Terrible company to work with. Once the sales guy took our credit card information we never heard from them again. Had to call multiple times to find out when they were going to deliver/install. It’s been roughly a month since they installed the doors and they did not have the right hardware. We still don’t have door handles on either of our doors and can’t get anyone to return our calls. The doors were also damaged in transport and they were supposed to “fix” when they return with the hardware.

I have attempted to contact the company and its reps several times over the past few weeks regarding an order we placed back in May with no response. I am very concerned by the lack of communication. Willing to modify my rating pending immediate action from Metro.
