I usually frequent here (#120) every Monday before I go to work. The last couple of weeks I have noticed that when I place my order, the amount varies. One week it is $15.99 and the next week it will be over $17. I order one and a half dozen glazed donuts. Last week it was $15.99. When I ordered this morning, it jumped to $17.83. I told the clerk, that I was here last week and the price was $15 and some change. She looked surprised that I mentioned it. I then handed her the cash, $18, and asked for a receipt so I may compare prices. She then returned with $2 dollars and the receipt, which showed $15.99. If your employees are going to lie about the price only to keep the overage, you need to get HONEST employees.

Every time I get coffee at a Shipley, I tell the person at the window Pleas Don’t fill the coffee up to the brim, it spills out all over the car and clothes, What is it people don’t understand ENGLISH! ? Now I’m having to change my shift and suit pants. This is uncalled for. Tell the person the next time they fill the cup to over flowing your going dump it on there lap and see how they like it

Attendant spoke all in Spanish. Even after I asked to be spoken in English.This could have been turned into a discrimination case. Situation turned into a somewhat defiant situation. With the attendant still closing the conversation in Spanish. Location is 59 South and West Bellfort.Will not go back to Shipleys withthis kind of disrespect.

Never been inside just out side but the employees seem lively

They do have overnight parking in the dirt lot across the street

Service is always prompt even when they have a full house. definitely worth going back to.
