We had our garage door replaced yesterday. Bryan and John provided great customer service, were very friendly, and got the job done as expected. We will definitely be recommending KTM to friends and family.

The spring in the garage door had broken and I called them to try and fix it but also wanted to get a quieter garage. I had called another rated company on Google who was trying to upsell me a whole garage door (mine had a small crack in it on one of the section from an unfortunate incident in the past) in addition to replacing the spring. KTM asked why I would want the whole door replaced and supported the crack with a simple $35 strut in addition to fixing the spring. At my request they also replaced the whole garage system with a quieter track and rollers at a much better cost than the previous company. Technicians were very friendly and even waited for 10 min to allow my wife to get home so they could program both cars to the garage door opener

I need a power gate actuator for my house. They had it in stock and at a good price. I showed up after closing and they still took the time to reopen and sell me what I needed. I will definitely call them again.

Great service! Came out the same day I called and replaced my opener quickly, and for a great price. They made sure openers worked, sensors were set, and left all the paperwork for me. Highly recommend.

We had our opener replaced with KTM and are very happy with the service. When I called to get a quote, the person I spoke to gave me some tips and wanted me to buy a quality machine, regardless of which company we went with. I called 3 companies to get quotes. They were all roughly the same cost, but I went with KTM because of that extra level of customer service. Our install went great and we are very happy with our new opener. The belt operated Liftmaster is quiet and smooth!The only criticism is that our tech had to remove some construction staples when he took down our old opener and didnt clean them up. Luckily my husband found them and swept them up before one of our kids stepped on them.

KTM installed my original garage door opener when my house was built in 1998. Somewhere between 8-10 years, one of my springs broke, and the first number I had was theirs (sticker on the opener). The guy who showed up was super knowledgeable, confident and calm (while I was none of those) and I wouldnt be surprised if he was the owner/operator.I had such a great experience with KTM that when I replaced my opener, I moved the sticker to the door because I always want to have their number and support their business.

Ive used Liftmaster products for over 30 years. The products have always been great, but having a good dealer who knows the products and provides top-notch service and support is equally important. We just replaced two aging Liftmaster 1280Rs with Liftmaster WLED openers. The crew replaced everything - wiring, mounting hardware, wall units, sensors, everything - and they did a great job. Everything looks great and works great, and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend KTM Door Control. Youll get a good price and prompt, professional service.

The spring on my garage door broke early Saturday morning. I called KTM at 7 am, and they had a technician out the same day before noon! Mike was very professional, quickly changed the spring, and lubricated all the moving parts. He offered to replace the old rollers since they were worn, and tightened the chain drive while he was there. The garage door is much quieter now than I thought it could possibly be, with less than an hours work. Highly recommend KTM!!

KTM has fixed our driveway gate three times (old gate, different repairs each time) and a broken spring on our garage door. A real person answers their phone quickly, they get me on their schedule right away, arrive when they say they will and fix the problem in a jiffy with little to no mess. The price is always reasonable and workers are professional and friendly. Were moving out of the state and Im very sorry I cant take their service with me to our new home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Big box stores were backed up for 2 weeks during Holiday season so I called KTM and (expecting the same) was able to set appt. the next day for only a few bucks more. Installer came out on time and installed the garage door opener I had purchased. No issues and opener works great -- would recommend.

After dealing with a another company through our home warranty, I requested another company. They sent KTM and Tim out with short notice and he fixed the problem in about 5 minutes and was very friendly and explained everything. Either the company has poor de-bug skills or poor ethics.I hired KTM Door Control to evaluate my gate issue. They charged me $100.00 for the evaluation and said that it would take $1500.00 to fix. They also offered to up sell me to a new system for $3500.00. I called another provider and discovered the REAL issue was the DC batteries, $70.00 to change them and the gate was fixed.Id give them 0 stars if possible.

We selected KTM for a garage door repair via American Home Shield warranty. AHS had picked another but gave an option to use KTM. After looking at the Google reviews we picked KTM instead and it was ABSOLUTELY the right choice. Extremely professional team from the first phone contact all the way through the repair. Technician was great with the repair and focused on customer service and getting it done right the first time. Rapid response and we are very pleased. Would use them again should the need arise and definitely share with our neighborhood!

This is the third time I have used KTM to fix a garage door issue and each time has been a highly satisfying experience.Today Mike came and replaced the springs that broke which kept my door from opening and not only did a fine job, he also noticed some loose and missing bolts in the door and replaced them and fine tuned the door beyond what I expected.I am getting a new door soon and will use KTM without hesitating.

Shocking lack of respect over the phone. Called to get information on how to sync my gate at home with a new car, and was treated to a mocking singsong voice as someone spoke to me the way one would speak to a child. When I told the man I was speaking to that I didnt appreciate his tone of voice, he replied that he was just trying to get some information. Well, youd probably get more information if you werent so busy interrupting and patronizing. Thats not how one professional speaks to another, and certainly not the way someone who wants to stay in business speaks to a customer.

Called to get estimate, man answering had no concept of service or curtesy to new customers, must have so much business to disregard new ones, dont bother trying to do business with them, waste of time.

I remembered them the last time I needed my garage door fixed. So, I just called them to come replace the door opener that has finally died after 20+ years of use.
