Welp, no regrets! I purchased a 2020 Street Bob at Stubbs about a week ago. It was a great purchase experience and to top it off, I got to test taste a bunch of great chili in the process, thanks to the Chili Cook Off they were hosting. Jimbo and the Stubbs team made the process smooth and seamless. They didnt pressure me into a new bike but made sure I knew all my options for purchasing a new bike vs purchasing a used bike. Great shopping experience. I called and let them know what i was looking for. A 2020 black out street bob. They had it fueled and ready for a test ride when I got there. Quick and easy process. I live in Corpus Christi, however I was looking for a specific hoodie so called Stubbs and they had on oh one left in store.The sales associate (Sarah) was so super helpful and extremely patient with my back and forth phone calls.In the end I got to purchase via phone and my item is being shipped to me.Once again thank you Sarah for being so super helpful and patient with me.

This was not a good experience. I was not offered a test drive. The bike I sat on and looked at with the salesperson was not the bike I purchased. That bike ended up being 2000 more but I wasnt told that until the end. I have great credit and was offered an interest rate of above 8%. I purchased the bike anyway and immediately refinanced with my credit union for 2%. Whats the use in maintaining good credit and not get a good interest rate? I honestly feel it was the hue of my skin.

I recently bought a 2001 fat boy .Stubbs Harley Davidson did excelent work. I took the bike to on the border for two new tires and two days later my belt snapped on beltway 8 it was tightened to much. I called Stubbs Harley Davidson told them I was broke down . And immediately they asked me my location 30 minutes later Stubbs Harley Davidson was on site to get my bike at no charge.they really came through thx bk hunter and christy!! You guys are the best. I learned my lesson I will never take my bike anywhere else.you guys really come through for me on a seconds notice.thx. Took weekend Riders Course here to get M endorsement on my license. Bill was our coach who is honestly awesome in terms of knowledge, being patient with the students, friendliness. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him.The class was very interactive and fun. They also provided lunch andwater bottles which was for free. So thats very nice of them. They introduced us to almost everyone who are working there sales, service, reception.(I bet, not a lot of people do that). Overall it was great experience. Id definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a riders course or to buy your motorcycle.Only suggestion Ive especially for people who are looking to get their Riders Course certification is to finish it before summer ;) You are going to spend a lot of time outside riding on the training bike with your gear and helmet on. So, you are going to get more sweaty and exhausted due to the heat.

I was given a Veteran discount, and every time I go there, I am treated like a king. They treat my bike like it is there own. I live an hour away and its worth the ride there!!! Simply put, if you buy a bike there, or have yours serviced there, you will not be disappointed. This is the best Harley dealership I have encountered yet!!! I would highly recommend Stubbs.

Brought my 2012 Road King Police in for a new front wheel and other small tune-ups after a 1,600 mile road trip. Called on a Thurs and was able to get in first thing that Saturday morning as I requested. Team was quick to go over the bike, hear my requests and give me feedback. Bike came out at the price they quoted plus a wash. Great experience, it is my HD dealer/service center of choice in Houston.

They make you feel like you are their only customer. We bought a soft tail in December and a trike yesterday. Ray, our salesman introduced us to the staff in each department, and explained the services and help they could provide. Pretty exceptional and didnt meet anyone who wasnt pleasant, helpful and friendy. Great store too. Got some good end of year sales going on in the store to sweeten the deal.

I had some issues with the riding instructor but the manager at Stubbs was very helpful and took my opinion seriously. Stubbs has some of the best customer service i have experienced and they make you feel welcomed. They will try their best to resolve any issues you have.

I have been to so many Harley dealerships over the last few years, but at Stubbs Harley Davidson at 4400 Airport Road in Houston these guys are hometown all the way. Their knowledge and appreciation for the business is unsurpassed and they are just about the warmest crew youll ever meet. They also throw the best biker events, and I actually drive out of my way just to go to their dealership! Plus they have a wider selection than anyone else.

Just wanted to note that I really enjoyed my experience interacting with Bill Stokes in the Parts Department. I was looking for an accessory for my 2015 Ultra Limited and called in to see if Stubbs was open after Hurricane Harvey. Bill said you were and had the part that I wanted in stock. He set it aside for me and I came in about an hour later and picked it up. Bill was very friendly and helpful and set me up Stubbs Loyalty Program. You have an excellent Dealership there.

Everyone here is amazing! They are so helpful. Not only do they really know what they are doing but they truly love their jobs! My husband has a 06 Dyna and if anything needs to be looked at, or any maintenance done, Stubbs is where we go. We would highly recommend them for any bike need... or want... that comes your way!

Easy Answer... people make an experience and I have had the best of luck with Angel and Isaac getting me in and out and making suggestions to make the ride better. Angel got me right in and arrange a pick up when I got a nail in my tire and needed to transport it in for fear of it not making it. As well as Isaac fixing me up with all the parts I need to add comfort and some individual flare to my Road Glide Special”

Best Harley Davidson dealer in Texas!!! Excellent service department. Reasonable prices on parts and labor. I have had them replace my tires on both mine and my sons Harleys several times. They are careful, contentious, and quick in the service department. Reasonably priced with a well stocked service department. Check them out! Tell them I said hello!

All the girls in sales do a great job and are knowledgeable of the product. I also had a great experience in service. My bike had been in San Jac 3 times for engine light and poor throttle and it went out on my way to Stubbs one day and had to leave it. Got a call on same day(Saturday!) and they had fixed it and never had another problem.

Ive been shopping there since I got my first bike 11 years ago. Ive tried every other Harley dealer in town and keep coming back because they are the best. It feels like family to me and their HOG chapter is the friendliest of all others in town. See Joel if you have any problems with parts and he will take care of you. We have bought three bikes from them and are completely satisfied and happy with their service.

Went online to see what Stubbs had in their preowned cache and found a 2015 Streetglide CVO. Filled out all of the pertinent information and awaited the call. Was called the next day from Joe. Planned a Saturday morning meeting to look at the bike. Hot Rod helped tremendously with the sale. Excellent customer service from every crew member there. They made you feel like home.

I bought 3 bikes from Stubbs spent over 60000 dollars last year. Its been 7 months I still havent gotten my plates. Was told almost 4 weeks ago by person handling it that plates were in and even sent me a picture of the envelope. Never received it. Now Im told that Stubbs was $1.11 short on the fees to ctdmv. CT DMV says they havent received any paperwork. So unhappy and frustrated. How can I recommend Stubbs to anyone?????

Its been awhile since Ive been here, when visiting friends in the area. This is very nice dealership with plenty to choose from in bikes, motoclothes, and collectable items too. The staff is very helpful, friendly. And they do get back to you when you shop on line of their motorcycles. Just checking some bikes out, didnt realize I was asking for a salesperson to contact me,sorry😐. This is definitely a must try place for anyone.
