I am working with David Weekly to build a house. They have MC Surfaces for their granite. We got a higher priced granite so we were able to look at it in case the variation was off and we didnt like it. Shandy was my sales associate. She talked about how much of an inconvenience it was for her to be there that day. They granite slabs they had out for what we chose looked nothing like the sample from the DW design center so I tried finding something else in the inventory they had. Shandy was reluctant to show me other designs and she said they didnt have any granite in the cream/ivory color range. There were also lots of samples out that she claimed the current slabs dont look like those anymore. So I wasted my time on that. And their indoor design office wasnt open. So I settled with something a darker and I am saddened about the granite. It ruins the look of the kitchen. Im upset with this company for rushing my decision and not having variety and with DW for misrepresenting the options in granite.Update11/9/2020: First of all that response by the owner is completely useless. Why would I come back here after that? Second, There is a big crack in the granite that we complained about. They had two guys come out to look at it and said they would get back to us. That was 3 months ago. I emailed a lady from the company I had corresponded with before and she said she will tell Nick to get back to me. No one has gotten back to me. That was two weeks ago.

I had a great experience at MC tile working with Heather and Holly in the sales department after searching for many weeks for a good granite provider and fabricator. I also met Mario in the warehouse who was also really good to meet. Everyone that I worked with was very knowledgeable about the product and transparent in their pricing. In addition they were very timely in their communication, fabrication and installation. It was really good to finally find a place that did the whole deal and is concerned with customer satisfaction.
