Excellent customer service from the staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable having our drapery treatments and upholstery done. The installer was so friendly he even volunteered to hang some of my picture frames. My chair was so beautiful i could not recognize it. They did not disappoint at all. Will definitely be going back to have a look at the Hunter Douglas products for my dining area. Thank you to this amazing team for making me FALL IN LOVE WITH MY HOME AGAIN.

I have had a lot of work done by SA Interiors and my wife and I are extremely satisfied with everything. We had the Hunter Douglas shades installed and everything was set up on the controllers and programmed. We also had some old furniture re-upholstered and they look even better than when we purchased them. Excellent customer service, and friendly staff. Install time and production time are both extremely fair from time of orders being placed to completion. I would recommend them to family and friends any day! Albert has a fantastic team there!

Excellent quality fabrics at reasonable prices. All the staff is amazing and very helpful. Ive taken three different chairs there and all came out amazing. Will recommend to anyone looking for a great upholstery place and a huge inventory of fabric choices. They also offer pickup and delivery of my furniture pieces.

This is my new favorite place to shop for interior decor fabric! Their clearance section is HUGE, and their regular section has so many beautiful fabrics to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful. So glad I dropped in!

I had my bed designed at Fabrics & More, it came out beautifully done. My dinning room chairs and breakfast chairs were done also beautifully. We are in the process of having an antique chair restored. I am so excited.....

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I was excited to order a shade for my arched window. The first one was alittle short so had to be remade. I waited and waited. Finally I called the designer I was working with Reina. She has been to my home several times, we were discussing projects and I thought we had a good working relationship. I left several messages but this time never received a call back. I finally was able to reach her only to be told that she works at the store in the Woodlands. I was surprised that I was no longer her client and she had no idea what was going on with my shade nor did she care. I called the main store left several messages not once did they return my call acknowledging my concerns. Their excuse was checking into it before they called me. Very unprofessional. Finally the call came only, Im not going to go into all of the silly excuses, it needs a valance, its not all going to be new, I wont be happy,(funny I liked the first one and was patiently waiting for the remake), etc etc. It was evident that they only wanted to give me my money back and not make the shade, this is after almost 4 months. It sounded like the owner (who I was talking to) didnt know what she was talking about. I am very disappointed because my first impression of Fabrics and More was that the people were friendly and helpful. Not to be so.

My experience here was great! Raymond, really knows what hes doing. He helped me with the design of my window coverings and they turned out so well! I love this place and will never shop anywhere else.

We stopped by after theyd just locked up and Jose was kind enough to let us look around. Furthermore this is the only store out of, no lie SEVEN, that would order the exact couch we were looking for, just so we could test it out. No other store was willing to do that unless we bought it first. And the owner is soooo sweet. He took us to the back and showed us his personal antique collection. If i could give 10 stars i would 😊😄🤗

My seamstress said she felt the fabric I purchased from them was seconds; the black velvet made her hands and things it touched turn black and the patterned fabric was slanted, she said. We replaced the velvet with velvet from Joanns. I ordered plantation shutters in October 2012. First the delivery was late by 3 weeks. Secondly two of the shutters were damaged and had to be re-ordered (I discovered they were damaged after they were installed, they said nothing about the damage). The garage windows were mis-measured so the shutters didnt fit and had to be re-ordered. The shutters installed on the kitchen doors dont function properly because they dont have sufficient clearance to open and close. Lastly one door shutter was left off the order entirely. My phone calls dont get returned, and appointments to fix the kitchen door clearance situation are made but then they dont show up, nor call to advise they wont be coming and reschedule. It is now 4 months since the original shutter order and I have no idea if or when my order will be completed/fixed. When I call to speak to the owner he is out of the country. This is a horrible establishment. Amazingly they recently opened a second location in The Woodlands.As a follow-up one week later, no surprise, the owner hasnt called me like I was told he would.

As far as I can tell. They are no longer in business. The address location is not open. I yried to call. Their mailbox messages are full. Ugh.

The work is very good but I had trouble getting my piece returned to me without going through alot of headaches. Also I had recommended their work to one of my friends. She took two pieces of furniture to them and paid in full on 6/30/2016. She was called to advise furniture was ready for delivery in August. Come to find out in March 2017, after many calls when could they deliver furniture they could not repair one piece so she cancelled the order. She has been in contact constantly since then with many broken promises as to when she could have her money back. She is a senior citizen age 87 and needs her money. It is sad to show this much disrespect for a potential customer. So heads up.
