We are recommended by a friend and neighbor to this store. We brought our measurement and went to the store for materials, advice and quote. Micheal, who is the store owner, kindly took care of us and gave us a lot of honest advice based on his rich experience. He is an honest person, he would consider our requirement over more money he could make. After we decided to have them to install the blinds, they went to our houses and make sure the measurements. They gave us a reasonable quote. They came to install on the Sunday after thanksgiving, because walls are not even from top to the bottom due to the repaint they spent a whole day to install blinds and all others. They are very careful and professional. They cared about the house just like we do and even more, sometimes we think its fine, but they still want to make the installments perfectly. The other compliment is the quality. Unlike some cheap stores weve looked before, blinds and ropes are stronger and textured. We will come to the store later after we rebuild the bathroom.

It is a hard decision for us to select curtain rather than the blinds since it is difficult,costly and time consuming to make a design and match our furniture. We almost gave it up and tried to get the blinds instead till we met Mr. Hu. Different from other vendors, he is very creative. He made a design for us in combination of the size of the rooms and windows, the theme color of rooms, your budget, and your preference, etc. It turns out a perfect match to our individual rooms and every curtain looks great. This is a Mom and Pop shop and the couples are both experts in drapery and anything curtain related. We hired them to help us install a set of tall curtains and valance for our two storage house, and their professional services went way beyond our expectations. They provided professional suggestions to our curtains and helped make adjustments, they made accurate measurements to our windows before installation, and Michael made sure the valance was centered to the middle without 1 inch of mistake. Order a new curtain from this small family owned shop. Mr. and Mrs Hu spent 6 hours to install it in my home. It is abusokutely beautiful. They privided excellent service from the beginning to the end, ensured us getting the highest quality product for our money. Already told friends about them. I have to write a review for Mr. Hu. It has been several months and I still keep getting compliments from my friends about my curtain every time they come visit because it just look BEAUTIFUL. I didnt know by putting up the curtains could make such a big difference. My living room now looks bigger and more open thanks to Mr. Hu.I respect Mr. Hu and his wife very much because they are probably one of the hardest working person I have seen. You can tell that they are 100% devoted into their business and truly care about their customers. I am a happy not just only because the result turned out great but also the customer experience was fantastic.
