Omg this place is the absolute greatest. The lobby was so clean. Kareem was so friendly. Christian is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. The service was quick and hassle free. I liked the ease with which the payment was taken via Groupon, receipt came in the email and I did not need to take my hands out of my pockets!Dont expect a fancy lounge or a good reception. you will see none of that.I went for oil change, They did it and not try to upsell this or that, but they did not inspect anything else either. No fluid levels checked or topped up.My car manual says full synthetic oil is meant to be changed after 10k miles. Always did that before, but the service guy here set it up for 5k miles and argued thats what they recommend. I asked what would it be if it were the conventional oil, he said 3k miles. That isnt reassuring, gives me doubts if they used good quality oil.

Friendly, fast and affordable. They did not try to sell me any services that I didnt need and did check the things I asked them to. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Omg!!! Christian, Kareem, And Robert are the absolute greatest. I was going to go to another automotive shop but I decided to call discount car care and let me tell you. It was the greatest decision of my life. Their lobby was so clean and they offered great free refreshments. They gave me the remote so I could watch what I wanted on Netflix to keep myself entertained. I wish I could give these guys 10 stars. They are so knowledgeable. They let me know things about my car that needed to be done and they prioritized it from most to least important. And the greatest thing I loved is that they weren’t pushy. They let me know what was going on with my car but didn’t try to force me to do any work or spend any money with them. I thank these guys so much. I will be returning here for all my automotive needs. Also ask about the membership program. That is very beneficial. #greatestmechanicsever

Car owners please beware of this business, they are good for oil change and non thinking jobsMajor jobs like transmission, anything dealing with the engine please I beg you to go somewhere else because they will damage you car for sure. Got their Groupon voucher deal and they supposedly “changed” my brake pads and put in some cheap pads that wore off within 1 month and half and destroyed my rotors!!! I’m paying hundreds of dollars now to have my rotors changed because someone can’t simply be honest or considerate in their dealings with people. RUN & DON’T LOOK BACK!!!Replying:There is no underlying issue! The pads that was replaced at your auto shop i had for almost 1year! Did a car check and no underlying issue was detected except for the damaged rotors and cheap brake pads your team put in my car. I unfortunately won’t be coming back because I don’t trust your services.Quick service, very communicative and professional in their approach. Definitely a hidden gem. Took our car in for an oil change and the service was great. We have found if you purchase a Groupon, sometimes the experience isnt what it would be, if you paid full price. Not here at all. Employees were all friendly and respectful. And we found a new show to watch. Lol. We will for sure be back and will recommend.

Didnt feel like I was getting scammed like most other car places. Will definitely be coming here. Look for a guy named Kiet he was the one that made me feel like this was the right place to go.

I came here with a Groupon for a wheel alignment and was really impressed with these guys! I wasnt able to make it in until late in the afternoon but they still told me they could take care of it the same day. My car ended up needing a little more work than anticipated and they had to stay an hour late. They never asked me to come back the next day or tried to charge me anything for the extra time it took. They didnt call the job finished until they were satisfied even though it was past time for them to go home. I cant tell you how much I appreciated this, it was seriously awesome of them!They did great work, my alignment is perfectly straight now! The price was great too, they charged less than a third of what some other bigger shops charge. On top of that, everyone there was very friendly and helpful with answering my questions. The business was kept very clean and the chairs in the waiting room were so comfortable I didnt even mind the wait.I seriously cant recommend this place highly enough, definitely give them a call if you ever need work done, I know I will!!

Daughter brought my car there for an oil change. She parked car in garage and that evening I left and drove down the street and oil light came on. Pulled into the driveway and noticed oil on my driveway and puddle of oil in the garage. Car would not start up again. Daughter contacted a manager from ph no found online and he said all would be taken care of by WDCC. Had it towed there next morning and another manager, specified engine would be replaced and a loaner car provided because the WDCC was totally responsible. Three days went by and each day he gave us a reason why the loaner car was not ready. On the third day he told us to be there at 4:30 pm. We showed up and were told that the owner of the business would not take care of the damages done to my car. A DPTA letter was delivered to the owner today seeking triple damages and attorney fees.***TO Owner’ response: WDDC replaced the gasket five months ago and provided 24 month warranty and also changed the oil in my car!! Their manager pointed out the employee who did not secure the oil filter. We have all receipts and labor descriptions.Check all the negative reviews as these problems have occurred previously.

Came in on sat and got an oil change on my mothers car and it was smooth. Very nice guys. Her car ended up having a coolant leak 2 days later of course i flipped and blamed them! They actually took the time out to come get the car in the woodlands and check it out for me. Come to find out it has had a slow leak. Ok so im always leary about new places. Front desk great customer service. My oil was changed and they tried to keep the old filter in??? One guy say he told the other they were out but why would you take the car out the bay like it was ready with my hood popped. I decided to look under my car because this my first time using this place. Situation was rectified but how many average people are checking their oil filters?? You can’t play games with people vehicles bruh esp older ones with high mileage.

This place is an undiscovered jem! The Tech is a nice guy, very patient and willing to explain the work he is about to do. The waiting room is very comfortable and very clean, with complimentary water, soft drink or coffee. Prices are very fair and service is fast. I will be back!

Located where Walmart used to be, it was a little difficult finding the right area to park and which door to enter. Other than that, the experience was no frills and they did an excellent job with my brake service

Update: The owner Nhat took action on my experience at his shop once we discussed the issues. He listened to what happened on my end, discussed with his team and refunded my towing fee/oil change. He was very helpful, and the process was much easier once I spoke with him. Thank you for the caring customer service Nhat, and making things right with customer service!I came into this shop off of a Groupon for a synthetic oil change for my Jeep Wrangler. Shortly after I left my Jeep was gushing oil out as if it was a waterfall. This continues on for about a 30 minute time span. My Jeep then begins to smoke as I’m driving the street back to the shop. If no one had noticed, my engine could’ve caught fire.They then explain a part is broken, and have to wait overnight for it to arrive. I couldn’t make my out of town trip due to them messing up a part, and keeping it overnight (mind you a simple oil change initially).They continue to not release it to the tow truck the next morning to have the Jeep dealer double check it. Specifically told them to release the Jeep. I have to send a second tow truck, and now pay 100 out of pocket.

Ask for Kiet he is very professional and helpful. I asked him a million questions and he answered each of them with knowledge and patience I will be taking my car here for now on.

Terrible, Terrible experience they took 2hrs to do a oil change they lost the screw to the oil pan 😡 without letting me know. To make matters worse the guy said he had to remove the oil pan??? Then he says no just the cover to it and wanted me to leave without a receipt....

Came in and spoke with Tyrone. I purchased a groupon for a full synthetic oil change. He told me that the oil included in the groupon is for Castrol oil. I asked to upgrade to mobile 1 full synthetic since that is what my car calls for. He explained to me that he cannot upgrade to mobile 1 that he has to charge me for full price for the mobile 1. I said thats fine I would let them charge full price for the mobile 1 but since he is doing that I would like to take 5 quarts of Castrol home since that is what my groupon bought. He told me that he cant give me the Castrol oil even though Im buying the mobile 1 at full price. Sorry you dont get to charge me for Casterol and Mobile 1 and only give me Mobile 1. That is theft. I will never be coming back here again. He refused to contact his manager as well. He was so stuck on the upsale that he lost my business and I hope you never come in here either.

I had AC problem, mechanic here told me that I need my AC compressor replaced since it was not good and quoted me almost $800 bill. Later on I went to another mechanic which told me that compressor is actually fine and there was just electric problem. In the end I got my AC fixed for way cheaper price.If I did repair here, I would end up spending $800 without actually fixing anything.

Good people my ac messed up and they had to check it over it had some problems so it had to stay in the shop for a part that has not been delivered. They even let me use one of they’re cars until the car part came in. Will come back for sure I recommend this place.
