Had a great initial experience when I went in looking for a window for our garage that we were covering to a room. Picked a window and sent measurements via email and followed up only to not receive any customer service after I left. My guess is either it wasn’t large enough for them money wise or they just don’t care. Can’t make any assumptions but I still haven’t received a call or email back in over a week. Wanted to love this local staple but I’m so far not impressed.

We purchased a big order of windows and several French doors for our new build, the windows are beautiful and so are the doors, one of the doors, the big sliding door had a roller defective or was not aligned correctly and we called to get it serviced, the salesperson who originally sold us the windows and doors was now rude and very unprofessional towards me now, ignoring our calls, after we spent a lot of money with this company, we are still waiting to have the door fixed, 8 weeks to have the serviceman call and resolve the issue. We are aware it’s far away from the showroom but nevertheless we deserve to be treated as paying customers and with professionalism. I will increase my stars once the issue is resolved. Salesperson named Laura needs to re-evaluate how she treats her customers and her condescending rude tone.

I had my first experience at Grogan and was so impressed by their selection of windows and doors. Their new showroom is fully stocked and you can actually test the products! I definitely recommend

I went there in early April to ask about Jeld Wen doors and get a quote. I asked about a couple different doors. The information I received was only about one door. So I emailed again on April 5th asking about another door and was told she would forward the information to me when she received it. Its now May 2nd and no response.I have since moved on to a different store and have my 8 doors on order.This store demonstrates bad follow through in my opinion.

Sales person was short with a bad tone in her voice. I thought they were pretty rude. Had a much better experience at a competitors store, and ended purchasing a door there.

All staffing here is extremely friendly and professional. This location maintains stock of doors and windows with related accessories. You can also custom order. Jeld Wen, Milgard, ABS, Vista, Rantoul, RESupply, Huttig, Hawkins, Bend, Grinnell and other product and accessory lines are available to customers. Dont hesitate to call. Everyone is very helpful. Down home, friendly, personalized service provided.
