I must say I am a little taken back with the negative reviews I have just read. We went to the show room last week to look for a new front door. We were met with friendly welcome and introduced to a sales person. They explained the differences between the doors ( wood vs fiberglass ), she also showed some of the doors that were on sale as is. We picked out a fiberglass door with stained glass insert. The installer was able to come out that very day and installed it the next day. He did an excellent job and was very meticulous with everything he did. He explained everything and cleaned the door and area when he finished. Even Though the door was as is, without warranty, I feel confident that it was a good purchase and definitely a positive experience. Five Stars for sure. If you are looking for a door, they this company out.
Good place ti work and great people
I was provided superior customer service. I purchased a barn door mounting kit. I am grateful to be their customer and will purchase from them for my future needs. They are professional and great at problem solving.
The door handle lock broke and they would not warranty it at all! It cost over $1200 for it and broke within a month of very light use. DO NOT BUY from Glasscraft at all!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all!!!!
Poor customer service
I went with my husband and we were greeted very politely when we came in. However, we wanted a custom door built but the salesperson was not helpful at all. It was like pulling teeth to get an estimate and everything we asked about was a no. I felt like she wanted us to leave instead of wanting to make a sale.
We purchase our doors 10 years ago and have loved them ever since. Not only they look beautiful, but also they create a welcoming feel to our home.Thank you for creating such a magnificent set of doors.Regards,Shahla
Great selection of glass!
AWESOME Entryway Doors, a door to fit anyones taste.
First off Glasscraft makes excellent doors the issue is Glasscraft Direct sucks. This is basically a place where they sell random doors that were manufactured with defects that they cant sell elsewhere. If you are looking for a new condition door you need to buy it from one of the door companies in Houston. When you walk in there is just a receptionist who on both visits I made acts as if she just wants you to leave. She is absolutely no help and anything you ask her she will find a way to say it cant be done and to hire a contractor. They advertise that they install doors but she knows nothing about that service and just tells you to hire someone else to buy the doors and install them. On my first visit I found a different employee in the rear of the showroom who was very helpful and said they could do everything that the receptionist had told me was impossible. I came back the second time to talk to him specifically and make a purchase and was told he had transferred to a sales position by the same receptionist who would not allow me to talk to him or make a purchase. The price you see on their website is the price that you will pay at this Direct location which is about 5x what you will pay for the same door from any other place in Houston. I ended up buying a Glasscraft door from Primo Doors for about $500 when it would have cost me over $2000 to buy it Direct. Typically Direct means cost savings to the end customer but that is not the case with this place.
Wonderful and awesome experience
Best door ever.
Meah
They should fix the front of the parking lot, its a horror to enter too many pots
