I am very pleased with my new hearing aids... I truly recommend them to anyone. I been so depressed not able to hear these few months. And boy with new technology it done wonder!!!Thank you Ladies I truly love them.
NEGATIVE 0 Stars. This place is a scam and cheats the insurance company. They overcharge patients and have you sign misleading papers trying to claim they are allowed to overcharge what the insurance company allows. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. Should be shut down. REPORT THEM AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM HEIGHTS AUDIOLOGY! I bought hearing aids from Heights Audiology 4-1/2 years ago. I made an appointment with them last year and requested a new hearing test so my hearing aids could be re-programmed because I could not hear as well as previously. My hearing had obviously changed over the 4 years since I bought them. The owner/audiologist was who my appointment was with. I was willing to pay for the test, re-programming, etc. The owner said lets just turn up the volume and come back in 3 or 4 weeks if that doesnt work. Well, obviously, I can turn up the volume manually and see if it works better. She obviously didnt want to take the time to give her customer good service (which is one of the problems I had with this business no matter who I dealt with). I moved from Houston in July and went to a new audiologist in Bryan, TX recently who spent the time to give me a hearing test and make the necessary adjustments to my hearing aids. My hearing had significantly changed. They were surprised that a licensed audiologist would ignore a request to give me another hearing test and make necessary adjustments since no adjustments had been made during the 4 years since I bought the hearing aids. The Bryan audiologist also mentioned that whoever originally configured the hearing aids (Heights Audiology) did not properly set them up. Now I can hear very well!! So, not only did Heights Audiology refuse to test/adjust my hearing aids after 4 years, they were too lazy or incompetent to set them up correctly initially. Nothing but POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR SERVICE AND A STAFF THAT HAS THE ZERO MORALE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT HEIGHTS AUDIOLOGY!
Negative stars....There’s a lot more deception than this but here is my review. I spoke too soon. Earlier this month I said it was a good experience going to Heights Audiology and Hearing Aids. That was until I picked up the heating aids. I paid up front the total and when Blue Cross finalized it, Heights had over charged me $1300+. After 20 minutes on hold with BCBS while they talked with Heights explaining that being in network they had to abide by BCBS guidelines, Heights refused to refund the difference siting my bill I signed where it said Payment is expected at service, payment is your responsibility and I accept financial responsibility for my bill. They claim that allows them to charge whatever they want and not follow BCBS guidelines. Well, anything you buy from anyone, it’s your responsibility to pay for it. They didn’t state, we don’t have to follow BCBS guidelines. Who would sign that. They tried to be deceptive. Despite having called them initially and they told me their top of the line hearing aid, any brand, was $2800 per ear, now they say mine are premium and they fall under a different billing, even though on their web site it says my brand and model is $2800. Last night they said that was because they haven’t updated the web site for 2020. That doesn’t explain why they verbally said the top price was $2800. They are siting some old BCBS guidelines from 2008 and 2012 that says they can balance bill even though BCBS now says they are over charging me. Avoid doing business with this place unless you get it signed in writing what your cost will be and it matches what your insurance says. Plus don’t sign ANYTHING until you go over it with a fine tooth comb and have them explain every word in detail. They claimed they explained it all to me. Liars.
Purchased some Westone ear plugs from here in summer 2018 after a quick fitting and ear mold. Great, prompt service and really nice, warm folks. Plus, the earplugs and decibel filters work great!
