She was very helpful in providing options for our new quartz counter tops; even dropped of samples to me so I wouldnt have to drive to the showroom! I would 100% recommend working with her!! The installation process was quick and easy. They arrived on time, removed the previous counter tops, installed the new counter tops and cleaned up. Worked with Bryan from my initial visit through the installation and everything was excellent. Took me a few trips to various slab places and price quotes before settling on Vicostone Akoya quartz for all 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. Texas Custom Granite came out to get the precise measurements and send over an electronic template to fit all 100 sq ft on 2 slabs with only 2 seams. Installation looks great the seams are not noticeable and the caulking was done right. Bought the undermount kitchen and bathroom sinks from them as well for a good price. If you are not as picky as I am they have a lot of remnants at their location to choose from to save money. Would definitely use again.

Texas Custom Granite did all of our countertops in our custom home 5 years ago. We picked out each custom piece and selected the location for each cut. They did a great job. Recently we refinished a table and needed a new table top. I called Texas Custom Granite and Dalton immediately responded. Our experience with Texas Custom Granite was perfect. Im always wary of hiring contractors, there are so many horror stories out there. We needed a hole cut in our Silestone to install a new sink. David the sales guy gave us a fair upfront cost for the work and scheduled the visit to suit our needs. The guys that came to do the work were on time, courteous and fast. They cleaned up everything before they left, so it was as if the werent there at all. When we have a need in the future for counters we will be calling them!

Jessica is nice but service is lacking. I had a smaller job that didnt seem to be a problem at first, but after a few emails, communication stopped. I could not continue to wait and chose another vendor. Perhaps theyre short staffed?

Great place! The selection is endless and the service is excellent. TCG completed a small job for me. The design or drawing phase was tops. There was very good communication to approved the drawing. Although the installation team arrived a couple of hours late, the work was completed promptly, and the place was left clean.

These days it seems more and more difficult to find reliable businesses who do what they say. Jessica was more than reliable. She came to our place a number of times which was extremely helpful. She worked with me when we had mods to the plan and schedule. On install day, when there was a misunderstanding with how a slab had been cut, I called her and the problem was quickly resolved.

We use Texas Custom Granite for all of our countertops and sinks and we love them! Graham (our Rep) is amazing, his customer service is impeccable. We have worked with many granite companies and they are the only ones that will call ahead if they see a potential problem and try to solve it before hand rather than installing something incorrectly and having to come back out and fix it. Graham has taken the time to learn our specific wants and needs for our customers and makes sure they are met every time. Their selection is very good and their quality of workmanship is even better.

The team from Texas Custom Granite and our Account manager Dalton Rosser made the process simple and painless. We remodeled our home to an open floorplan with a large Island in the kitchen with quartz countertops and then also repurposed some of the old Granite in the laundry room to add a sink and upgrade what was previously installed. I was first surprised of the new showroom and fabrication buildings on Old Greenhouse road. My family was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson that was quick to share recommendations. The measurement team that came onsite was on schedule, professional and courteous. After having done a lot of research with the big box stores and even the local décor place, we were confident that none of those places compared to the personalized service from Texas Custom Granite. Our salesperson Jessica was a great help through every part of the process. Every interaction through the measurement, selection, contract and installation was flawless. She was always quick to respond to my questions, gave me great recommendation and had the best product at the best price.

Jessica was super helpful. My mother and I went to look at many different slabs at TCG. Their staff was so helpful to my mother, who is partially disabled, and pulled out each slab so she could see them from the comfort of her vehicle before making a final decision. They took the time to make sure she was happy with her selection. Originally jessica told us the lead time for install was about 2 weeks, but my mother and I were pleasantly surprised when they were able to install in about 8 days. I stall crew came in and were done in about an hour. Very professional all the way around. From the slab yard to the install and follow up to make sure my mother was happy. Highly recommend this lady and this company!!!! We will be back when our next projects come up.

My house was flooded in the recent Harvey disaster. looking for a granite company to do the work on my house,Kitchen, bathrooms etc... i decided to go with Texas custom granite. price was OK for me and communication with the salesman was satisfactory. HOWEVER, The installer that came to my house was so rude !! its not what he said, its what he didnt...when i tried to communicate with him and ask questions, he completely ignored me, he would not even look at me...i was so upset, i was ready to ask him to leave. when they were done installing i thought he will walk me through what he did and address any questions i may have...I was wrong, they just took off. Note to the owner...your installer is the last person to represent your company, choose your people better. they killed the overall experience.

Doing a kitchen Re-Do and purchased the most beautiful granite EVER!!! Called upon Texas Custom Granite to fabricate it and spoke to Rebecca. Contractor issues and kitchen cabinet woes delayed fabrication for a time. This set back did not phase Rebecca at all. She is the BEST!!!. The job was finally completed. Their work and customer service was outstanding. A state of the art company. I highly recommend them for ALL granite needs.

TCG did an excellent job with the installation. We had a slight hiccup on the installation on Thursday evening. It was taken care by noon on Friday. TCG stands behind their commitment to give you excellence in their work!

I recently broke a Terrazzo marble hallway table top in moving it. Upon the recommendation of Bekki Mathers, an Interior Designer, I called and met with Bryan Wallace at Texas Custom Granite. He met with my wife and me to assist in the selection of a new piece of marble to match the broken table top. The new top was fabricated within 10 days, delivered to our home and installed. Rather than having to use a whole marble slab, we were able to select a partial which saved us some money. The table looks better than new. We were extremely pleased their work and would recommend them to anyone needing any sort of marble work. They have a huge assortment of colors and patterns to choose from.
