Agis Arms is a very nice indoor gun range. I was very impressed with Agis Arms. The staff was nice and helpful. They took there time to explain everything to make you feel comfortable. If you buy your ammo from Agis Arms, they are typically more expensive to purchase from Agis Arms. Other than that I would recommend visiting Agis Arms.

Clean store and on the range as well. Monitors in the retail/waiting area are cool, but Im not sure how I feel about people watching me shoot. Staff was polite and helpful. I got wrecked by the ammo prices, but at least they allow personal ammo(brass) so no complaint there.

Best indoor range ever been to. The nice tall gentleman with the tattoos really helped me out with letting me borrow a small tool I needed for my rifle . I can be annoying with asking for things but he was very patient and friendly and the other gentleman behind the desk in the computer was very friendly as well. I loved the music too in the front . First range I ever really been to around here that was that cool. Will definitely comeback again.

David was a good salesman. I got a good deal with my shotgun with a mag. I am really happy.This is a good place to shoot. They always take care of me when I am here.Javier manages the place really well and keeps it clean and organized.The cashier, Jayline is really cool as well.This place deserves more than 5 stars

The business is clean but the staff is not all that friendly. You should also be aware that they’re not following the Governors requirement that everyone wear a face mask because of the spiking rates of COVID-19 in the Houston area. This included multiple staff members, and customers. With almost 8,000 new cases in Texas yesterday, this is unacceptable. Especially considering that a large volume of their customers are older Americans with serious repercussions if they get sick or catch it at this business. They need to be responsible and follow the law. The owner has replied to this review by saying that they are now meeting all legal requirements, once they were being enforced. So according to the owner they weren’t following it the day that I was there but they were the next day. Obviously he didn’t care enough to mandate his own employees do it for the personal safety of their customers unless required by law. This shows a lack of responsibility looking out for your own employees and consumers. This really is unacceptable for the 21st-century with over 220,000 Americans dead so far because of this type of a behavior.

The customer service at this place is horrible. The staff is very rude. There is no mention of posting of range time anywhere. After an hour and a half my family and I were asked to leave after that time, rather then given the option to purchase more time. We spent 400.00 in this place to be treated the way we were. I would never return to this place nor recommend it to anyone. If you want better customer service visit the Marksman at 507 Nebraska. I hate I even switched from what I know and where I was always treated good at.

So...this was my first time ever shooting a firearm. I had a mini panic attack for my first shot...but you can see how I did. Lol The staff was really nice and professional. The instructor Tony did an awesome job with safety and teaching me how to use the gun properly. He shadowed me the whole first magazine to make sure I was doing everything properly. They save me so much time and money that I dont need to take a safety class. Just AWESOME. P.S...the head shot was on purpose

We went to Full Armor Pearland to try out my new 380 today. This facility is super clean and set up for a safe and fun shooting experience. Sean Carroll was so friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and offered suggestions to help work on my aim. We will definitely be back!

I have been very impressed with this range right up until I joined as a member. Very nice facility and knowledgeable staff but recently when I went in to shoot I was second guessing if this is the range to call home. A group of younger adults checked in right before me and my son and they had a VERY HEAVY smell of marijuana (we both could smell it right away.) No way that went unnoticed. I’m sorry but anyone who appears and smells to be under the influence should be turned away. I felt very unsafe and really hope this was just a one time mistake by allowing this young group to shoot while under the influence. Safety of all guests must be a number one priority. If this instance hadn’t of happened this would be a 5 star review. I hope I don’t see this again or I may have to look for another range. But other than that, range is great!Update: 6/5/21I have been very pleasantly surprised that this situation has not occurred again. So long as they continue to deny access to anyone appearing under the influence this is a great range! Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the range is clean and up to date. Great place to shoot!

Nice modern facility with reasonable rates. I would have given them 5 stars had their entire staff been more vigilant about wearing their masks and enforced the policy with guests. I saw more than one person not wearing their mask. Many of us health care workers want our fellow citizens to be safe and healthy. Its a team effort.

Do not buy from here!!! I cannot comment on the range portion of this business, but again DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I bought two 30 rd mags left went to Academy for a single point sling. I came back to return the 2 mags (still in the bag with receipt never removed since the sale person placed in the bag.) I went back and requested a refund and the sale person asked what was wrong. I stated I found the mags for a better price and was also offered a Veterans discount on top of it being $6 cheaper. He called the owner and they said they are not accepting returns. There is no signage saying all purchases were final or nothing. I asked about a store credit so I could return and possibly use it in house, that suggestion was shot down instantly. This was very disappointing and very poor service and very poor store policy clearly when no signage is present. My request was reasonable. I would not be upset if there was signage that stated all sales are final. I will not be returning here. Buy a at your own risk or be wiser than I was and not shop their products.R,Disappointed Disabled Veteran

My first time shooting here with a buddy of mine (also his first time) went exceptionally well. We came and got greeted by Sean C. and he helped us the whole 9 yards. A genuine guy and great worker. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, etc. This range is clean, quiet during certain times of the week and is a hidden gem. If you’re in the area, this is THE range to go to.

I took my son there on Sunday and it was a great experience. Nice clean and friendly environment. The guy Dillan at the counter was really good. He took time to explain everything to us. My son was so comfortable with the experience that he made his first purchase of a firearm. Great place!! We will be back for sure.

I visited today and had a great experience! Agis Arms has a really nice up to date facility, friendly staff, the latest lane tech on the range, and it was inexpensive. Its also very important to me that its a Black-owned range because many ranges arent minority friendly. Although I live across town, I believe I have found my regular monthly range.

My first experience at any gun range and my instructor Tony made it a relaxed one. He was very friendly, patient, and he offered tips to help me feel relaxed and confident. When he noticed that I was about to do something wrong or about to, he would stop me so that I could regroup. He explained everything about the gun, how to hold the gun, and all of the other basics. The facility was very clean also. I highly recommend Agis Arms.

I took my wife there for her first time shooting a firearm. Sean Carrol helped us out and gave her detailed training on safety and use of a handgun. He had her shoot a few rounds from all of our pistols and helped her to make adjustments. I dont trust my family members with many people, but Sean was awesome. As for my personal experience, I loved it. It was as good or better than other ranges Ive been too (probably better in most cases). Plus its just a couple minutes away vs. having to make a trip out of it. Local, clean, professional, and current (excellent equipment). I will be returning and want to stress, again, how great this place is. I cant speak for any of the other staff members, but if Sean is any indication of their professionalism and skill, then you will be in great hands. Very modern facilities and done extremely well.I was just amazed by how helpful everyone there is and how willing they are to take time with you and provide any help you may need. First time visiting and actually went back the next day! SeanC. helped me from beginning to end. I purchased a 9MM on a Wednesday and had no idea how to load it, use it or clean it! I chose to visit this range on a Sunday afternoon. Sean C. answered all of my questions and showed me the perfect was to show a beginner how to use a firearm. This range is close to my home and its clean, quiet ( if thats possible) and the staff is friendly and eager to help you in any way you need it ! This is a 100 stars business!. Outstanding experience at this gun range. As first time gun shooters, they provided us excellent basic training and safety routine. They know their guns very well and they give solid recommendations if you need advice regarding ownership. Sam went above and beyond teaching us the basics. Wow, really a first class range. Spacious, clean, great ventilation and firing lanes, but above all the people -Tony and Javier were really helpful and friendly. Javier was always busy helping folks and tidying up the place and Tony gave us some great guidance and tips for how to shoot properly. Know-how and customer service with a smile. Do not take your kids to this place. Brought my son in to shoot. They wanted to charge me also. My son was the only shooter. Tried to talk with then and with no luck. They tried to tell me its a liability for them. Well I brought my gunsmith into work on a pistol and they only charged me. Went right down the road to Marksman indoor range. Only paid for my son and we all are happy.

Best indoor range around. Very clean and all the staff are very helpful. They take the proper safety precautions and ensure it’s a safe training environment. I now travel twice the distance than other ranges around just to shoot here at least twice a week. Also, the staff are knowledgeable as well and I’ve never heard any of them call magazines clips or use any other improper or BS knowledge which is a huge plus for me. Shows that they actually know what they are talking about. Competitive prices for what they offer. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

Checked out this new gun range close to the Pearland area over this past weekend. The intake staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean, lanes were well lit, well ventilated. We liked the electronic target distance selection feature (no more guess work). There was plenty of space to put our jackets and gear down. Staff would regularly clean-up casing. Our group had the opportunity to engage with staff member Sean Carroll who offered advice/tips, he even showed us how to use the target game feature (which we didnt know about going in). He answered our questions and showed us some handguns that matched what we were looking to test out. He was proactive and friendly. Our group will be back.

Im a relative novice when it comes to firearms and Ive passed this place many times without stopping. I finally came in and wow the staff its so cool I had a million and one questions, Tony and literally everybody there was an open book for me. If youre new to firearms and want to learn do yourself a favor and go by here customer service is top notch.

Clean facility and friendly staff. They charge by time vs number of firearms which is a plus. Also one of the only places in the area that allows drawing from the holster. You must get certified and Sean Carroll does a fantastic job in teaching and giving good advice for safe and effective use or your firearm. Class is only $25 and well worth it. A+! Lastly, they rent all types of firearms including full auto and suppressed. Great place!

I went to this place to learn and practice. Mr. Dillan helped me, and I must say he was a very knowledgeable and helpful instructor. As I am new in using a firearm, he helped me and showed me many useful safety tips while using a gun. During our lesson, he was with me the whole time, paying attention, and correcting me if I was doing anything wrong.I highly recommend this place and Mr. Dillan for learning how to shoot and practice.

For a first time, nervous shooter, I received excellent customer service from Sean Carroll. He taught me the basics of shooting and safety. Just left full armor firearms in Pearland and had a blast. They had a full arsenal of weapons to choose from and an awesome range. Lastly the whole staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in till we left. He was able to help me out with my stance and he was also able to sight my gun for me. My experience here was great I will definitely return.

I went one time here by myself and since and come back for a total of 3 times and brought people with me. Staff is very friendly and dont mind answering questions or giving information. I don’t often write reviews, but my visit to Full Armor Pearland today warranted it. First of all, the store and range are set up in a really clean and professional way. The kind of place that you could spend some real time in. You can tell that the owner and employees are proud of it, given its cleanliness. Apart from that, I was also helped out by David. He went well above and beyond with a rifle issue that I was having. He went to the extreme of swapping out parts on it for me to go test fire and diagnose the issue. At no point in this process did I feel like I was being sold a product. As a matter of fact, I left without purchasing a part (since they were not in stock). Although I left without making a purchase, their service-first approach to gaining business has secured me as a return customer. This is the way that a business should be run and I am happy to see that Full Armor’s employee’s exemplify that. Thanks guys, I’ll be back.

Went there a few weeks ago with a co-worker. Had an awesome time. Chris was amazing and extremely helpful. He gave great criticism on what we were doing right or wrong to help us shoot better before we were done with our second box of ammo. Full armor and Chris are highly recommended.

First time pistol shooter. Great experience! Sean Carroll went over everything when signing up for time in the range, renting the gun, and providing safety gear. He even went though an instructional session (free) and in no time I was having a fun (& safe) time punching holes into the paper man. Will definitely be back.

Clean range but they try to charge 40 dollars for a box of 50 remanufactured 9mm rounds. Meanwhile bass pro shops has them for 9.99 for brand new not remanufactured bullets. Also my gun jammed after around 300 rounds and I asked if they could put a little bit of oil on it for me. They said no but they could sell me some for 15 dollars. I get they are a buisness but Ive been to plenty of ranges that will just drop a few drops of oil for free to keep you happy and keep you coming. The main issue was the 40 dollars for 50 remanufactured 9mm rounds. Like come on lol.

Great facility. I honestly could not find a single thing that I would change. The guys there are always available to answer any question you might have and are by far the most helpful staff of any gun range I have been to thus far. One great thing is there is no issues with a lot of smoke in the air because they have vents directly behind you pushing the smoke down range. This will be a definite must re-visit gun range. Did I mention how helpful they are? lol

Shop is nice and clean, big and spacious with loads of beautifull products. Had a fun time with everyone in the shop, loads of jokes and a really warm and friendly feeling!Tony was our man, helped us with the guns we wanted, showed us what we needed and knew a gun was jammed before we could even see it! My visit was on 1/10/19 and the experience was top notch. It was my first time at this range and the staff was friendly and experienced. I was there to test fire my first AR build and I was having a small Issue with miss fires which they looked at and fixed as a courtesy. They even let me test fire one of their new full auto SBR which was a blast, ammo goes real quick so I just did bursts to make it last.

Definitely a Great place for new gun owners to learn from the helpful staff. I will be returning to this location the staff was very informative and respectful, Sam Huynh took the time in assisting my sister in law to overcome her fear of firearms. I’ve been to plenty of gun ranges this is definitely one I will be going to from now on the service is awesome!

My sisters and I brought my mom for Mother’s Day and Sean Carroll made it one of the BEST experiences. We were all nervous first time shooters but he was very patient and gave amazing lessons and tips. We will definently be back! Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
