Excellent service from the staff. I ordered a cookie cake online the morning I needed it. The shop was clean and smelled wonderful!

Great service!!!! Came by today 02/14/2021 to pick up my order and it was ready before scheduled. I really appreciate how professional and responsible these employees are. Due to the weather they are pushing all orders out early and Im very thankful for that. They couldve easily cancelled everyones orders and called it a day...but not the Heights location. They called me around 10am and told me that my order was ready and I could come by and pick it up. I highly recommend this location for their great service and true dedication to their job. They are very responsible and Thank you to the 2 young ladies that were there this morning on this day. My heart shaped cookie was so amazing and my wife was very happy!!!

There were 2 employees one was a nice man with glasses and the other was a girl who was in the front cashier area.. The man was very nice and helped me but when I first entered the lobby I asked the girl a question and she gave me a look as if I was dumb for asking her a question. She also didn’t offer to help me or asked what I was looking for so I walked towards the man who was nice enough to help. I feel like all customers should be treated with respect and if you don’t like your job then simply don’t work there.

Always find something good to satisfy my sweet tooth and the customer service is always good.

Tasted the vanilla cinnamon. The cinnamon was a bit too overpowering so I got one of my favorite standbys butter pecan. I added lots of pecans and it was delicious! I also noticed that people were buying Great American Cookies. It seems like it was a great idea to pair the two together. Always a friendly staff.

Wasnt acknowledged for a good 4 mins until the employee decided to do their job. On top of that, half of my order was left on the slab. She decided I shouldnt have the rest of the order I paid for.

This location has amazing customer service. I picked up my cookie cake and noticed a mistake once I arrived home. I called the store and spoke to Gabriel about the problem. He was super sweet and professional, but he informed me that the manager’s shift ended. Dahlia, the manager called me from her personal cell phone 30 minutes later to remedy my problem! They both went above and beyond for great customer service. Dahlia and Gabriel worked together and assisted in fixing my cake problem immediately! No one is perfect, but customer service is everything! Thank you Dahlia and Gabriel!

I came here on October 25, 2020 which is today and the ice cream they served me was just melted goo. They should really train them better on how long to have the ice cream sitting on the tray it was just very unacceptable i will definitely not be back DEFINITELY!!!!!!.

Their waffle cones are really good. You don’t get the stale kind that a lot of other ice cream places have. I’ve been a sweet tooth guy for years and have tried every creamery in the city. Marble slab is by far the best. Especially the Britt day cake flavor. That and coffee are just out of this world.

Delish and made proper in the front of you. Highly endorse the vanilla with caramel and m&m sweets combined in. Prompt carrier and very clean. Thank for the ideal after a film experience. Hours of operation labored for me.

They made a wonderful cookie cake at the last moment for my son that fit the occasion. It was perfect and ready for pickup in 2 hours after online ordering.

Yay! $25 for 2 ice cream Cones and a cookie I don’t even know how I feel about that I should’ve just gone to the grocery store across the street and went grocery shopping, also the high School students that they hire are lazy workers, the key thing is that they have no communication skills or common sense. But the ice cream is OK but I think I could buy a lot more flavors at the grocery store for $25 and a lot more cookies that’s for sure

Ordered from here and there was not any hand sanitizer in sight. I asked the workers of they had any and they said no. I will not be back since this store also did not look clean and there were 2 employees working and I did not see them washing their hands either.

I walked into marble slab and this very cute blue eye lady took my orders she was to gorgeous her blue eyes caught my attention even though the short lady was rude I will still give the icecream and girl a 5 star rating all recommend people to buy here now often

I just stopped here to get my son an ice cream cake for doing really good as hes been struggling with school. Fransico was the only one there when we arrived, he was pleasant.. He took our order and since I had asked if he could add a few Oreos on the side of the cake, we waited to speak to the manager. Delia, the manager was helping someone else at the moment. We waited and didnt take the offers on the Oreos, instead went for writing in the cake. I was given a pen and a paper to write what I wanted. I wrote, keep up the good work partner! it was too big for the cake I had gotten. So, I wrote instead, Great job Partner . She wrote the words on the cake. I did had a small request... I asked if she could add the ! At the end of word, partner. Francisco went to ask, he came out with the red ink pouch ( Im not a cake designer so I dont know the name for it) and said she asked me to write it in there. Honestly, I think I could have tried to write draw an ! But I didnt go to school for that nor did I get hired at marble slab to do this. I asked her to come out, please. The manager came out with her hands covered in chocolate and stated to me, she had chocolate in her hands. I asked her to wash them and help me, please. She then came out in a bad mood and was very rude about it. She is the manager of a well known location and a very well know Ice cream parlor, youd expect to have Great service and leave happy, no matter what color or race you are. And Im Hispanic. And so was she!Now, my sons cakes looks bad and we really like Marble slab. This was just a bad experience here, toady! And that sucks.

Fast-Paced and Respectful Employees!

Chicken burrito was great! The carnitas even better but a little salty. The steak, again a little salty for my taste. I got the freebird burrito size but it was too much and ended up throwing away the remaining. The nextvisit I got the hybrid size burrito and it wasthe perfect portion especially because I felt satisfied and didnt waste any of it. I went with the chicken since its not too salty. The salsa verde is my preferred...the red is mediocre. Parking is great and the staff is friendly.

I went in around 7pm & there were 3 people behind the counter: 2 guys & 1 female. The guys were standing around like they had better things to do (one looked to be in training) while the female associate was helping another customer. I asked if they had Oreos, and the trainee told me that they had Oreo dust. I said no thanks to that b/c pure`ed Oreos just didnt sound appetizing. The other young man explained that they were crushed Oreos. Crushed is a lot different than dust I said (I swear - this is what happens when kids dont read!), so I told them to please put it w/ my ice cream. While the trainee was running my c/c, he was glued to his cell phone. It was obvious he was texting someone. I worked in the customer sevice industry for 15 yrs. There is a time & place to bust out your phone - when youre with a customer & checking them out is not one of them. I would have given 4 stars had the trainee not been glued to his phone.

Went there last week...Had the strawberry ice cream with a few toppings...Tasted great! Service was nice and quick!! 10/10 would go again!

I ordered one scoop of ice cream in a waffle bowl here and there was an extremely small amount of ice cream compared to what I have had in the past from other marble slabs… will be going to a different location next time.

Terrible experience trying to pick up a cookie cake. My friend scheduled a pick up for 1:00pm. I got there at 1 and it was not ready. They gave me heinous excuses. First excuse was blaming the time change saying it was going to take 20-30 more minutes. They also said they open at 12pm so I need to allow for a 2 hour window so they can prepare. Why offer a 1pm pick up time?
