After days and days looking for a nice setup to renew our backyard/patio furniture, we finally landed at this Chair King store. The store has an amazing supply of solid outdoor solutions and the personnel is extremely nice, competent, patient and accommodating. We had the pleasure to be served by Sarah Dinsmoor, she was keen to explain the differences between the various brands and options we were oriented to, never pressured us and gave us time to evaluate all options, work around pricing and helped us choose the best solution for our needs. We brought home a wonderful cast aluminum table, chairs, cushions and delivery was fast, professional and reliable. Definitely recommend this store for the quality of their furniture, the professionalism of their personnel very attentive to customer specifications and the overall great service provided. We may have spent a bit more than initially budgeted but we are confident we made the best choice for classy and durable outdoor furniture that will last for many many years.

Great sales team!! Walked in with my husband and was greeted immediately. We then walked the showroom in search of outdoor barstools and rugs. If you know my husband, hes impatient and wants to purchase and leave. We found what we were looking for at a great price! We purchased, loaded and were happily on our way... The staff at Chair King (I45 Gulf Freeway) were so great to work with. I had to change my order several times after leaving the store because it took my husband and I awhile to agree on patio furniture. Shea, Babette, and Brian were the best and were always so kind when I called to ask product questions and change my order. I also want to recognize Tim and Garrett at Chair King (The Woodlands). While I ordered my furniture at the Gulf Freeway store while visiting the area, my home is actually closer to The Woodlands store. I visited The Woodlands store several times to check out other patio sets, measure, etc. and Tim and Garrett were always more than happy to help, even though they werent getting credit for my sale. I received my new patio set last weekend and were thoroughly enjoying it already. Thanks Chair King!

The Showroom service was great but the delivery Hit Shot experience was THE WORST. They did not call to let us know they were delivering and they dumped off everything and did not install it as they promised they would do. Horrible follow up in the installation. Ruined the earlier experience. They did not follow through as promised. We are missing items as well.

Knowledgeable sales staff, Joshua was great! no pressure shopping, great selection, well made products but a little pricey hence the 4 stars. We did purchase a great small set on clearance at a good price and the boss loves it ... happy wife happy life ...2nd trip for umbrella to match our recent purchase: it was affordable and a perfect match with the same great customer care from Joshua ... he even pulled it from inventory (no waiting at the distribution center) and loaded it in my vehicle ...

Got a really great deal on a patio dining table and furniture for the outdoor fireplace area at our new home. Bassam was such a pleasure to work with. The store manager, Mr. Berry (sp?) was so personable and gave us a little extra discount on our purchase. Will definitely be shopping again soon!

I’d bought some couches from this store through Steve and Kevin about 2 months prior. I saw a must have table/firepit at another ChairKing and because of the awesome experience I’d had with these guys I contacted Steve to see if they had it. Sure enough the service was top notch, and absolutely love the cast aluminum firepit.
