Good doughnuts, I feel like they tast like vanilla

I used to come here when Claudia used to run the shop, she was always so sweet and kind to everyone. Unfortunately after covid, she was probably let go and replaced by this older gentleman. Everything opposite of how she used to be.. He doesnt greet upon entering not even a smile, completely rude, arrogant. Not even a thank you after I hand them my money, never coming back.

One of the better donut shops in my area. They have a wide selection of goods over the typical donut/kolache farre. Im a fan of the boudain Kolache. Sometimes, they will throw in some donut holes for free if your purchase is significant ( if you buy a dozen+ donuts with other stuff).

This used to be a nice place... the ladies were very kind. Now everytime I go in there the man is very rude...and he yelled at me just for using more than 1 stirring straw.....to mix my coffee. I nicely told him he could ask politely and be nice to his costomers, but he kept being rude. Prices have also seemed to go up since the woman left.

I’m glad to grow up near this place. Their food is delicious! I’ve been going here since I was 5 and the quality literally never changed. They’ve added new items too. My most favorite ones was the Mexican kolache but sadly they don’t sell it anymore but that boudin kolache is definitely delicious. Their tacos are also extremely delicious and they got some delicious donuts too! I definitely love this place a lot and I also can’t forget about their biscuits. Basically everything is delicious here and definitely worth your time. They always continue to make a smile on my face even when I just pass by. :,)

I lived near this shop for several years. I moved away two and a half years ago, and this place is one I miss the most about Houston. Their Kolaches often filled my belly and warmed my heart, even during some pretty terrible times for me. The staff was always kind, and welcoming. I never had a bad Kolache from them, or donut for that matter. This was my morning stop quite often for several years.

I have become a kolache addict since moving to Texas 2 years ago. These are the best kolaches Ive found. The dough is AMAZING. The lady who runs the place is so SWEET! Definitely stop in. I recommend their kountry boys and their potato egg and cheese (both come with jalapenos if you like a little heat). The donuts are great too. I recommend the Apple fritters.

They are very nice, warm and welcoming. My family and I love the chorizo, egg and cheese breakfast tacos. And the hot chocolate is amazing! We frequent there weekly. They are just so friendly!

I LOVE this place I have been coming here for about 8 years! The same people work there and they are always very sweet and nice. They even give you an extra donut here and there, just thoughtful.

This is why you cant take most reviews seriously. Whomever said the donuts from here are good needs medical attention. These donuts are AWFUL and stink. I know people in Houston have poor taste buds but this is ridiculous!Not to mention they did not have any milk in the entire store.
