The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. The environment in the store was relaxed with no pressure to buy. They informed me about their 100 day trial. That gives me peace of mind knowing that I can return the luggage within the 100 days with no questions asked if I find that the luggage isnt a good fit for me.Most other stores dont offer any trial, so Away has an advantage over the competition in that regard.

I had a messed up online order and this AWAY store fixed my problem in an efficient and pleasant time. The staff was wonderful and I would definitely recommend another visit to the store.
