I called Rod with a super complicated and difficult situation regarding my personal cargo from South America. I have no experience with importing anything and was in a mess in which I could easily have lost all my belongings. Rod kindly took my case and told me how I could avoid the worst problems in a straight talking, honest way. They charged me a fraction of what another company was asking and got everything done very fast and efficiently! I am SO thankful! So Im writing this review of my experience. They are efficient and honest and fair. A million star review!

These guys are wonderful - specifically Rod and Berni. I’m an individual and recently shipped a container from West Africa for the first time. I didn’t have a clue what the hell I was doing but they held my hand from beginning to end, to handle ISF filing and customs clearance as well as assistance with demurrage fee handling. Just perfect to deal with.

I am new to using a cargo broker and explained to CIB that I would need clear instructions on the steps needing to be taken to complete the process and pick up my shipment. I did not receive this! My call were never returned, unclear instructions cost me $150 in storage fees. The only reply I received from the representative helping me about not returning my several calls was you should have emailed me.This was not a good experience at all!

Worste place ever. They are very rude and don’t know anything about customer service don’t use these people Rod is an idiot and he tried to hide how much he was charging me. Also he tried to get more money out of me
