Amazing finds everytime. My visit this time was made even more pleasant because of how organized the sections were. SO NICE! Found a great dimensional purse, a cactus wallet, and a brand new tags on Champions shirt. Win!!!! Keep an eye out for the tag sales which can be up to 50% sometimes...it varies. My only complaint is I wish this location was closer. 😂💜

I have been a customer since Day 1! Use to go weekly but now I go once every three months. Prices have gone way up. Saw some rainboots for $16 today which Is high for being used and donated. I recommend only going on sale days for 50% off but still they raised prices so now with even at that discount cheapest items would be .99 -.50. Its a must visit least once a month to get great finds.

Store was nice enough, but my wife wanted a black bag and it had a price tag on it, but when we checked out it had fallen off. The cashier tried to arbitrarily double the price so she could convince us not to buy it and so she could give it to her friend, who was also a cashier. Pretty shady...

The prices are low . Its large clean and goods range from crutches to capris. They had signs or on certain days that everything is 50% off. One of the clerks mentioned that this is a new chain in TexasThe clothes were clean and in good shape.

Store looked pretty trashed. Every aisle had stuff strewn on the floor. Employees didnt seem to care.

First time coming here, bought some furniture on sale, they have cute retro things, just have to look for them, experience was good, and the employees are mostly helpful. Also if you are looking for lamps/lampshades this is the biggest collection I have seen..

This store has an organized layout with size, color and easy to read signs all over the store. It doesnt have that musty odor that other thrift stores like Value Village have. Today l found a pair of shorts for 30% off. When I looked inside the shorts to check the size I saw the original price tag from Nordstrom so Im stoked to get such a sweet deal.

This Texas Thrift has a large selection of clothing for the entire family - especially womens clothing.Its one of the few thrift stores that sort clothing by size. That makes it a lot easier to focus on items in your size.They have a selection of housewares including dishes, glasses, curios, bric-a-brac, framed art, etc.

Awesome place with a huge selection of clothes and household items! Found some like-new brand name sweaters (authentic cashmere ones!) and graphic tees/sweatshirts for very reasonable prices. Definitely will be returning! :)

This was one of the most cheapest Texas Thrift Stores I have ever visited. The store was nice and clean and the sizes were all organized. I visited on a Sunday, there offered half off, but because I wasnt a member of specific store I wasnt about to take part in the additional sales, but it was ok, because I was so happy to have found bargains as I did. GREAT PLACE TO SHOP!!!

Really good prices and decently organized. the racks are pretty packed so you’ll have to dig through them to find what you’re looking for, but that should be expected for most thrift stores. they have 50% sales on basically every holiday which is cool and you can sign up for texts to be reminded. the line is usually kind of long, especially on the 50% off days, so going closer to opening hours may help with that.

I love coming here. Its a necessity for me to come at least once a week. I love that they replaced most of the previous staff. They were very rude and obnoxious. So far this crew its good my only complaint is that they barely even acknowledge you. I paid yesterday and the cashier did not say a single word not even for my total.

Huge store. Lots of things to buy for low prices and wonderful staff.

The store has a lot of good items and lots of options, but at the same time y’all should be ashamed at some of these prices for it to be a THRIFT STORE, especially when everything is donated. I should not be looking at skirts that are more than $10 in a thrift store. I saw one skirt for $16 and a pair of shoes for $25 (regular store prices). I can go to goodwill and get a pants suit set for $10 (true story).

The store was clean and organized by size (super helpful). Also, I got a pair of Lucky Brand jeans for $2, cant beat that! I plan to go back when I have more time to browse.

Wouldnt recommend and would not come back. The whole point of a thrift store is to save money, yes they do have a variety of items but theyre extremely expensive. I ask about a dresser that didnt have price and they told me $100 it was really damaged and needed a lot of TLC. I was going to buy to restore for my self and I was trying to some money, but I guess not.

Clean, organized, great selection and good prices. The only thing keeping it from getting a fifth start is that while my daughter was trying on dresses a worker came by and said the dressing rooms were closed but there was no sign. Why would dressing rooms be closed an hour before the store closes. All other employees were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had the toys in 2 lg. Bins. No room to look though them. Who does that at Christmas time. Otherwise no lines at the checkout.

Ive been to a few thrift stores, but this one is my go to when I need clothes, or in need of something .. They usually have it.. They have Big furniture, and variety, also they have a lot of nice clothes, not old clothes like others Ive visited, they have everything neat ..THEY HAVE A RESTROOM & DRESSING ROOM, how awesome is that!! Some dont have either ..They also have a lot of shoes and clean and the pair is together in a neat and organized way ..Come here and youll love it ..When I was recently separated I had NO money and 3 kids, I had just started working I went to a few used stores and this store I will forever go to .. Even if I have the money to shop somewhere where the close are new, nah I rather come here .. I bring my kids here and sometimes friends ..

First Time at this place & worst experience ever, they trying to sell old stuff a almost new price like some speakers that online cost 250 to 200 dollars in good use. The same speakers at this place one speaker was broken & the other was damage, but they want to sell it to 200 dollars no matter what. I ask the manager why the price so high, if speaker is damage and the have scratch all over & she just move her head like, like she doesnt care about customers or her job, wow what a service is that.

I dont have much to say about the clothes, its like any other thrift store that you go to. The store was more on the disorganized end, I dont remember the prices being spectacular. But I had a really bad experience with the people there.I was catcalled by one guy in the parking lot, and another 2 within the store. In fact the men there come across as really creepy- I couldnt explore certain areas of the store because the men there stared and trailed behind me. It wasnt until I walked over to an area where the women were that they stopped following me. This was so scary because Im a petite girl and I was shopping alone.Another thing about my experience was that there were a lot of unattended children, it was a bit annoying having to watch out from bumping into them.I dont believe the store had any great clothing or good prices that would let me overlook this first time experience.

Not a good selection at all, and prices are too high for raggedy things. Employees were trying to get everyone out of the store at 8:35pm even though the store doesnt close until 9. Also worth mentioning- they ID you if you pay with card, debit or credit. I recommend value village on Jensen.

Great store. Clean and organized. Each day one color tag is 50% off and another color is 30% off. The fitting rooms are very clean. The clothes are organized by size AND color. Prices are reasonable and there is something for every member of the family. Quality clothes for good prices.

I visited the location for the first time and enjoyed the selection and layout of the store. However, the employees aren’t professional and don’t seem happy to have a job. There was one employee in particular who used profanity and spoke negatively about the management, his pay and coworkers. I was there for approximately 3 hours and he never stopped. He was talking to a young lady who was actually nice and tried to work but he wouldn’t shut up. It was soooo bad I had to speak to a manager. He yelled at customer to not throw items on the floor because he wasn’t there to pick up after them. The manager Marcus seemed to take my complaint seriously. I am part of the reseller community and do a lot of thrifting. This was the worse experience I have ever had concerning an employee. I had to mention it on my YouTube channel.Nicole

Horrible Customer Service, horrible employee, always smells like cardboard and urine. Also customers are horrible and restrooms are dirty no one does their job.

Good prices, good selections, well organized, and customer service is okay. if customer service was better they’d get the full 5 stars. they treat me well enough for me to come back. and the selection of clothing can’t be beat, especially the prices.

Great thrifting place. Ive been here twice now, there is an excellent womens tops and bottoms selection. Everything is organized by type of clothing and size 🙌 There are plenty brand names (lucky brand jeans, seven for all mankind, express, banana republic, loft, Levis), and also nice vintage pieces. Not great for shoes, bags, or mens clothing. They have a percentage off for certain color tags each day, but the best day seems to be Mondays (99cent yellow tags). Left here with four items and spent $17.

I love this place!!! everything is such an awesome price and the store is so clean and well kept unlike other stores. It only looks messy on hectic days like Monday or when everything is half off but that is because the other customers are savage. Sometimes parents let their kids play with toys everywhere but the staff tries to make sure their kids stay with them, which I love!! All in all I love this store!!! Keep up the good work Texas Thrift!!!

This store is better and prices are much better and reasonable compared to the Goodwill. The selection is much larger and very well organized​. Every day of the week they have a discount. Only thing messy about this location is the toy section. Parents leave their kids unattended to do their shopping and their kids make a mess. Although I can say the mess is way less compared to other thrift stores and places such as Ross. I do like how if an employee sees kids unattended they will go on intercom and make it known to the parent hey come get your child basically. Will come back to this location for other things for certain.

I love this store especially when they have 50% off on holidaz sale. i went to the sale on labor day OMG i have never seen so many people, maybe because school starting people wanted good deal for back to school clothes? the lines were so long i should have had my friend stand in line as soon as we walked in the door. it prolly took 2 hrs to get to a register. they have everything you could think of and if you buy certain color price tags those are discounted every week so it’s not too hard to find good deals. it does seem like thrift store prices in general are getting higher and higher every time i go to them.

Bought a dresser from you, then my husband came back a few days later to pick it up and you guys sold it to somebody else. Very dishonest establishment.

They have re-opened after the storm flood. All new inventory and a new layout. I have always been treated well here and especially like the discount for seniors and veterans.

Very UNORGANIZED.. almost like Walmart.. messy.. too many crying children being left unattended.. rude patrons.. LONG LINES.. still waiting in line after 45mins.. will NEVER return.

Its big, reasonably priced, clean, great selection and friendly staff. They run various discount days. Seniors discount day is Tuesday with 30 percent off! Plus they have a colored ticket discount each day too.

Awesome selection. Prices are a bit high for thrift stuff but the selection is pretty high end / unparalleled.Staff was extremely friendly even though I came in right before close and took my sweet time picking out and trying on what I wanted.Will definitely be back here again. Today I was in the shopping strip I went inside too see the new arrangement. I like how they changed the whole entire store all the way around. My concept it is much more better for the customers and most definitely for the employees . with all due respect the store well layed out . I almost brought some thing today but I remembeed that on Tuesdays seniors get a discount of 30% of their purchase. Every penny counts so what one more today too wait it is well worth waiting without a doubt ✋ down .

Prices are no different than a normal store. her second hand shop. just the story. Do not be fooled and do not go. I just do not recommend it.

Texas Thrift Store is one of my favorite stores but I arrived 30 minutes before the store closed and an employee started yelling at all the customers to stop buying that the store is going to close she started practically running at people in a disrespectful way while another employee laughed at what she said what a shame they have people like that

This store is disgusting, gross and Dirty and smells really bad and the employees are extremely rude to the people that are shopping there.... I will never go back to this nasty store

This place is amazing - if I could give it a 6th star, I would. 1). The staff is terrific; I’m generally shopping for clothes from the Women’s section, which at some places can be an uncomfortable scenario, but they’re very easygoing and ‘nbd’ professional-types who were also very helpful. 2). The prices are incredible - I literally struggle to believe the price tags on the items, generally between 1/5 and 1/4 of what id expect to get paid. Plus, there are sales all year long that take 25-50+% off already low prices constantly.I LOVE THIS PLACE 🤗

Selection was ok, what really bothers me EVERYTIME I visit this location is the cashiers, all the employees. Not one friendly face in sight nobody greets you and get this today my cashier said not one word to me as I was checking out. Her name was Doris so it says on my receipt, no greeting, ok. I had to ask her what my total was because she was just standing there waiting for me to pay. She hands me my receipt and change and wow no thank you, nothing. Trust me, I’m not a person that complains but really? No word, no thank you for spending my small change here. Apparently, my money doesn’t mean anything to these people, will take my business elsewhere where it is wanted and appreciated. Corporate, do some secret shopping, you will see how much of an employee change and training needs to take place.

I Love this thift store! Have gotten Alot of clothes here that are so nice! Everyone who works here has Always been So nice when I come in, & it down the road from me. The Only downside is when it floods they are closed for a few months, But worth the wait!

It’s not bad, but not somewhere that would be my “go - to” thrift store, but I did find a pair of pants I liked (men’s). They didn’t have a great selection of men’s tops or jackets.

I like this thrift store alot because of what they carry Ive never left empty handed I do love shopping....but certain employees have a bad attitude that affect their business. I took a friend and both had asked the same lady for help unknowingly and she literally looked at us and gave us a mean mug and ignored us. Afterwards there was a Male who was bringing out male shoes from the back and I saw one of the pair and asked what size they were and this was our conversation I think there too big for you I told him I do have a husband he responded well theyre 30 dollars and put them back in the shelf. Did he think that just because Im hispanic and in a thrift store cant spend 30 dollars in a pair of shoes? If I go to the thrift store is because I love shopping without doing too much harm, I like sales.

I’m not really trying to be tough about things, but I wish that your thrift shop had a better selection of refreshments at the front door. Granola bars are okay, but a customer like myself needs something more along the lines of gulf shrimp.

Manager was forcing people at the jewelry counter line to stand in another line for at least 20 minutes to check out even though the jewelry counter was open & ringing people up. Several customers got frustrated and left. When I pointed out the facts stated above and told the clerk the manager didn’t know what he was speaking about (the manager had just walked out on the floor bc I requested one when the clerk told me I had to wait in 2 separate lines) the manager called me rude and told me “There’s the door”. This was probably bc 1) ignorance and 2) He didn’t like me repeating the facts of the case nor did he like me asking questions. At no point did I change my tone, curse or do anything but ask questions and state facts. I did stand in the 2nd line and paid for my items, however, he lost 3 or 4 sales due to his own rudeness and his refusal to answer my or the other shoppers at the jewelry counter question. I’ll be following up w a phone call to his boss on Monday.

I’m not someone who’s embarrassed by the fact that I buy most out of my clothes secondhand, but I still think you should figure out a better way for us customers to navigate your business. It’s just too much to ask!
