It was a rainy day and I happened to be in the area so I popped in for a look. FYI - this is a Do It Best hardware store so there is more than just lumber.Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of inventory packed into a small space. Many items you wont find elsewhere.Great prices on bulk common fasteners. I bought 8-penny cut masonry nails for less than half the price of the big box stores!The lumber yard is at the back of the store outside. I was interested in long 2x12s and 2x10s (SYP untreated) which they had plenty in stock. The quality of lumber was much better than anything Ive seen recently at a big box store and they charged less per stick!Wish I lived closer so I could visit more often!

Yes, I have no problem with them if you want something cannot find it they will help you.Nice people they care about work and care person new customer. I like this Do It Best hardware/lumber yard on Airline Drive @ Rittenhouse. The only drawback is the small parking lot.There is a wide range of products for all the building trades and the home DIYer. They are a full service dealership for Stihl products.Prices are reasonable.Store associates are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If I need an item, I can find it in a few minutes without walking a mile in the store.

Luv Parker Lumber. Near work. Employees helpful. Be aware during busy hours hard to find parking. I have parked across at Jack in the Box but Im a regular there too. As always parking at another establishment to go across the street is a tow away risk. If possible ask Jack in the Box if they mind. They might surprise you and say ok just because you took the time to ask. Will continue to go to Parker Lumber. Thank you Parker Lumber.

I love Coming to this hardware store in support of my Neighborhood ... for the last 4 years . however The last two times I have come and I just let their store customer service was horrible. I could not find a sales person after asking twice to help me in the paint department. I waited and waited and waited and out of frustration I left . and I said to myself I will go to Home Depot.I know we had the coronavirus but come on guys you need to step up your game

Went for some cable and i was surprise at how little it cost me for 90ft of cable wire. Ill continue to keep all my business needs at this store and the staff was very pleasant. Helped me find what I was looking for not standing around chit chatting. I went to another store earlier and I had to go up front to ask if they could find someone to help but I left and ended up here very glad I did.

I went to a previous chain store and received some advice to fix a leaking shower facet. I am so glad ge decided to head to Parker Lumber instead. It took two trips because the previous advice was wrong and along with YouTube but Andy was a great help. Thanks so much for the know on one help.

They are a true hardware store!

I can usually get what I need here and able to avoid the mega stores. However, mot today. I wanted clear packing / packaging tape. Lady at register said all tape on Aisle 1 which was paint area. I was doubtfuk. I found a great variety of tape for paint needs but not for my need. So, either they are not as diverse as Ace / True Value / Jeds or the lady was misinformed on where to find it. I went couple blocks down to Walgreens with success. I will still use this hardware/lumber store because I appreciate its size, location and its usual great customer service.

If you really dont feel like fighting crowds at a major retailer, consider this place for your hardware needs! Location close to home and no traffic! Prices are decent but saving myself from crowds, well worth it!

Its not easy to get to. Dont bring a trailer and think you can park it, they have a small parking lot . The website is misleading. Its a small basic hardware store
