I was so happy that I was able to find everything my restaurant will need at ARC Restaurant Equipment and Supply.For the spend of kitchen supply and equipment, I saved more than $4000. ‘till these day I still continue business with ARC Restaurant Equipment Supply. They also give us a credit in-store credit program. As we continue business with ARC we saved $2000 every year for General Restaurant Supply. Strongly recommend ARC for Restaurant Startup.

Terrible customer service. Taking advantage of the current situation. We purchased an electric griddle along with a bunch of other supplies and equipment, right before the Pandemic. We are not able to use the griddle because of the electric plug That it requires. Owner refused to work with us. Not even letting us exchange the brand new griddle for a different one, and now we cannot use this griddle. Will never buy anything anything else from them. If I can give them a negative 1 star I would! Don’t do business with them!

We serve authentic Vietnamese iced coffee, Vietnamese sandwich (banh mi), bubble tea, smoothies, and a variety of other coffee and tea beverages. I wrote this review to express my gratitude to ARC Restaurant Equipment Supply and encourage everyone to visit the place. They not only help us save money on equipment but also the build us a good looking custom booth. In my opinion, they are not perfect restaurant dealer store in Houston but they deserve 5 Stars service.I drove down Houston every 5 weeks to buy restaurant supply and other stuffs. Every time, I left ARC I always have a great feeling. I also invited my fellow families and friends to stop buy ARC Restaurant Equipment Supply whenever they need.

They are new, friendly, and had what I was looking for in stock at a very decent price. I will be returning.
