Yesterday I was blown away with the organization that this location displayed. @LearningExpressCypress should definitely take notes from the ownership/management here!The way the store set aside time for collectors to come and pick through their newly received inventory after normal business hours not only made it fair but also kept it safe for everyone involved!Please keep up the good work and I will continue to encourage people to shop Town and Country / Katy for all of their toy and collectible needs!!

Small plush toy with gel balls inside broke soon after playing with it. Took it back, and they cut me off while I’m explaining to say no… they claim my 7 year old daughter squeezed it too hard. I continue explaining it’s defective and I’d like manufacturer info, at least to take a picture of the box. They refused and continued to say no. Then how will anyone know that quality of the product is bad and needs to be improved? Didn’t care for refund. Just wanted them to be aware of the defective toy but they don’t care.

Great selection of toys - I love getting gifts here and swinging by for a new toy or two for my kids. Convenient location and easy to get in and out quickly (unless I have my kids with me haha)!

Best shopping experience ever! I called the store and spoke with Sandra. I gave her the ages and price I wanted to spend. After the gifts had been picked out, she even sent me pictures in and outside the adorable Easter baskets. Gifts were shipped quickly. I will never shop for children’s’ gifts anywhere else going forward. Give Learning Express a try, you won’t be disappointed!!

After a long day of work, I made my way to this amazing Learning Express to grab new Squish for me and my family! Town & Country is hands down the best location I will ever experience. Hands down the best experience Ive had at a Learning Express. They are so welcoming and accommodating. They even extended their store hours just for squishmallow collectors! It is so nice to know that theres a locally-owned business that I can go to for all of my squishmallow needs. I also decided to try out some of their fidget toys, and the employee that helped me was so kind and patient. She genuinely wanted to help. Thank you Learning Express Town & Country! The owner is a blonde woman in her mid to late 50s and shes rude. Doesnt acknowledge customers, doesnt say hello or good morning and when I asked a very simple question she was very snappy, almost sarcastic towards me before she returned to yapping loudly on her cell phone. Do yourself a favor and visit any other location that she isnt involved with.

The two women running this store are amazing! So kind, patient and helpful. The store is immaculate, easy to shop and comfortable. Selection is wide ranging from baby to adult (cool games and puzzles). Clearly people who LOVE THEIR JOB.

I hadnt been in this store for awhile due to a negative experience. Well, yesterday, something in the window caught my eye so I went in. I couldnt believe the different. The store was so light and bright. The staff was awesome. I learned that is is now under new ownership and management. You could tell. It was an awesome experience and I expect to become a regular customer.

This learning express is great! I often come here to buy squishmallows and the staff is nothing but welcoming and helpful.I also love the Katy LE which I know is owned by the same person. She is obviously doing something right!

Learning Express is my favorite local toy store! I love that its independently owned and I can support a local small business. They have the best assortment of toys and the staff is always so helpful when I need suggestions for gifts. The gift wrapping makes it so convenient when Im on the way to a party and picking up a last minute gift.

Learning Express Toys in Town and Country is one of the BEST toy stores Ive shopped at! The employees are really sweet to everyone who walks through their doors and give amazing customer service. If you have littles ones, or even if you dont, you should totally come visit this Learning Express Location!!!

I come here frequently for educational toys. They have good inventory toys that develop thinking and motor skillls. The prices are not the cheapest but they are not crazy expensive in my opinion. The staff has also been very helpful when it comes to picking out toys that are appropriate for the age. I enjoy the free gift wrapping since I cannot wrap a present to save my life.

This Learning Express is by far the best in Houston! It’s your one stop shop for all toys.. & Squishmallows! We recently attended their Squishmallow restock and their staff and owners were super friendly and welcoming they helped out so much! Love it! Best toy shop in town!

Bad costumer service, I simply asked a question and the work kept cutting me off in the middle of me talking. She didn’t end up answering my question and just wanted to hung up. So overall horrible customer service I would not recommend to anyone.

Super helpful employees. I have 2 boys so I have no idea what to buy for my friends kids birthday parties who have girls. Staff always helps me pick a great gift and they even wrap it for me.

Very expensive Chinese plastic toys... the store take advantage of customers, any way if really want to buy the same stuff for a cheaper price, go to the store make your kids toys list and buy them on line or at $0.99 stores.

This place is awesome if you’re looking for Squishmallows! The owner is amazing and her employees as well. The atmosphere here is great! Best learning express toys in town! I was lucky enough to get a babs here! I definitely recommend to check this location out if your looking for squishmallows and other toys as well!

Recently went to purchase squishmallows. I attended their most recent restock shopping hours. After waiting in line for 5+ hours, it was so worth it. The employees and women running the location are super nice and welcoming. They helped me find the squishmallows I was really looking for. I love how they think about people who live an hour away by setting a specific time where they will stock squishmallows. I will continue attending their squishmallow restocks. I love the positive energy in this toy shop compared to other locations!

Wonderful options and pricing

I went there to try to look for some fun development toys for my son. While i was looking I put him on the floor near the play table while i looked around a puzzles in the area. I looked down and saw him palming and eating huge dirt/hair/dust clod into his mouth! I was really annoyed and just left. At the very least clean your play area!

My cousin works there in town of country she said it’s fun and all the kids coming in with the smiles is so cute and I’m going there today to see what’s up in there in all the reviews I see are great so, I will be happy there like on all reviews and on mine for me to have fun!

This is a good location if you are seeking toys that will stimulate and entertain. The owner also allowed my agency to hold a toy drive for children affected by domestic violence, and we appreciate her support. I definitely recommend this retailer.

I love this toy store. I was fortunate to do childrens silhouettes there many times and the parents loved it! I purchased hundreds of dollars of gifts and they wrapped them all too! Such great service!

This place has many toys to choose from, but I found the prices to be a bit high for the amount of toys that would come in a few kits I saw. They didnt have many options for my 2 year old son, he would have to be a little older to be interested in what they had there for boys.

The BEST place to come get birthday gifts for kids. Always an interesting selection at decent prices. Their inventory focuses on crafts, learning, games, small quality toys, and outside toy options like swings. I love that they will wrap the gift and its with beautiful colorful ribbons.
