What a wonderful store. Lots of gifts, stationary, and wrapping paper. Service was great. I had two gifts wrapped. Jeanne helped me pick out the papers and then wrapped my gifts. They were beautiful. To top it all off, she even brought my wrapped gifts out to the car for me! The price was was very reasonable as well. If you need to get gifts for someone, get them wrapped, or just plain stationery items, this is the place to go.

Ben B. is an amazing employee, delivered outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to make sure my order was fulfilled. I needed some A1/4-bar (really small) envelopes for a print job and Paper Source is the only local store to carry them - which is another great thing about this store (besides Ben) - they have a great variety of products. I live quite far from the store, so I opted for Paper Sources delivery option to deliver the order to my printer via Postmates. After I placed the order and paid, Postmates said it was out of their delivery area. Ben quickly took care of the issue and made sure the order was delivered as promised. He didnt let the ball drop and leave me to figure out the issue - he handled it with outstanding customer service and grace. Paper Source has quality products and employees.

I like this store and everything that they sell a lot but had a really weird interaction with who seemed like the manager trying to take my $25 gift card and instead give me $8 off and claim it was much more. Try not to have any issues here because things can get uncomfortable quickly

So Saturday I came in to this store and spoke with a young man, I am horrible because I forgot his name. He helped me by getting me quotes for my sisters wedding invitations and was very helpful, described the product well and he had a great sense of humor. He let me know of the discounts going on and sent the quotes to me asap.Definitely recommend going here and at least speaking with them to ease your mind from the stress of planning a wedding!

Paper Source is on the higher end price-wise, but they are so helpful. They always give me ideas and assistance when I am trying to figure out how I want to wrap a gift for someone. Great selection of cards and little stocking stuffers and fun things, too!

I needed a rush service (7 business days) of 40 wedding invitations in 3 different languages; 15 in English, 15 in Spanish and 10 in German. Since the minimum count available online is 20, I called customer service and asked if I could order 40 and split per language, they said yes and to do it at a store.I went to the Paper Source at Town and Country on a Wednesday, the ladies at the store were very attentive and nice. We spent one hour and a half detailing the order and I paid the rush service/shipping for the 40 invitations on the counter and 40 labeled envelopes online (to allow for the recipient information to be stored). I was promised to have the envelope shipping fees returned because it should be a single order.The proof was supposed to arrive on Thursday, when it didnt I called the store and they said they would check with customer service, the store manager called back telling me I could not submit orders in multiples of 5 and was asked to change my order, I changed to 20 English/10 Spanish/10 German.When I did not receive the proof by Friday I called to check on my order and was told that it was not processed because of an outstanding payment; I explained I adjusted the count per language but the total was the same, I was told to call back after they checked. By end of day I called back and was told that the order was adjusted to 20 English/ 20 Spanish/ 20 German and that since it was late on a Friday nothing could be done until Monday.First thing on Monday I called back, and was finally told that the only way I could order was with a minimum of 20 count per language and that unless I paid for an extra 20 invitations my order could not be placed. Given all the time wasted I decided to cancel my order because it would have not arrived by the time I needed them. They did not cancel the envelopes because they had already been printed and shipped (they failed to tell me that the envelopes would not take as long as the invitations so no rush shipping or service was needed), so in the end I have 40 envelopes with no invitations and they will not refund my money.Terrible terrible customer service!

Always a great experience here. Beyond all their neat items they carry the people that work at paper source are kind, sweet, and caring. For this reason this is my daughters favorite store! She also attended summer camp here and LOVED it! They did crafts with the kids each day and again the personnel was amazing!

Frankie was super sweet with my daughter (Allison) . And by the way he has an amazing handwriting . If you ever been in the store you know what Im talking about😉 Weve never heard of the store before this was our first time in the store. And its amazing my daughter loves doing embossing. Will definitely be back since this is my daughters new hobby now

Love this location, love the classes, love the store, love everything about Paper Source. Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable, quality is usually outstanding. There are fun cards that you wont find anywhere else. I get cute stamps and great quality ink there. Love the colored envelopes and cards, they will match any of your event themes.

Amazing paper crafts. Has tons of stuff thats cool and unique. definitely need to check it out period. New stuff comes in every month. Is located in citycentre. Extremely friendly staff. They were even rap certain gifts if needed. Look for the butterfly that would jump out of a card when you open it its really neat. You can find it near the Checkout stand. If you dont see it there you can ask one of the friendly staff members. If you get a card make sure you read the back of it in its entirety. Some are made by certain persecuted people. people that were enslaved economically in certain fashions.

DO NOT USE THEM! My daughter was supposed to receive her sample invitation after paying for them, a week later nothing came. We called paper source to get the issue resolved and we had to listen to Ben (city center location) and a lady at the custom service number play the blame game on why the invitations had not been ordered! Long story short no one wanted to help and now we have to get our bank involved for a refund. Save yourself the headache and DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Love all the different papers this place has! They also sell a bunch of little gifts that are fun to look at. They offer classes for kids and have a little craft area where you can try some of their latest tools.

They have the most beautiful paper and great gifts! Its a one stop shop for sure. Plus they have gift wrapping services and custom orders on everything from stationary and invitations to even napkins!

Great store with lots of specialty paper, an adventure once inside. Jeanne was marvelous, I experienced service with her listening and showing me what they had that worked for my needs.

I came in with my daughter and found fun gifts for my family.

We had an envelope crisis and Paper Source saved us! All of our wedding invitation envelopes (purchased from elsewhere) had sealed shut after being delivered in the rain, and replacements (ordered again from somewhere else) turned out to be the wrong size. On a deadline, we dashed to Paper Source after doing a google search for somewhere that sold envelopes in the nearby area, and are so glad we did! Not only did they have a wall of different color and sized envelopes, but the employee at checkout saved us by showing us sizes we hadnt considered and ended up being a better fit for what we needed. He also had great recommendations for how everything should come together. We are grateful and look forward to sending out our wedding invites now! :)

This is one of those stores thats for a niche group - some people would rather die a slow death than go in here - but for those in the niche; its like heaven on a stick. Paper EVERYTHING, from by-the-sheet specialty wrapping paper to rolls to sheets of cardstock, every type of tchochke and gift imaginable (including all the cutesy and fashionable ones, right now llamas and cactuses and unicorns), and things with bling and glitter and fun puns and you name it. Like I said - if you love it, youll LOVE it. If you dont - well, wander up the street to the green open space and wait for your friend or partner in the sunlight. Theyll probably only be an hour or two ;)
