Not a whole lot of customer service happening here. Took in a regulator and torch handle for repair — when I called last Friday, guy said they’d come back the previous Monday. Glad I called, cause they weren’t going to, even though they said they would. When I complained, just got a weak “Sorry.”I won’t be back.
