If I could leave a negative zero I would. I was there today, around noon. Everyone was rude from the people in the meat department. (I said hello three times and no one looked up until I said it louder. ) To the young lady working in the express check out. She was not very helpful and seemed annoyed. You all do not have to work here. I understand your behavior as I noticed the customers were equally as rude. I live in River Oaks but I will gladly drive out of my way to go to the H‑E‑B on San Felipe. At least they’re happy to be there.

Heb coffee brand has gone back down to regular price so i grabbed a few . great experience my favorite store

HEB is a full service grocery store. They have a large assortment of products from multiple vendors besides their own brands. I believe pricing to be competitive with other large grocery chains. They have a fair amount of sales going on. Important to note: you usuallywill end up buying more than you planned prior to entering HEB

I love HEBs, they always have what I need and are very accommodating when it comes to meat, seafood, and wine selections

One of my top 3 HEBs because the store layout is such that you can get through many isles quickly. However, it is a smaller space so when its packed it seems more cramped that other stores. Its in a very busy area so expect it to be busy more often than not!

Very clean, very friendly and things was easy to find

Nice selection of fruit and vegetables. Store was clean and well organized. Employees were busy cleaning and restocking. Had a little problem getting help, the employees I interacted with were not as helpful as I expected. On item that I really needed had trouble getting someone to check if they had any in back. Took 3rd employee I stopped to get them to check. Prices were acceptable for the meat quality. The friendliness of the checker was almost enough to offset the assistance problem.

I like the layout of this HEB. My shopping experience was a normal one, fast and pleasant. Retrieved the items I needed and received smooth and friendly checking out experience from the checker.

I like this HEB but they really need to do something about the traffic situation. Maybe a way to direct car flow better so people can walk back and forth safely. Other than that they are wonderful. Great customer service and really well stocked shelves. Their checkout is really fast also.

I think HEB is a high end grocery store that has any kind of food youd want. My HEB shopping experience is always pleasant and they have what I want.

I love HEB in general because they have wonderful fresh foods for extremely reasonable prices. The staff is equally as fantastic! I usually dont like the second floor grocery stores, but they make it so easy that its not even an issue, and there is always at least one staff member by the escalators and elevators to assist you if you need any help. Wonderful store!!

Very first time shopping at this H-E-B. Stopped by the meat department. Nice selection, found what I was looking for, and made my exit. Helpful employees, clean store, and well stocked departments throughout. Will visit again soon.

I work at another H‑E‑B let me just say this buffalo heights HEB was soo beautiful and I was soo impressed with the cheese shop!

H.E.B is my go-to for my grocery needs. I love the fact that I can order online and then pick a time to get my items. I always received service with a smile, and thank you for your service. That is very important to me.

As always, my weekly trip to HEB was on point. Highly recommend this location.

It is an ok store. I was really pleased to see that they sell chopped beef brisket sandwiches (hot,) as well as Famous Antones turkey and swiss.😋 The produce looks very fresh. They also have a wide variety of heat and eat meals. There is a deli that actually gives samples😁

Aaron with curbside pickup at Buffalo Speedway location was so great! We moved from Austin yesterday and set up a curbside for yesterday evening. He called to remind us of pick up time because we got tied up and were running late. I arrived right at 9 and he was so gracious and got me all set.

Love the store (good selection of veggies, the butcher has some -fantastic- pre-marinated grab-and-cook-at-home chicken and pork tenderloins), but Ill be the first to admit the parking lot can be a bit of an Excitement (tm) somedays.

Every employee is usually so nice, but the set up of this store is so crowded!! I always feel a little anxious and wish maybe there was a little more space in the aisles to walk around, if that makes sense! Thanks for being such a great store usually though, HEB!

Update: dropping another star off this place after watching the butcher, Jose, place raw meat directly on the scale and then walk away without cleaning it.Really disappointed in the declining quality at Buffalo Speedway. Poor knife work at the butchers counter, and the produce section is a disgrace. Food is rotting and covered in flies - pointed this out to multiple staff but no one cares to do anything about it.

They always have good quality products and their meat selection meets the gold standard.

From anyone up northeast, this is like a Wegmans. Lots of variety, organic, and somewhat affordable depending on what you are shopping for.

My favourite grocery store in town

I want for this HEB to be our go to spot due to its location, but the terrible vegetable quality (freshness) is just too much. After several chances, well be shopping elsewhere. Possibly the Dunlavy location, or another grocer.

The cashiers are so nice and never rush you. Very calm even with the hard to handle customers which allows the rest of us to move right along with our day!

The Heb employees are always very friendly, and helpful. This is one of the busier hebs around, but its well worth the lines to checkout.

Before moving to Midtown this was my main HEB, so on the way back from a dental appointment I stopped in to pick up some items. The store is much larger than either the Montrose, Heights or Bellaire. branches, reflected in greater selection. The produce & seafood seems better curated. Just off 59 so faster for me in non rush hour.

I really love this location. The store is well stocked, clean, organized and the employees are really helpful. I am constantly seeing supplies being restocked and the store being arranged in efficient ways. The parking lot can get a bit full during peak times but overall it’s fine and there is normally security keeping an eye on things. I especially appreciate the employees in the seafood and meat department, my experiences with them have always been positive, they are so helpful and friendly. There are always cleaning wipes available for the carts which I appreciate, although I have also seen them cleaning carts themselves. The quality of the produce, meats and other products is great and I really enjoy shopping here.

Great selection of vegetables and meat, good deli, ok sushi. Excellent section and prices on wine. They carry a good selection of very high end wine like Mercury Head, Mondavi Reserve. Some items inexplicably missing though such as Cool Ranch Doritos and oddly limited selection of some items like shaving cream. Overall very good.

I was looking for a vitamin in the Healthy Living section and was having trouble finding it. There were two employees standing next to me having a conversation. I was not offered any assistance. I had to ask if one of them worked in that section. The young lady replied that she did as she walked past as if I was bothering her. I showed her a picture of the vitamin. She stated that that brand would not be in that section. I replied that I wanted a brand from that section of the store. Finally I was directed to one that was in that area.

I would love to shop this store more often: always clean, items are easy to find/usually well-stocked and the fresh produce is great. The only issue is the parking! Theres NEVER anywhere to park!! Luckily, theres a Kroger right across the street.

VERY upscale! Beautiful landscaping! Its beautiful on the inside as well! The only thing I dont like are the security guards. The sheriff was wonderful! Not Top Flight Security.

Good but employees need to be bagging customers items instead of being so busy doing other things in the store so that other customers can be checked out by employee at the register.grocery stores are posting customers to bag their items theirself due to staff & employee pay cut with increased duties...

By far my favorite HEB. I think its the biggest one that isnt a HEBPlus? Lots of selection, especially in the natural section with supplements and alternative flour goods. Plenty of cashier lanes open along with the self checkout. Its a super busy place. Sometimes the parking lot is on par with Whole Foods so bring your A game when vying for a spot.

Ok i want to give a special thanks to the kind hearted lady in the self check out at 2:30pm. Her name is Paris. This young lady is a blessing. She went out of her way for me. Was a simple dollar but that dollar really went a long ways. Thank you Paris. Stay kind!

One of the things I love about this HEB in particular is the variety of imported cheese 🧀. I hardly can compare this with any other HEB in houston.Also the meats in here are premium, real high quality and taste when put them on the grill🥩😎

No store does more than my HEB!! Love their freshly squeezed juices. Orange and carrot juice, pineapple and orange juice and so many more. Everyone must try!!

My first houston heb... Always a favorite I love to stop in anytime Im in the neighborhood. Its not a huge store like bunker hill but it has everything and is less overwhelming. Good meat section... Good produce and bakery.

Love the coconut cake here: finally found a slice the other day on Sunday and it was heaaavenly!! This HEB always has everything we want from sparkling water/cider to walkerswood Jerk seasoning to soups to fruits and produce. 5/5 solid - always cheaper than every other store (the flowers are a bit expensive tho)

I really want to give HEB 5 stars but cant for 2 reason. First, the produce has been wilted or dried looking especially the strawberries. Second, while I do appreciate HEB keeps shelves well stocked its the mountain of boxes that make it difficult to maneuver around or get something off a shelf. Maybe wider aisles would help.

Highly dissatisfied with HEB bakery department. The staff and bakery management is garbage. I ordered a cake for a special occasion to be picked up January 12th 2021 only to be told on day of arrival to pick up cake there wasnt an order are u serious. I asked for the manager conviently the order was found in the same box the other staff looked in how ironic. Bakery manager proceeded to pull a cake from the outside shelf which was old and falling apart around the edges I declined then told by bakery manager she was sorry!! Are u kidding me this was totally unacceptable I had no cake for my special occasion and the bakery staff or manager did not care!! Who holds these people accountable for this kind of stuff what happened to customer service!!HEB shame on you for not honoring your loyal customers!!
