My cousin was searching for an outdoor ceiling fan to replace one of eight on her outdoor pavilion, we’d already been to three stores and just happened to walk into Lighting Plus and Morris greeted us asking what we were looking for, we described to him what type of fan and as soon as we showed him a picture he knew RIGHT AWAY who manufactured the outdoor ceiling fan and that is was over 6yrs old. Morris found the exact fan in a catalogue and in less than 6minutes we had the EXACT fan ordered to replace the one that no longer worked. If you are looking for a fan or lighting and want a true professional that has over 20yrs experience, ask for Morris, he’s an asset to the company.

We purchased three fans from this company back in 2013. The service was excellent then and continues to be the case. Recently we had a technical issue with one of the fans and Ron went above and beyond to help find a solution. This is the only place I will purchase my fans in the future. They are a first rate outfit that takes customer service seriously!

Out of the 3 lighting places we visited this one was the best. Just started to look at lighting options for a home reno. The gentleman here was very helpful explaining some lights, gave a demo of what 2700K, 3000K and 5000K LED lights actually look. Thanks!

Glad we found this place, which is in the old furniture district of Houston. Price for a beautiful multi-globe small chandelier was $250 LESS then the price for the same thing at one of the big Sugar land area stores! Josue Vanegas was very helpful. He was also available, for a very modest fee, to come to our house to help assemble and install our new light! We will use them again, for sure.

Went in looking for a particular fan, were met with a warm welcome immediately by both sales people. Brenda took us under her wing and started showing us different options as the fan we wanted was too big for the space it was going in. Our other option was purchasing this fan online (with another retailer) but I’m so glad we were able to go in and talk to someone and get the right fan. Brenda thoroughly explained everything to us, showed us many options to fit our taste, and made it an overall great experience. We ended up purchasing another model of fan that fit what we were looking for! Definitely give them a look.

The store is ok, not a most updated store. However Brenda, the only employee of the store was very helpful, knowledgeable, nice and with a lot of patience. She matched the prices of the lights I found online from other stores and gave me additional discounts. I saved some money on this deal.

This place is the absolute worst in customer service and online experience. If i could give them a Zero star I would. I ordered a so called In Stock Item Ready to Ship and now 10 days later Im told is take 2 weeks to process the order and 2 weeks for delivery. WTH? Then I spoke to the rudest individual on the planet. He couldnt care to hear what i had to say or work with me at all. He kept saysing its in the fine print on the website so I could go pund sand! The buck stops with him and I wcoudl chose to go do business with someone else. Stay away from this company!!!!!!

Expert advice with great prices. Rony Lazar helped me chose the best look for my entry way chandelier, personally called me when my lamp arrived, and provided information for installation service. The entire experience was perfect.

Had a few places on my list to visit but found it all at this first store we walked into. Purchased 2 chandeliers and light bulbs in one go. Prices were decent compared to what I saw online. Took everything home the same day when usually it takes a week. Raul even hooked us up with a lighting guy to have the chandeliers up within 5 days! Thank you Lighting Plus!! A very Happy customer.

Unrealistic return terms.

Being a Harvey victim I had some electrical issues from the storm. One of my ceiling fans filled with water from roof leaks and had to be replaced. I dealt with Aaron who was so very helpful. I gave him the information on the fan and he ordered me a new one all within minutes. I now have a beautiful new ceiling fan. Great experience and I highly recommend them.

As a designer lighting plus has been the best go to spot for reasonably priced lighting options. They have a huge variety that has matched all of my clients needs. And customer service is amazing.

Warning do not order from this company!! I had a horrible experience! First they tried to charge me twice for my order after the first transaction was already processed. Then I never received my order. I contacted them and they were very rude especially Lily the manager and said order was send and delievered. That they would not refund my money or resend items. My last call (a month later) I was told they would no longer talk to me and hung up on me. I have never received a refund or items and am out over $400. Such horrible customer service! Not how a business should be ran!

Very bad attitude and service. Wants to sell lights but does not want to turn it on and show to the customer...(was trying to convince me he will take it back) only because he knows for sure its not going to work once I take it home.
