I love Ken Brault for great products and friendly and professional service. Although today I was charged for a sleeve of 3/4 masking tape and I only got 4 rolls. I found the mistake after closing time. I am confident that it can be taken care of Monday during regular business hours.

They had never heard of Kents Acrysol and acted like asking for a spray solvent was an absurd and unusual request. Supervisor said that he could order some and it would take a week. (I can get it in two days with Prime). Why have a storefront if you are not stocked?
