If you want a quick response, need something urgently or need a quote back in less than 10 days GO ELSEWHERE. Do not even bother with these guys. Very bad customer services. Sent an RFQ out and tried to no avail to get any answer. I sent the RFQ to a sales rep, who never replied. I chased up with customer service 3 days later, who asked me to forward the quote to them and they would send out to the whole sales team and chase up the rep that was supposed to be working on it. No response. Contacted customer service again a week later, and they said they would chase up the reps that were supposedly working on it. Couldnt give me a straight answer as to whether they would be quoting or not. I asked for a phone number so I could speak with a rep direct. I was not given one and was told they would call me. Surprise surprise 2 more days go by and no call. Finally they email back - they cannot quote due to time constraints. Well maybe if theyd looked at it 10 days ago..........
