Servicing for my hearing aids has been good. All my questions have been answered. The ambiance within the office is friendly and comfortable. I’ve been to three audiology offices in Houston. Allison Audiology is the best of the three Audiology offices that I’ve visited.

I attended my husbands first appointment at this center and was very pleased with the care he received. He had been to another practice where we felt they were no longer interested in dealing with him. He has Alzheimers and is very hard of hearing. Dr. Kohout was very patient, thorough and had some suggestions as to what might be done to improve his hearing. We are very happy that we changed providers and look forward to future visits with the goal of improved hearing.Subsequent to this appointment we have been back for several appointments for adjustments to his hearing aids and to demo a new accessory (the microphone) which is now available. We continued to be very pleased with the service.We have been going to Allison Audiology for about 4 months now and yesterday 10/7/21 we had my husbands hearing aids cleaned. Ryan was very thorough and actually found some debris on the microphone of the hearing aids that was reducing the efficacy of the hearing aids. We continue to be very pleased with the service.

Great hearing aides! I bought them last year.... I go back every 4 months just to say “hello” and to let the staff make sure all is well and it always is, of course. The wait? I hardly have time to sit down in their lovely waiting area before they call me back. The staff is friendly and professional and make me feel like they are there only for me! Hearing Aids are expensive, but they did a great job of making me feel comfortable with them and the trial has worked well so far.I had some issues with ear wax blocking sound, was cleared up and everything works great again.

Im on my 3rd pair of hearing aids with Allison Audiology. I trust them to advise me on what aids best suit me. They always make sure that the aids are programmed to fit my hearing loss. I tell all of my friends to visit Allison Audiology if they think the might have hearing loss.

I have used AA& H hearing mow for 13 years and have enjoyed my experiences. Periodic follow-up appointments are scheduled for me to check my Resound Quatros (the best aid I have had over about 30 years). They check and upgrade for latest releases as needed. Very understanding folks. And, I am old folks and they know that you dont want to mess with old folks! Ha!

My experience with Allison Audiology has been great since the first day I stepped into the office. This was my first time dealing with a hearing specialist. . Dr. Janna and her staff were wonderful. I felt at ease from the beginning. I was tested and fitted with the appropriate hearing devices. That was several months and I am living in a different world. A normal world of hearing!My devices are easy to use and have made such a difference in my daily life.

The staff at Allison Audiology were recommended to me by coworkers. I went to get ear molds for the purpose of ordering in-ear monitors. The process was easy, the appointment was scheduled quickly, and the staff were great to work with. Because of a minor issue with one of the molds, I had to come back and get it re-done, and they scheduled me for an appointment first thing the next day. My experience at Allison was great - I would recommend them to anyone getting ear molds for in-ear monitors.

Everyone at Allison Audiology has been so patient and wonderful with my now 93 yo mom. She is almost completely deaf, constantly messes with her hearing aids (so they need repairing/adjusting regularly) and is now housebound. I take her hearing aids in for cleaning/repair on a regular basis. She recently lost one of them and they were great at getting one in for her quickly and I was able to use my cellphone and have them calibrate her new one with her in her bed!!! They go above and beyond to care for their patients and have just been great.

Went this morning over to their office in Houston to see if any adjustments are needed as my hearing is worse than ever. Did not think the left aide was working but it was. Their internet was down temporarily and I will go back over to their office when the internet is back up running. I love the friendly people there and drive over an hour one way to get there as I live in New Caney. I trust them and they are not sell happy, just you get what you need. You must give them a try you wont regret going there!

Very nice people and I felt very safe. They quickly came to the car to get the hearing aids and fixed them very quickly. I went inside to pick them up. There was no one in the waiting room. The front desk was behind a plastic wall. Everything seemed very clean.

The servics the front desk provided my son who was there great service offering for him to draw to calm him down while i filled out the forms, and she offered with a beautiful smile.
