Service not as I expected. Spent over $80 on a Turkish rug to be cleaned. Looked the same. Waste of money!

Gorgeous rugs! This is a well curated, family owned business. They are a pleasure to do business with. We bought a beautiful over-dyed rug from them for our shop and it makes such a statement. We receive compliments often. We are now looking at our second rug purchase from Matt Cameron.

Matt Camron is the absolute best. I would never purchase a rug from anyone else. The quality and the craftsmanship cannot be rivaled.

I had previously given a bad review for Matt Camron b/c I was unhappy with the cleaning they had done (and didnt think to go directly to the owner with my complaint). Their owner saw it and reached out to me personally and remedied the issue and went over and above to make sure I was happy so felt like I needed to change my review. Not only do they have really really beautiful rugs - they really go above and beyond for customer service!

Ive purchased two custom seagrass pieces over the last few years from Matt Camron. The entire experience was fantastic and professional and the rugs came in faster than expected. The seagrass has held up incredibly well even though it is in very high traffic areas of our home (we have a pretty heavy dog). Ive purchased seagrass from other places in the past that has come unwoven within a years time.Last year they cleaned a traditional rug for us that was passed on from a family member. It was a beautiful rug but needed quite a bit of help to get back into shape. They did an amazing job both cleaning and restoring the rug, giving it a new life.
