Went in to buy $3000 worth of the furniture yesterday.. The sales staff was excellent. However, when I went to load up my furniture there is a bunch of ghetto 28 to 30 year old’s who are very rude and unprofessional and called me bro and even asked me to get in the back of my truck to load up my own furniture. You really need to consider a great experience from the time people walk in the door to the time they leave because once we pay for our furniture, I felt like we were at their mercy.
