Multiple times at this kingsbridge location recently Ive had terrible service. Last night I waited for 15 minutes or longer to get help in plumbing. I had one lady condescendingly tell me to just look for the orange aprons in plumbing and they would help me. Theyre wasnt anyone. Finally someone called for an employee to assist in plumbing and another ten minutes went by and nothing. Tonight there was a fire alarm going off and we all had to leave the store before buying it stuff. I have been extremely disappointed in this location lately.

I just ran in to get some keys copied (surprising amount of copying kiosks are down around me...) and I was directed to the right aisle by the nicest lady at the door and when I got there, one of the passing associates stopped to help me make the copies.Just by being there less than 30 min, I could see they were fully staffed and the associates were busy, but attentive. I could have probably stood in any aisle looking confused, and an associate would have found me and asked what I was looking for.

Christmas is in HIGH GEAR (Displays). The usual well stocked & organized machine (store). They have a few openings as of early October.
Mr. Randy from the customer service desk is a Godsend. After returning an air conditioner because it didnt have what we needed, he helped us unload it, took it back AND helped us choose the correct one. This is customer service at its finest, and you dont see friendly, kind, helpful associates like this very often at any store.
The worst Home Depot I ever been too. Not only do they not deliver your products even though u paid extra for delivery to have it delivered on a precise day and a 4 hour window. We had to go in person to cancel transaction and re purchase product. They will not help you inside the store neither . Their online website said they had plenty of the product we were looking for and they would not go with us to show us exactly where it was since it wasn’t on the aisle posted online. The lady working there said she didn’t know where they were at and didn’t even want to get us a manager or any help. We went up to several employees and they were like “that’s not our department “ they were extremely rude, no eye contact. Just a nasty look! It was a nightmare! Our client was waiting on us for 3 days to get material over to them and now it’s going to rain this afternoon and we won’t be able to do the job. We haven’t worked this entire time since waiting for products to arrive.
Been spending alot of time here lately so much I know employees in the paint department by name. Shes always the most knowledgeable about any painting tips I need. Shes makes sure to ask the appropriate questions so she recommends the appropriate products to really get the job done the first time!!
I called the store to check product availability; the phone was never answered.Drove to the store, went to the appliance department and the employee on the phone wouldnt even acknowledge that I was there. I went and bought the item at Best Buy

Hes Amazing, he shared so much Empathy and Compassion for the long frustrating day i was having!!!! He really went above and beyond with instructions on how to setup the hitch for my car, on the Penske moving truck I rented. Without him patiently standing in the hot sun with me, theres no way my Aunt & I couldve done that alone, (we even shared shared a brief discussion of our Military history)...I also want to Thank Ana for assisting with the paperwork (checkout) it was such a pleasure to work with them both...They really need to be recognized for how they care for Customers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ #IndiaStewardCustomer
The employees all had acceptable attitudes and the store in general was very well organized. I also had two employees approached me offering assistance!
Today I purchased 2 Indoor ZZ Plants, Mexican Heather, Asiatic Jasmine, and Mexican Petura?. I am surrounded by those who love me. The aisles were labeled, selections were great. The person at checkout gets 5 stars. I dont know if it was. COVID measures or what, but the staff left me to wonder by myself 😱😢😵😣🤔

Home Depot is always on point but this day.. I got some paver sand and the top of one of the containers was cracked. So had to get another one but they were out of stock of that colour so had to end up mixing colours. But the lady at the PRO counter was super helpful would have cancelled the whole order save for her

Recently purchased an appliance from the Home Depot and it was a very educational experience. The appliance was damaged upon delivery and I did not accept it. Informed the driver I would go back to the store in person to sort it out. Upon telling them about it at customer service they explained that they could not give an updated delivery date and may or may not be able to give me my money back immediately because they were waiting for the vendor to update their system which takes 24 hours. Bottom line is that Home Depot did not have any answers for me and could not help me the day of delivery. You as the consumer need to know these details because Home Depot does not have direct control over inventory, vendors, or their logistics. Take that into account when you are shopping.When I did call their appliance hotline they rescheduled delivery but did not offer to expedite or hotshot a new unit to me just explained that it was up to Frigidaire.My message to Home Depot is that we no longer are in an era that things take twenty four hours and when you make a mistake you should rectify it at your expense not make excuses and blame the vendor or your logistics operation meanwhile wasting your customers time.
The service representatives were knowledgeable and courteous. The warehouse was cleaned and neat. Everything I was looking for, was in stock. Great Service!!!

Picked up 6 items here based on an online order. Everything was in stock, but the clerk had to go retrieve one item that was being held in another department (lumber).

If Home Depot had only one store, they would have lost all my business. Having been a local customer at the same store since 2004, the last three encounters with store personnel at W Houston #0585 was very disappointing and beyond discourteous. Can you imagine, asking where a product is that you bought a month ago and having an Orange Apron telling you, on the way walking by, that It is where it has always been. Me either. And had it been there, I would have found it. Then there was Orange Apron Julie, whom I attempted to get to help to find the new location. Again, further rudeness, like I was in her way, and then, after no help finding what I needed, she comments to another Orange Apron in tow, Come on, we have work to do., to which I commented to their backs as they walked away, Isnt helping Home Depot customers work? and all I saw was their backs as they walked away. I walked away, found a substitute for what I needed and went to pay out. No, the manager needed to know about this. I went and requested the presence of the store manager, and Manny arrives after a delay. He may have been a supervisor, but he certainly was no manager. The conversation with him was fruitless and sealed my decision. His demeanor held no hint of listening or helping. I did walk away, and That Home Depot will not see any further of my business. Well, I can now understand why the Orange Aprons carry on the way they do, but that is no longer my worry. Too bad.
The Home Depot hwy 6 and Richmond is a joke. They have over 20 ppl walking around with orange shirts and when you ask questions about their merchandise that’s not in place they all say let me get an associate. That’s fine but when they page the associates 10 times and waiting for 30 minutes for a simple 100 amp breaker that’s ridiculous. I also work in customer service and Home Depot need to improve on how to manage there associates. I would give them a zero star but I have to choose a one star. Very disappointed.

Just bought an appliance that I needed from an unfriendly staff. There was no greeting of hello or good bye.I asked a young person at the customer service to speak with the manager. He said there isnt one.Recommending the management to retrain a few individuals for better customer service.

Okay so Im usually not one to write reviews and If I was this store would have a million bad ones from me because all the experiences Ive had have been bad BUT this time....I set up a curbside pickup and let me tell you it was a quick process, easy and BOB was the sweetest guy ever! Why couldnt he be the one to help me all the time! He should be running the place there. Give him a raise...thats all I gotta say.UPDATE 12/7/20 got a pickup order again and guess who it was, Bob. We need more of him in this world, hes the sweetest and I hope I continue to get him when I go. GIVE HIM A RAISE!

I went shopping at Home Depot today and had some questions about one of the products. Usually it’s very hard to find anyone to ask questions but today was my lucky day. Tom the store manager assisted me. His customer service skills were impeccable. I too work in the service industry and Tom really was a 5 star performer. He rallied his team to assist me with my purchase, truck rental, and loading into the truck. Well done Tom and team!!!!
They would not have such long RETURN lines if they had a semblance of QUALITY CONTROL. They prefer to refund rather than do their job.

My boyfriend rented a van there. When he got into the van, the tire light was on. He was in a rush thinking probably it was just low tire pressure, and since he didnt know much about the van, he didnt do much. After arriving home, he got sometime to inspect the van and noticed a nail in one of the tires was the reason why the light was on. Of course he couldnt drive the van to pick up some stuff as he planned, and shouldnt be paying for repairing the nail. Since it was already past the store close time, he returned the van to the store hoping to get an exchange. However, the store told him it was the only van they have, and made him pay $120 for renting it over night. He argued with them, stating they should have done the inspection before providing the van. At least, even they were not able to find a replacement, the bottom line is that he shouldnt have been charged. Store manager was called and nothing was resolved.Never going to Home Depot again. Good thing we still have Lowes.

This is probably the worst home depot Ive been to everI got here at 8:30 amI asked for help since their PVC is placed like on racks instead of standing up.It is now been 15 mins and also was asked if I needed anything but this is bad service...Mrs Diana which was more than kind was able to tell me that there was no 2 1/2 schedule 40 and also notice her hand was injured. I asked what it was and she said Carpal tunnel. I then asked if she would allow me to pray for her. My guess is that the holy spirit brought me here so that I could do Gods will and be able to lay my hands on her and be able to pray for her.Although i came here for one reason I left with understanding that the holy spirit led me here.
Home Depot is always great. I love the place. Parking was easy. The staff was quite helpful. I got what I needed. Self-checkout was actually fun.

I wish I could give them negative 5 stars Ive been here three days in a row the first day I waited in the windows and glass department for 45 minutes for somebody to show I had to leave the next day I came same thing no help I waited over an hour everybody calls somebody over the phone nobody Thursday I came no help nobody I asked for help they said the glass and windows guy would be back in the department never came Im done I will go to Bellaire and the beltway home Depot for now on even though its way out of my way back here is home Depot is absolutely unorganized very messy and uncoordinated

The store had the flooring I wanted, but my contractor was not impressed with the paint department.The matched color was off, and the employees just said that to remix it would cost and if they tried to fix the paint mixed, that paint would just get darker and really not match.? Their screw up, our problem. Huh.
Ive had my ups and downs with home depot over the years but we were so glad to see Malcolm back because he is the best home depot associate ever! Also want to commend the gentlemen at the paint department who went completely above and beyond the call of duty to help us out with a 5 gallon bucket of oops paint to make it work for our needs. I regret not getting his name but I will make sure to get it and update the review. Thanks to both of you!!!
I went to Home Depot 05/26/2020, and first thought walking in was that I was overwhelmed so I asked the lady with the disinfectant at the front for directions and she was so rude and kept on flipping her phone, I asked two other associates for help and I got a brush off too, at this point I was exhausted but I was determined to get what I needed and thank God I came across the nice lumber man, who helped me get the appropriate board, cut it up nicely. I don’t know your name sir but I am very grateful to you and the lady who told me “have a nice day”.
