Unprofessional!!!.....We were told to call the store at 10 for a table and chairs rental on Christmas day. The clerk assured us that someone would be there at 10am but to call before we came. We called as instructed at 10 and the clerk said to call back in 30 mins while he try to get someone to the store. We called back at 10:30 now he LIES and says someone had been at the store and the person was leaving in 15 mins.Ive rented here SEVERAL times before and had no problems thats why I returned for business. It is Christmas day, however, I stopped by on December 23rd to set up the rental for Christmas day and was assurred that Id be able to rent on Christmas day.....now we get inconsistent information thats puts us under the rush of getting there in 15 mins. Had the store kept up their end of the deal.....everything would have worked out just fine. We followed the instructions given!!!Never again!!!
