Ive been using Aries for years for my I need a logistic miracle. Since then we have move to using them exclusively for import/export (keep in mind my mother office and manufacturing is half way around the world. We are also working with their warehousing service, saving us unneeded overhead while our equipment is securely stored. I can ship out individual items at a moments notice with a simple message to the warehousing team with a range of options from ASAP to economical and everything in between. Susana has been my representative for over two decades and has never let me down.

Aries has been import agent/customs broker for National Terrazzo, Tile & Marble, Inc for approximately 25 years. Always great service. Once we send them copy of Purchase Order and vendor information, they take care of everything from clearing the container through Customs to delivering to our yard. They have also helped with land trucking as well.Susana McKenzie is our account rep and she continually checks in and advises of any problems that may occur and then makes sure that all is taken care of as soon as possible.

I call to ask for a quote to forward my freight of 60 cartons from overseas to port of Houston, and need them forward to Dallas TX. They transfer me from department to department 9 times but nobody know nothing !!! The answer is I have to email them so they can contact overseas then they will give me a quote from Houston to...Dallas !!! I bever thought with their experience from 1984 up to now, but still have to send me 9 times,to different department before I get that answer.

Aries has always been responsive and helpful when I have deal with them at work. I specifically deal with Marquise Shelton often, and Marquise is very quick to help with anything I need. I am provided with detailed tracking information when needed, and I am always updated with new information and asked about preferences if a shipment needs to be expedited or can be postponed to group with other shipments. Im very happy with the communications I have had with Aries as a whole.

So while Im actually not a client of Aries, I am a vendor for them. Their leadership team is always working on how to serve their employees and clients to the highest degree. First freight company I worked with that did a great job transitioning from one sales person to another. The transition was smooth and seamless, about 10 years ago. They continually have great service. When a situation does occur, they contact me immediately with a solution prepared or worked it out with all the parties involved and just call me to let me know whats going on. In short, I dont have to babysit the shipments and that is a great feeling.

Be careful doing business with them and you try to get paid on an invoice, they pick and choose what they will pay and do not pay and refuse to answer phone calls and emails when it comes to trying to get paid.

Absolutely would not use to send any sort of delicate instrumentation! I used them to box and ship with the instrument showing up destroyed and not worth fixing!A year later and they still havent paid for the shipment they destroyed!DO NOT USE!

Excellent service, if you plan to import to the United States, this is your best option. They have customer service in Spanish and give you the most value for your money. I love that they designed a strategy for my start up, to reduce costs in the long term. Aries is the maximum, totally recommended.
