Terrible experience at this location. Went in to see about picking up a bottle of argon for the first time. First the guy behind the desk acted like he was busy on the phone but wasn’t. Then was very unfriendly and acted as if I was interrupting his busy schedule (not a single person in the store). Also, unsafe area with tons of crack heads wandering around in the street. Make sure you lock your car if in there for more than 5 mins. Sketchy and horrible customer service. Avoid this one!

Today I had very pleasant experience going to PRAXAIR welding supply @ Chimmey Rock .This was my first time meeting the Manger Shawn Richardson and I must say it’s been a very long time since I’ve seen such remarkable customer service. Shawn was able to find the brass coupler as soon as I told him what I needed for.shortly after he got my bottle of Argon ready go and check out. I would defiantly recommend dropping by for supply’s.

Lost my account, wouldnt work with me to open a new one, wouldnt offer me my old rate. Rushed me an other customers out of the store so they could eat lunch and manager was rude. Brought my business elsewhere. Go to Htown oxygen its across town but I get $17 a fill on my k tanks as opposed to $30 here and they assist me getting tanks in and out of my vehicle.

They close several minutes BEFORE 4 pm on a regular basis, so dont come close to closing time. The employees also close and lock up for lunch break. Slackers!!

I swapped my 10lb CO2 cylinder here for $16. Fast and easy, polite and helpful manager.
