I have used Unique Outdoor for both landscape lighting and now for mosquito control. Very pleased with the outcome in both cases.

I have been a customer of Unique Outdoor for several years. Particularly in this challenging environment, i feel a glowing review is merited.1. Their product works well.2. They are highly responsive.3. Their service technicians are:- good at what they do- on time, polite, and- practice all COVID prevention protocols (face masks, distancing).Most importantly, if there is a problem, they work efficiently and quickly to get it resolved.

COMMUNICATION:Decided to keep business with them due to previous homeowners relationship.Not sure whats going on internally, but the customer service is failing. Call for quotes and service...leave messages, no response.Call back leave message again...still a week later, no reply.Finally get through to schedule site visit and finally get on their calendar. Day of visit, no show, no call.Get them rescheduled to come back out, no call, just a pop up visit, did work and left. No communication AT ALL.😳I truly understand Covid-19 has changed the course of norm, but communication is still key.I may have to move on and disregard the ROR. Sure hate this, but my time is just as valuable and I should have to chase them for business and keep looking at my phone and door for site visits.

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to share my experience not only with the install, but also with the longevity of the product. When I initially spoke with Greg about my vision for the lighting layout, he was able to offer suggestions that complimented my design much more effectively. Unique Outdoor were also able to complete the installation within a 2 week window of our initial consultation. The installation crew arrived on time, were polite and very quick with the install. The only complaint I have was that they did not go over how to make adjustments on the controls for the lighting system. It was not a huge issue as I was able to find a manual online to help guide me. It has been almost a year since the installation and I have not had any problems with the lights. If you are thinking about doing landscape lighting, definitely give them a call. Their team is knowledgeable and offer fair prices.

We decided to get a mosquito mister from Unique Outdoors, based on a recommendation from a friend. I have to admit I was a little worried wed spend the $ only to find out the system didnt really do much to control mosquitoes, but I was wrong. We have had virtually NO mosquitos in our yard (front or back!) since we had the mister installed. It is an incredibly easy to use system and has been worth every penny. The customer service @ Unique Outdoor is excellent. I had a few questions before the installation, all of which were answered thoroughly and quickly. We set up an automatic refill service and they showed up exactly on the day we agreed upon months before, ready to go. I even received a courtesy reminder email a few days beforehand so that I wouldnt be surprised. I would strongly recommend getting a mosquito mister from Unique Outdoors to anyone, like myself, struggling to enjoy their back yard (or front yard!) but not wanting to fight off mosquitoes all night long. NO REGRETS!

The experience Ive had with Unique Otdoors has been amazing. At the time I was having several projects going on at the house. Some were good and some not so good. But I had one project that went as smooth as silk without any issues. That was with Unique Outdoors. They installed my Mosquito misting system and it has been trouble free since day one for the past 6 months. Ive used a lot of services for mosquitoes over the years and almost always had mosquitoes in the yard even though all equipment was working. Unique Outdoor seems to understand what it takes year in and out to keep the mosquito population down regardless of the conditions. The price is consistent with other services. One recommendation is to allow them to service the equipment with each visit and pay for the new valves etc. as required. My lawn care people sometimes to a number on the equipment.

Love this company! Did a great job with installation, great job maintaining our system quarterly. We dont have to do a thing when it comes to upkeep. Love that we got a remote with it in case we need to spray outside of our automatically programmed times. It has made a HUGE difference in our yard- we back up to a heavily wooded area and we can actually sit out in our backyard without getting bitten by pesky mosquitos. Best investment we have made! Worth every penny and they were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with our outdoor lighting project. Ryan was our consultant. When he arrived at the house, he asked us about what we were hoping to accomplish. Where he thought there might be a better option, he explained his reasonings based on previous experiences. He sent us a detailed proposal that allowed us to understand exactly how the cost was calculated. This was useful in comparing other vendors. Ultimately, I found Ryans proposal and recommendations to be better then other vendors. Once we decided to over forward, we were contacted by the install team. They did an excellent job in placement based on our discussions with Ryan. Although the cost for professional installation is more than buying a lighting package off the shelf at Home Depot, the quality is much better and the end design looks awesome. I would definitely recommend Unique Outdoor Illuminations to others considering an outdoor lighting specialist.

The team at Unique has done a very good job with my Mosquito misting system. Anytime we have had an issue they have been very quick to come out and repair. I do the yearly service with them where it doesnt cost me anything extra for repairs or pesticide.
