They added extra lines to my account without my consent. They added a min tablet and two other lines. When I called corporate I was told the same thing as many other people that have mentioned that it was a promotion like I don’t care what type of promotion it is let the customer know! Never coming here again. Take business elsewhere
Take your business elsewhere. The reps add on new lines to your account. I called corporate and they told me the manager was going to call me, he never did. When I called and waited on hold for over 10 minutes the manager said that theyre running a table promotion so thats why they added a 3rd line. No apology & with a tone like Id messed up somehow.Gente, no den su negocio a personas que solo quieren chngar a los suyos. Agregan líneas sin consultar y cuando reclamas se hacen los ofendidos!
Let me say this... the workers at this location were not the problem! The problem is with t-mobile in general. No one can tell me why my mobile data keeps turning off by itself with any of the 3 devices that Ive tried ... including a brand new phone purchased directly from Samsung.
10/10. They have done a great job yesterday. Ole did great though we were out of time. She helped us trade in our phones get the new plan. Ole and her team mates are awesome. Thanks Ole and your Team!
I would give them zero stars if that was possible. I upgraded my daughters phone and the girl that helped us told me pick out a screen protector and a case and it was $85. So I paid the girl $85 took the phone home well little did I know they added the screensaver and case to my monthly bill. Once I noticed it was a month later when I got my bill so I no longer had the receipt. The associate there said they did not charge me for the case and the screen protector... so WTH as the $85 charge for???? Needless to say I was livid. I will never go back to that store the people there are super unprofessional and deceiving.
Waste of my time, kids working the counter, and all i came for was a new screen protector

If I could put zero stars I would. The other people at this store may be fine but the store manager is named Marquise (not sure if thats how you spell his name) and its the worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. Marquise, if you read this, please know I have filed a complaint against you with T-Mobile corporate offices. My mothers bill specifically says she paid off her phone yet with his ignorance he spoke to me as if I couldnt speak English and demanded that I physically come in to the store to speak to him. If you are unable to explain your plans then you are not fit to be a manager. Unbelievable!!
The representative named Sara was absolutely rude and unprofessional she gave my husband a horrible service. quite honestly she shouldnt be working in a customer service position if she has such a problem attending people. Such a nasty attitude giving him close answers with no explanation. Yes and no. Probably those type of people who are only nice if youre buying.
I came here today upset about my phone not working & the employees here were patient with me & provided me with awesome customer service when I needed it, thanks to Felix & Mark I appreciate the great customer service

They lied to the customers. I bought an Iphone 7 and i said I dont want case nor the screen protector but they said its include in the kit and made me buy it. I called in to T-mobile and the actually told me that it is NOT include in the package. They are not honest to the customers so please dont come here to buy or get any services from them at all. They actually worth 0 star.
All the sales representatives were in their phones when I walked it. It literally took them 10 minutes to acknowledge that I was there.

Unprofessional staff, I was the only customer in the store, with 3 employees available. The one that helped me was not knowledgable and had to look everything up, over and over again. He had to stop to look for the answer to everything (he wasnt new or anything. He obviously was working there the longest of the 3, so no excuse).The other two would try to half heartedly help sometimes (to no fruition) or would just joke around with each other, while their other associate is talking to me. They are all standing at the same small service desk, so no matter how much they try to whisper, I can still hear everything. At least go to the back or somewhere else in the store if youre gonna goof, not right in front of the customer.They were not clear on anything, different associates would give different information from visit to visit. Would not recommend.
