They dont answer the phone at all there. I dont know if they are even open. If it wasnt a 30 minute drive I would just show up and see. Very disappointing to not even answer the phone.

I have tried to call a few times this week and phone goes to voicemail and says mailbox is full. I can’t get a question answered about a part or if they will or when they can complete a repair. Minn Kota Ultrex with foot control issue.

Gulf Coast Trolling Motors repaired my Minn Kota Riptide 55 a couple of years ago and it has run great. But now the power cable underneath the hull was badly corroded and burned. I took the cord to Gulf Coast Trolling Motors and in just a little while Jonathon had installed connections on a new cord that I provided (I was trying to fix myself). While showing me how to reinstall the handle, he noticed a small plastic piece was missing and he gave me one. All of this at no charge. I valued the knowledge shared with me. Great customer service!

These guys are the best. I can always get answers on hard questions and help ordering parts with no problem. The guys have done great work for me twice and have always been honest about how quickly they can get me in and out. I highly recommend these guys.
