Juan the manager and Alex are absolutely great. Every time I need something they go over and above for me, in this case they tracked down a pallet of nails I needed that no one else could find and saved my butt. Top notch crew to say the least.

Whoever works the front counter with glasses, short little Mexican lady, she’s super demanding and the reason that location loses business. Rude attitude, rude face. Won’t be going back. Conroe location all the way. I’d consider letting her go and hire someone more friendly who doesn’t scare business off. The guys there are super nice and more than helpful. Get rid of the front girl!!! She’s horrible, this is coming from a business owner!!

To be honest we have been going to Texas Tool Traders to buy equipment for my husband who is a roofer since 2007 starting from nails to a gas compressor and every time we get great service I have nothing but positive customer service we all have our bad days I have seen rude customers and the staff tries to do the best to turn their mad faces into satisfied customers but at the end of the day we are all human and make mistakes I give Texas Tool Traders a five star on my book.

There were 15 min. To close and they did not let me in. 🤬 Apparently they dont want to sell. This was on 2/3/21 and it was a Delgado guy who didnt let me in and according to that the sign still said open.
