They don’t charge anymore after 1 week and they fall apart in less than a week.These toy are made CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP‼️‼️‼️I WANT A FULL REFUND... YOU STOLE MY MONEY AND SOLD ME A BAD TOY THAT BREAKS EVERY 2 DAYS AND REFUSE TO ISSUE ME A REFUND. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.

This place is a scam!!!!! Were from San Antonio and drove to Houston to get a gift for our daughter and she picked out a powerwheel motorcycle and we told the guy we werent going to open or use the motorcycle for a few weeks and if there was anything wrong could we bring it back? Well not even a few day after opening it and my daughter uses it and now doesnt work or stay charge! We called the store to talk to them and let them know and now he tells us it only has 1 day warranty and is not his problem anymore!

BUYER BEWARE‼️‼️‼️‼️ THERE TOYS ARE TERRIBLE and so is the service. We purchased 2 vehicles for our daughters from them and they both broke within a week. When we took them back to fix then they had the nerve to charge us $30 each to put them back together.Now 2 days later and the truck is broken AGAIN. I will be filing a loss suit in small claims court to get my money back for the vehicles. Since they refuse to issue me a refund. $811.00 for 2 broken machines is ridiculous!!Update: Why should I have to pay even $1 for a $400 toy that broke 5 days after purchasing it. This place is a TOTAL SCAM!!!! After paying for the toy to be fixed it BROKE AGAIN 2 DAYS LATER. I WILL NOT PAY $60 EVERY 2 DAYS TO FIX A TOY THAT I SPENT $400 on.The toys also stop charging after 2 weeks of use.YOU PEOPLE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN I’M CONTACTING THE BBB and filling a law suit.

I have bought several ride on toys for my son from this store, and every time we have gotten great prices and great service. Any issues with any items I’ve bought, the owner has gone above and beyond to help get the issue resolved. I highly recommended this store.

When I put on lay away my sons car there was a lady claiming her car wasnt working anymore when I picked up the car there was a different lady complain and of course they never fixed anything when my car started malfunctioning they were claiming we had never purchased here before!
