One of the best furniture places around. Excellent staff, unbelievable and beautiful stock. Even if youre on a budget this is the best place to shop. You definitely wont be disappointed. Excellent store!

I had a wonderful experience with this place. First off, Ashley was super nice and helped me find a great couch and dining room set for my apartment. She also helped me stay under my budget! Afterwards, Jason delivered the furniture on the day promised...and even worked around my schedule. He did a great job putting everything together...was very personable and worked very quickly! I would definitely recommend this place if youre looking for inexpensive furniture and people that will be flexible. Next time I need furniture...Ill definitely be back!

I was able to layaway and on the day I moved into my place Mr. Jason was there assembled everything in a neat timely manor and I was pleased. I have purchased from J n J Furniture twice and have been very happy with the customer service, price, delivery and the furniture itself. Jason helped me with my order and was very helpful. I highly recommend.

Purchased furniture through their online store. Furniture said in-stock (actually still says in stock on website). Contacted Jason a few days later since my order status still said awaiting processing, but the payment had gone through. Was informed that he just needed to get a truck there for delivery. A week later, the order status was the same thing. Contacted him again and was told he didnt know what was going on, had to call his rep. Called me back, said the furniture was in a warehouse in Alabama and would take at least 6 weeks to get to him before getting to me. Said hed call back when he was less busy to refund my money if I wanted to go that route rather than wait. Never called and stopped answering my calls. My husband called him, was told the furniture was in Atlanta, not Alabama. At that point, his story had changed too many times for us to trust that we would ever get the furniture and decided to ask for a refund. We received the email confirming that the payment had been refunded, but a month later, the money is still not in our account. Luckily we paid with a credit card and are thus able to dispute the charges.

I would highly recommend saving your time and going to a different furniture store. We had a very rude experience with the MANAGER (Jason) of this store during which he insulted me. There was no need for such rude behavior during such a short interaction and from the manager none the less.

This person Emma Barnes who claims to be representing this store contacted me via FB messenger and asked me for a 5 star review. She even sent me the text she wanted to be pasted as my review. When I didnt do it she got rude and abusive. I wouldnt know how reliable the other reviews here are based on my experience with this person.

Purchased tables new, from his(jason) store. First, Nathaniel the salesman is great and informative. I allege he doesnt stock any items due to the fact that he couldnt produce the item until it was paid for. So we paid, Next day we receive the items,take them home and one is damaged. Any person with common sense know that if its damaged you want it replaced not repaired. Jason was contacted insured me we get a replacement item but come to find out the manufacturer crown mark here in Houston TX says that I cant talk to them about an item of theres I purchased. I have to talk to the seller. Jason then informs me that he is not replacing the but yet is going to get it repaired. So I ask for a full refund and he begins to refer me to a sign posted in his store that states he dont do refunds and theres a get this 75% restocking fee on item he never stocked or had in inventory. He is a sham and I will definitely stay away from this consumer.

Stay as far away from this place as you can. Bought a couch took a week to deliver, the day I got it I did not open it but the next I did and it was so cheap. I called to get a refund and they said no refunds. But they offered to let me exchange it. I decided to get a mattress seeing the quality of their furniture. It took them about a month to deliver the mattress and pick up the unopened couch. On top of all of that, I asked for a King mattress and got a Queen mattress set. I am trying to sell the set now just so I will not have to deal with this place again. Worst mistake I made was walking foot into this place.

I moved into my apartment 3 months ago & was shopping around for a mattress for my old bedroom set my budget was $1,200 I spoke jermaine on the phone & he told me he could get me an equivelent mattress plus a new bedroom set for the same price. I felt like that was a great deal thats was a steal for me I spoke to him around noon & had my bedroom set by 4:00 pm. Jason was my delivery guy & also assembled my furniture overall the process was quick & easy & I love my new bedroom set! My next purchase for a living room set will definitely be from this place its very affordable

I have bought multiple pieces of furniture from JnJ Furniture and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality affordable furniture and a great customer experience. I first bought my bedroom set (bed frame, 2 dressers) and my kitchen table. Jason helped us pick out something we liked, spent the time with us to search through the catalogs to find something within our price range and the style we were looking for and worked with us to do an after hours delivery because of our work schedule. When we were decorating our sons nursery we went back and bought a great dresser for his room. Most recently we went back and purchased a sofa. Each and every time our experience has been great and we are more than satisfied with the furniture! Jason is professional and has great customer service. JnJ is our go to furniture spot.

I am currently in a small claims lawsuit with JNJ as per Jasons request since I paid him cash for furniture I was promised and 2 months later wasnt ever going to receive.After speaking with the person that picks furniture up for JNJ he said he would get my furniture as soon as he was paid.Jason obviously has some kind of problem as to why any business person takes money for goods and then spends that money for his own personal use.Please if I can help any one be spared this ordeal by for warning you then YOU are Welcome and Jason you are a very bad person but doing the right thing is really hard for certain people.Get your addiction looked at since you are going to be a father.I ended up getting what furniture wasnt delivered to me at Bels and I had the furniture the next day.Try that route first.Bobby

Do not buy from this store. I had a problem with a futon and had no help with either product replacement or repair. The item was only used a few times and fell apart at the seams!

This place is a JOKE! I would not buy from this company at all! not only are the people rude and dishonest, they do not know how to pick up the damn phone!! I would stay far away from this company as possible!
