Absolutely horrible customer service. I purchased a $5000 camera from them almost a year ago that hasnt worked from day 1! after 4 months they FINALLY sent a replacement part that also did not work. I have tried to work with them to get it replaced but they refuse to return my calls or emails ( over 30 emails).Ive emailed the owner Keith and he has not responded to my emails. When I call their office without blocking my number, they wont answer. When I block my number, they answer and as soon as I tell them who I am, they hang up immediately! I just want what I paid $5000 for and have been unable to use.

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Camera is already failing after less then 2 years of Easy use and won’t warranty out. But when I ask to use Serial number to verify unit age and make sure we can get the correct replacement camera head that I’ll just have to buy they can’t do that. Their own serial number doesn’t mean anything to them.Ridiculous when you spend over 5K on a set up that is suppose to work great only to have nothing but issues. It’s clear the Rigid SeeSnake is a better option.

Same story as the others send a camera in 2 months ago and they cant seem to get it fixed. for a while getting conflicting stories and now cant get in touch with anyone, nobody answering the phones. Beware

Lee got us hooked up with a new Trojan mini camera and locator package. The Overall quality was excellent. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I had this camera for less than 6 months and it has broken 3 times. Everytime I send it in for repair it takes 6-8 weeks to get it back, only to have it mess up on me again. This company has caused my plumbing company to lose out so much money on missed camera opportunities and over $1000 in scheduled calls only to have the camera not work. They refuse to give me my money back. They said they would send me a new camera head to see if it worked, I was assured I would get it the next day, but Keith did not inform me I would have to sign for it. Now I have to wait 3 more days til Fed Ex can send it to me because I wasnt here to sign for it and fed ex only delivers Tuesday-Saturday. I had another camera scheduled for Monday which now I have to either cancel or reschedule. This is on top of Keith dodging my calls for a whole week, after multiple messages on trying to get someone to fix the broken camera they brought me back after being in repair for over 2 weeks. Will never purchase a camera from this company again!

Not too happy with this company. I sent my camera head in to get repaired and didnt get it back for 6 weeks. Then the first time I used it, it broke. Sent it back to company and here we are 5 weeks into it and still havent received my camera. Ive called several times and they keep telling me the same story, it will get fixed today and be in the mail. Its costing my company money and Im not to pleased!

Always do good work! Never have any problems. Equipment is reliable. And repairs are quick.

2nd time i sent my camera for repair 1st time 2 months to get back, this time they have had it 2 months and still keep giving me excuses. i really need my camera

Not very happy at all. Have a trojan camera that was sent in for repair. Not the first time. Was told Id have it back that afternoon. That afternoon was told they werent finished. Told i could pick up the next day. 2 weeks later now and its still not ready. But yet again Im being told it will be ready today. Not happy at all with Trojan products or service. Had General brand cameras for years with no issues. 1 year with trojan and nothing but problems. I guess you get what you pay for. Im losing money now having to rent cameras for jobs.
