terra products for 6+ years now. Their products are amazing and I absolutely love them. It is the only make-up that I will use.

Jacob at the mall in Houston is just doing his job. He wasnt pushy with me but then again Im from Los Angeles and maybe am just used to his get to the point sales tactics. If I didnt genuinely like the product I would have walked away with my the other sister half face makeup job to MAC and had them fix it for me. The truth is I like the product and I really like Jacob. Hes sweet and very educated about makeup tips. I am a plus size model and will tell the other girls about this product as it (after 2 weeks) hasnt caused any reactionary side effects but has moisturized well Thanks Jacob!

Told them i don’t wear make up . She hands me a card and insist i sit . So i did because i feel sorry for them . That’s got to be very shameful for someone to beg ppl on a basis to buy make up by damn near forcing them and selling it at prices it’s not worth. Anyway she put like 5 different powders on my face . I don’t have time for that and all that make she had caked on her face . I don’t know what’s so natural about having 5 powders clogging your pores . I felt sorry and got the liner. The least i can do for wasting my time . Let my daughter play make up with it
