They have the best customer service ever ! I needed another piece of porcelain and they were completely out but Nancy and Eric both told me not to fear that they would do their best to locate one for me and sure enough they did !!!!! Beautiful granite! Loved the translucent piece but would HATE to know the cost.

Went here back in early March picked out a stone for my countertops and they told me it was on back order and would be in mid to late April. Called them a few days ago and they told me it wouldnt be in until mid July. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager apologized and said she would take care of it and call me the following day. 4 days later and still no call. Go anywhere else

I was thinking the other day that I have noticed over the years customer service isnt the same (not just talking about Earthstone, but basically everywhere). I know its been crazy with all that is happening in the World, but how hard is it to be kind to your clients/customers.I have to been meaning to write this review for awhile but I am just getting around to it. Thank you Gaven for always being so helpful with my request. I have worked with him at Colours and at Earthstone. I really appreciate the good customer service. I know it might not seem like much to you because this is your personality, but it means a lot to me. I really do wish we could go back to the days when good customer service was part of every company experience. Thank you!

Don’t buy from earth stone. Long waits and bureaucracy. As a contractor, I recommend you to go somewhere else. Just across the street there’s a better supplier.

We have been buying from this place for a few years and we really recommend Earthstone !! Their prices, customer service and high-end products are what we need in a distributor to offer to our clients. Their showrooms are beautiful, and we know we can meet our clients there and be able to choose the latest trends. Our Account manager, Monica Marmolejo, is always there to answer our questions and would also help out meeting clients when we cannot meet them there! Cant tell you how many times I use Earthstone they have amazing products always at the top of the game. When it comes to customer service Griselda is the best she makes sure to go above and beyond to making sure that your investment is well worth it. Very knowledgeable and caring for her clients I cant speak highly enough of her, and she doesnt accept any less than the best for her clients.

Houston Tile Works picked up an order yesterday of Verona Premium 24x24 travertine tile from this store. A total of 2,000 square feet to be exact. It is our first experience with this company and we want to congratulate them on the premium quality of their materials.

I have been purchasing my stone here for about a year now and my experience with Earth Stone has always been excellent. I usually deal with Selena and she always goes above and beyond to make sure I get what I need. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Poor customer service. We were customers of a retail business who uses Earth Stone as their supplier. We went there to select a granite slab. Initially passed around to different employees and received vague directions to the area where slabs were located. After making the selection and ensuring what we thought was the identifying information, we received a call from the retailer telling us they could not find out slab. Ultimately, the job was completed with the granite selection we wanted, but going there was a waste of our time.

We are a construction company who deals with all types of manufactures in the city. To have a business owner state that we as a customer should have common sense to know their re- stocking fee, and freight charge is extremely unprofessional. We had both sales associate and manager admit it was their mistake on the false information we were given for returning an item. Earth Stones manager failed to consider us as a customer, or respect us for that matter. Manager Monica apologized to us and advised we agree with you on this matter we should be able to return our material, but only the owner can approve this. So unprofessional and for this to come from the owner is horrible. I advise anyone to stay away from this company, clearly customer service is not their strong suit.

Eric and Martha provided the best customer service. They are the reason we bought from Earthstone. Martha went out her way to check availability and Eric was very prompt and nice. We have bought 4 beautiful slabs of marble and will only purchase from Earthstone in the future. The other plus is their Wearhouse is indoors so we didnt have to look at slabs outside in the heat! Thank you both so much for a great experience.

Not much selection from granite but came and find color not so easy to find some were else, also in side a warehouse good kept stone here.

Exellence customer experience, my contractor sent me to earth stone to select gradients. They had a wide selection to choose. The staff is so helpful, friendly, and beautful. Martha help me select the matching slap gradient I wanted for my home. The receptionist Denise offered me drinks, popcorn, and cookies. I definitely would reccomended Earth Stone!Sincerely, Sean

Earth Stone seems to have one of the biggest show rooms in Houston for travertine, marble, and limestone. We highly recommend you check them our when looking for natural stones.

Worst customer service I sent homeowners in to look at material this sales rep Elly she reffered them to one of her own fabricators to do the job unprofessional and naive I’ve tried to get in touch with her and she was not helpful. She’s a horrible horrible liar.

Earthstone does not stand behind its service. We visited their location to select our stone. We took off work to be there and spent well over an hour looking for the perfect marble slabs. We selected them and scheduled time for our fabricator to pay and pick up the materials. A couple of days later, we went to our fabricator to view. They were given the wrong slabs.Come to find out, our slabs were not marked properly and were sold to someone else. When we returned to try to find more pieces, the open box had inferior pieces. When we asked to come back to view another box, we were informed that the owner--off on vacation somewhere--said no. They chose not to correct their error, and their error caused major delays in our remodel.I will not do business with Earthstone (in Houston) again and recommend others to avoid using them as well.

If I could give a negative 10 starts I would. Very unprofessional. Staff is lazy, unexperienced, and knows nothing about customer service. We stood around several times just waiting on someone to talk to us. These women know nothing about granite. Waste of time. Go to anyone else. EXPO or Omni is the best in town. I found what I wanted and was overwhelmed with the knowledge they gave me. Customer service was amazing. Earthstone is the last place anyone should go. Horrible Horrible service. Do not do business with these people. Crooks, Liars, and cheaters. Its all about the money not about real customers service.
