I have shopped here many times and never had a bad experience. They have tons of selection, friendly employees, great low prices, easy to navigate aisles, and a great atmosphere. I would recommend getting a Randall’s card, as it saves you on some pretty good deals on many products in the store. They often have some nice buy-one-get-one free deals on meat (sometimes buy one get TWO free) and I will go out of my way to shop here for those meat deals. I would recommend this location for grocery shopping. The parking lot is rather small and tight, but other than that it’s always a pleasant experience.

This place is wonderful. Is it clean, safe, and affordable with great food quality. Angela the manager is a caring and accommodating person. She stored my groceries when my card wouldn’t work and I had to leave the store to run home to get a different one. Best place to shop for groceries in Houston.

Its a really clean, organized store. They have better quality items that you MAY keyword may have to pay a little bit more for. Its definitely worth going to this Randalls

Nice and convenient. Very helpful staff. Clean store and well stocked shelves. They were a little pricey, but very conveniently place in midtown!

Parking lot is small. But theres a parking garage and YES ITS FREE! The garage is well lit as well as the ramp, even at night. In the garage you will find ample parking, with 2 elevators to take you straight into the store. Which you will love on raining day or even on those hot Texas days!

I’m a 3 year customer now and all I can say is good things . Cashiers are great help, love the fresh fruits and vegetables. I highly recommend checking out the flower section, great gifts for Birthdays, Mother’s Day, Valentines, fresh flowers arrangements and beautiful teddy bears . Different varieties of wine.

I love the sales with the digital coupons. No long lines and fresh foods.

People seem to enjoy shopping here because of the quality of produce, meats and household items. Fast check out, clean and convenient parking. I was asked for my phone number, entered it, and was spam texted as I drove off. That was quick. My own fault for giving up my number. Oh, well. Live and learn. No negatives that I could see.

Great selection, amazing discounts on food and other items to reduce waste. Amazing alcohol selection, and very friendly customers and staff. Enjoyed my experience. Police were at the entrance as well. And free below ground parking, sesame when it was pouring rain. Freshly made foods to for sale.

This is a decent store. My main complaint is that the store is often out-of-stock of fruits, veggies or fresh herbs that I need.This is not necessarily an issue for me, but if you walk to this store, you will probably be interrupted a couple times by beggars. This is a issue around most of Midtown. If this bothers you and you are driving to this store, I would recommend parking inside the parking garage as I have never had a beggar bother me in there.

Randalls now is the closest grocery store for the residents at Travis St. Plaza. Most of the residents are on food stamps. Because of this I am reviewing Randalls. As I enter the parking lot two homeless people ask for money, as they sit near the entrance of the store. The could easily hassle more, the security guard does nothing to prevent them from asking customers for money. The store is clean, isles are uncluttered and all in m this store is on its A game....not so fast...the prices are high. When compared to Walmart, pretty high.

I consider Randalls to usually be a bit overpriced but this location overcomes that with tons of markdown specials and surprising deals in the meat department.The store is a decent size with a decent selection of products. Theres an in-store bakery, deli, and they also have a Starbucks on the second floor.The only rational way to shop Randalls is using their store card and special from the website or app.the especially for you offers are great and usually include something for free. You can earn points on certain purchases for more freebies.Its a love/hate relationship because this store carries Mindy Lu pies. These little hand pies best any other familiar brand and come in a wide range of flavors for only $1 each. They are made in Arlington Texas and are bit less sweet and have visible chunks of fruit. The no fruit pies include chocolate and coconut.I really like the cherry, peach, pineapple and lemon but stay away from the apricot. Not because they arent good but because they are my favorite and I dont ever want them to be out,!And no, I do not have any connection with the Mindy Lu pies company except being a fan and possible addict

Nice store. Starbucks upstairs is a nice bonus. The underground parking is very convenient.

This location is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only issue Ive seen is youll be solicited for money from people as you shop. The staff is great about asking people to leave but its fairly common. There is also a bit of a lack of a floor staff to report those issues too but they will address it.

Good selection and the prices are fair for the area and clientele. The surrounding area, while out of their control, does tend to attract unwanted advances from the local homeless population. There is a small issue with the amount of things that remain sold out for long periods of time.

Closest grocery store to downtown. Usually fully stocked with items I need. Cheaper than the new Whole foods down the street. Store has security inside and out but Midtown still needs a lot of cleaning up to do.

Young Hispanic worker with blonde hair named Nadine was racially profiling me & suggesting that I was stealing because I’m black. This occurred around 9-9:30pm tonight. The self checkout machines have been malfunctioning for the past few weeks. She is hovering over my checkout when there is a white lady across from me having the same exact problem. I bought 2 water cases that aren’t hard to count. She asked to see my receipt 3 times before I could leave suggesting that I was trying to steal. She never asked the lady about her items even though she was having the same issue. I’m a regular customer here and should not be disrespected like that.

Love randalls look for the 50% off markdowns on the meats milk deli foods as well.... Also they will allow you to get cash back as like an ATM at no fee up to $100

Usually solid store. Bakery is better than HEBs. Service is sometimes slow. Variety is very good considering its not a large store. RECOMMENDATION: CARRY BLUE BUNNY VANILLA BEAN ICE CREAM!! Much better than the vanilla flavor you carry now. You used to have the vanilla bean. Blue Bunnys vanilla bean ice cream is the best.

You all that are complaining...have you ever heard that song by Trace Adkins your gonna miss this yeah just wait what youll be left with if this store shuts down....take it on down to the HEB on OST and see if theyll listen to your complaints...Ive seen the complaints about this Randalls having a homeless problem yeah and everywhere else does as well. Perfect vibe...fresh produce...nice cut of meats...nice fresh selections of veggies...get there early because it all goes fast and for good reasons...all this great stuff in downtown and people are complaining...Lordy. keep at it Mr and Mrs Randalls! Clean and - well, its a store. There are some good sales. I love their pot pie but they changed the recipe of the chicken though. Its still great! I love eating upstairs at the Starbucks with my mom. Self checkout can be annoying, rarely, but always quickly resolved.

Very nice store. The Starbucks upstairs was fast and the employees courteous, and the balcony was an extremely nice change.

John at the front registers was very kind and friendly, he greeted me as I approached the register., and checked me out in a very timely manner.

Put 8 years working in Phillys supermarkets (AM&BW) ...this is a FINE center city supermarket & perhaps more in the grand Randalls tradition than others I have come to know. This store is relatively smaller than other Randalls but makes excellent use of available space. Groceries well curated. Dairy good selection, but limited organic ½&½ options. Produce well maintained & curated. Butcher: better than pre-Albertson & as good as any post, though limited seafood. Prepared foods:. Surprisingly good with decent selection. Their roasted chicken betters any other large Htown chain. Frozen foods clean & well cutrated. Underground uncovered surface parking.

I was there on monday night in the meat and seafood dept. before 8:30 pm and the meat case was up and seafood was covered and i asked the darell the worker if it was still open he said no but i know the meat closes at 9 since im returning customer and have gotten items even after 8:30 pm. Please talk with your employee about closing early and i was not the only customer

Excellent store. And for those who clearly are complaining about the homeless.... When did you live one iota of a millisecond of their life? So what someone asks you for a dollar.... Is a lone dollar or two or five going send you into bankruptcy? If so, you dont need to be shopping at Randalls. Get involved and help somebody, you just might change a life and thats more important than your money!

Used to visit every Friday for the jojo potatoes. Did the rest of my shopping there as a result. They had them just were not willing to make them today. Bummer but no worries. Just have to shop elsewhere.

My bill was very cheap. They have great fruits and vegetables.

Little bit of a back story on why I now come.to Randalls. Thw Fiesta in San Jacinto closed, so off.to Keogers which is about a mile further. Then what do you think happens? Yep....Keoger closes. Unbelievable.So now am left with little choice to shop at Randalls. From what I hear they are expensive. So, unpon entering Randalls, as U pass by a couple of homeless people begging for change to patrons exiting the store, the store looks clean and organized. As a security guard greets me, I notice a fresh bread smell...nice...as indo some shopping, everything is stocked and displayed nicely I am noticing that in fact the prices are in fact a tad on the higher end than the other grocery stores that I have been to.Most everything is more expensive here. It seems they have a vast selection, but in small quantities. Trade quantities for prices? Give me the lower prices any day. All the employees were nice and pleasant, aswell as the store manager. I think its worth noting that..very few freshly baked donuts. Ouch.All in all the store is bright, cheerful and overall a nice atmosphere. Save for the high prices, Randalls is a nice store.

Ordered through doordash.I was given the wrong items, and they were also out of stock of multiple items I ordered, despite them saying they were available at the time I placed the order.They also use basic plastic bags that dont keep your items cold.

Parking can be difficult. The downstairs garage is claustrophobic, but the store is nice.

93% chance a homeless person will walk up to you. They’re all over the parking lot, sitting out front and sides, roaming around cars, and a large group across the street. They walk up to your car door as you get out. One time I bought a lady a bag of Doritos. The security guard was inside keeping an eye on those who make it inside.I wish they’d hire a police officer full time in addition to the security guard.Place is smaller so slightly less of everything. Doesn’t have Boar’s Head at the deli. Usually only 1-2 cashiers. They finally got self checkout though.Underground garage and small Starbucks stand upstairs. Convenient location.

Always wonderful shopping at Randalls. I needed comes for office. On sale. Milk, cheese, and hot dog chili. On sale. Staff is so friendly. I love shopping here.

Great service. Short lines. Unlike other places, if a sales person sees you standing in line, another will be opened! Outside attendant is very helpful & kind. This store is clean & well stocked. For all the Starbucks (R) fans, theres one located in the store upstairs.

Good place to shop the Deli area where hot food is great good customer service,overall great place to shop for groceries.

Good selection of healthy products. Quick Sushi, prepared foods, desserts and pastries. Good selection of last minute floral arrangements and balloons. Ive also located hard to find items here. They have a parking garage but I always find a space in the parking lot near the front door.Starbucks upstairs.They need to check those restrooms more often. Theyre upstairs but theres an elevator.Certain items are a little pricey, but nothing is cheap anymore.Mostly self check lanes.

This place is scary lots of dodgy people walking around outside. I didnt feel safe at all! This place had 2 police officers at the front door. To me that says a lot. This store is located in a bad part of downtown.

Like the convenience of this full service grocery store in the neighborhood. Includes delicatessen, pharmacy, and butcher. Street parking lot gets full, but the underground parking garage is so much more convenient with ample available spaces. Prices are good, especially if you use their app and add offers. Scanning a barcode will automatically add offers. Touch-less checkout and payment.

I like to go there to buy my things on occasions. But the people at the first services desk are neither there nor do they do their job. I stopped by to send a package and waited for a good while before leaving.And the security officer this afternoon with the clown mask wasnt friendly either.Only reason I didnt give a 1 star would be because some cashiers and people at the bakery were nice to me.

This is a very nice store in downtown Houston. The have a nice selection of products and great customer service. If Im ever downtown and need to stop and grab something downtown on my way home, Randalls it is.

Went in to do some quick shopping, however I needed to use the restrooms..the mens restrooms were beyond nasty...it smelled like it had not been cleaned,wet tolit paper all over the floor,there was. Not any soap in the restroom ..just plain nasty.I only went there because it was close to my office,however I will not be going there ever again.

I always feel safe shopping here. The on-site security keeping unwanted guests out and making sure everyone is wearing masks really helps the shopping experience. Also the $20 off coupons in the mail are a big draw.

Nice grocery store near downtown Houston.

I now live two blocks away from the store so it is the store that I go to the most. Until even though some other stores maybe less expensive this one is more convenient and I like the staff.
